Abstract

Era postmoderen saat ini kompleksitas permasalahan selalu ada sebanyak dan cepatnya perkembangan dunia inovasi. Untuk bersaing dalam perkembangan jaman maka perlunya memiliki kreatifitas termasuk kreatifitas berinovasi dan mampu melihat peluang memanfaatkan hasil bumi. Masyarakat Konawe Selatan Khusunya masyarakat Desa Pombulaa Jaya adalah masyarakat yang dominan bekerja sebagai petani terkhusus petani Singkong. Hal ini yang mengilhami tim pelatihan melakukan inovasi berupa edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk singkong sebagai upaya memberdayakan masyarakat yang bertujuan agar mengingkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan tahapan perencanaan berupa rencanan ninjauan lokasi studi, observasi dan wawancara awal. Tahap pelaksanan yaitu edukasi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pelatihan pembuatan keripik singkong. Terakhir adalah tahap penutup arahan dan masukan. Kegiatan Edukasi dan Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh masyarakat Desa Pombulaa Jaya Khususnya Ibu-ibu PKK yang berjumlah 36 Orang. Kegiatan ini memiliki output kerupuk singkong dengan tiga jens rasa yaitu rasa manis, rasa pedas manis dan rasa balado. Keripik singkong ini berlabel Nama Desa Pombulaa Jaya yang siap dipasarkan. Community Empowerment Innovation Through Education and Training Making Cassava Crackers The current postmodern era faces the problem that there are always as many and as fast as the development of world innovation. To compete in the changing times, it is necessary to have creativity, including creativity to innovate and be able to see opportunities to take advantage of agricultural products. The people of South Konawe, especially the people of Pombulaa Jaya Village, are the dominant people who work as farmers, especially cassava farmers. This inspired the training team to innovate in the form of education and training in making cassava crackers as a community empowerment effort aimed at improving the community's economy. The method of the activity carried out is the planning stage in the form of a study plan for surveying the location, observation and initial interviews. The implementation stage is community empowerment education and training in making cassava chips. The last is the closing stage of direction and input. This Education and Training activity was attended by the people of Pombulaa Jaya Village, especially PKK mothers, totaling 36 people. This activity has the output of cassava crackers with three types of flavors, namely sweet, sweet and spicy and balado. These cassava chips are labeled with the name of Pombulaa Jaya village which is ready to be marketed.
