Abstract

Sebagaimana lembaga pada umumnya, sekolah membagi kegiatan ini ke dalam bagian-bagian atau unit-unit tertentu yang mana terdapat peran-peran dari para pemangku jabatan di sekolah sebagai pihak yang menjalankan kegiatan tersebut sesuai posisinya masing-masing. Mulai dari guru, petugas TU, kepala sekolah dan jajaran yang ada memiliki andil dalam setiap kegiatan di sekolah. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut secara berkesinambungan membangun sekolah menjadi organisasi yang dapat mewujudkan visi dan misi yang dimilikinya dengan baik. Dari semua kegiatan yang ada di sekolah terdapat kegiatan yang menjadi kunci dari pencapaian keberhasilan sekolah. Pengambilan keputusan memungkinkan setiap kepala sekolah dapat mengetahui langkah apa yang semestinya dilakukan di masa yang akan datang terkait pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Penelitian kecil yang kami lakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi secara langsung, wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah W.R. Supratman 2 dan mengakses website sekolah W.R. Supratman 2 Medan. Pada observasi kami melihat beberapa instrumen yang bisa membantu kami dalam menyimpulkan bagaimana perananan sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan bagi kepala sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan didalam substansi manajemen sekolah.Dalam kegiatan pengambilan keputusan seorang kepala sekolah membutuhkan informasi. Karena dengan informasi maka akan ditempuh sebuah pemecahan masalah yang efektif dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada. Sistem informasi yang dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi aset bagi sekolah yang menerapkannya. Kepala sekolah dapat memanfaatkan sistem informasi dalam memanaj sekolah mencapai tujuan serta visi misi yang ditetapkan dan kemajuan teknologi mutakhir diorientasikan kepada informasi.

Abstract

Data obtained from dapodik as many as 934 high schools throughout Indonesia that provide education with dormitory services. The proliferation of boarding schools is inseparable from the quality of education provided by the school. Until today, there is no quality standard for boarding schools because each school has its own peculiarities / characteristics and is no exception at SMAN 2 Plus Panyabungan mandailing Natal regency, North Sumatra. In this study using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection using documentation and literature techniques. Data analysis goes through several stages, namely data reduction, display data, and conclusion/verification. The results of this study show that: 1) The mapping of the quality of education carried out by boarding schools varies greatly but still refers to the National Education Standards; 2) Making a quality improvement plan as outlined in the School Work Plan in accordance with the excellence of boarding schools; 3) Implementation of quality fulfillment both in school management and the learning process in boarding schools using the government curriculum and parenting curriculum; 4) Monitoring and evaluating the process of implementing quality fulfillment in terms of the characteristics of boarding schools; 5) Setting new standards and developing quality improvement strategies based on the results of monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in the ability of class teachers to implement the PAIKEM learning model through the application of clinical supervision with a collaborative approach at SDS Santa Lucia Sei Rotan. A sample of 10 people was determined based on a purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementing activities, observing, and reflecting. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study's results concluded: (1) In the pre-cycle, teachers still needed to implement the PAIKEM learning model. (2) In the first cycle, the teacher's ability score to apply the PAIKEM learning model = 52.22 (very low). In the second cycle, the teacher's ability increased significantly, namely 95.46 (very good). (3) Student activity in the first cycle average score = 65 (poor category). There was a fairly high increase in the second cycle, with an average score = of 91.67 (very good). The findings of this study, through the application of clinical supervision with a collaborative approach, can improve the teaching abilities of class teachers with the PAIKEM learning model.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) 2022 diketahui bahwa Prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Deli Serdang masih cukup tinggi yaitu 13,9 %. Berbagai upaya perlu dilakukan oleh dinas terkait serta lintas sektoral untuk menurunkan kejadian stunting pada balita. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa dalam integrasi intervensi penurunan stunting menjadi langkah penting yang perlu dilakukan. Hasil Diskusi awal yang dilakukan dengan petugas Puskesmas Talun Kenas yang memiliki wilayah kerja Desa Lau Rempak menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang tua balita terkait dengan stunting masih rendah sehingga perlu dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang Edukasi Orang Tua Balita Dalam Pencegahan Kejadian Stunting Di Desa Lau Rempak Kecamatan STM Hilir Kab. Deli Serdang Tahun 2023. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang tentang Edukasi Orang Tua Balita Dalam Pencegahan Kejadian Stunting Di Desa Lau Rempak Kecamatan STM Hilir Kab. Deli Serdang Tahun 2023 berjalan dengan lancar. Para peserta sangat antusias untuk bertanya terkait dengan materi yang disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terjadi peningkatan dan pemahaman orang tua tentang pencegahan dan penanganan kejadian stunting dimana setekah dilakukan edukasi jumlah orang tua yang berpengetahuan meningkat sedangkan orang tua yang berpengetahuan sedang dan kurang jumlahnya berkurang.

Abstract

SD Santa Lusia Sei Rattan is a private elementary school located in Sei Rattan Batang Kusi Deli Serdang, where the elementary school does not have a complete information system, detailed and valid, so that it affects the quality of the information submitted, where the information presented still does not show a good level of credibility, where the decisions of information users tend to be wrong in determining the operational sustainability of SD Santa Lusia Sei Rotan. This situation affects the satisfaction of information users whose satisfaction tends to decrease due to receiving invalid and non-credible information systems. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique was carried out by observation studies, interviews using questionnaires and documentation studies. The population in this study is teachers who teach at Santa Lusia Elementary School which amounts to 35 teachers, where the sampling technique is carried out using the census method, where this census method is a sampling method whose sempel members are part of the population, where the number of samples in this study is 35 teachers who teach at Santa Lusia Sei Rattan Elementary School, where the results of the study can be explained that partially only the variable of information quality has a positive and significant effect on the variable of SIM effectiveness at SD Santa Lusia Sei Rotan, while simultaneously the variable of information quality and user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the variable of SIM effectiveness at SD Santa Lusia Sei Rattan.
