Abstract

Internet networks run 24 hours a day and must provide a stable performance and reliable, the networks of local SMK Tridharma Budhidaya there is only one router and when the router such disturbances then the internet at the school disrupted and therefore to prevent the internet is not happen down the proposed use by implanting method Backup Router Virtual Router redundancy Protocol (VRRP) After that is done four stages of testing and Througputh Loss Package. Software testing is done using Wireshark results in Loss Package testing get 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 Minutes yield value of 0.43%, 0.21%, 0.20%, 0.10%, 0.8% , 0.10% Loss Package Referring TIPHON below 3% is quite good and the testing Througputh for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes, producing a value 275Bit / s, 280 Bit / s, 282 bits / s, 282 bits / s, 279 bits / s, 278 bits / s referring to standardize TIPHON that the average yield testing Througputh 279 Bit / s is said to be very good. with this result VRRP method is able to provide solutions when the Main Router encountered a problem and still maintain good quality of the network.

Abstract

Cooperation is an effort made by several individuals and also groups to achieve an agreedgoal. The collaboration was given as a partnership between the National University and otherdomestic and foreign institutions and companies. With the collaboration program at NationalUniversity, student can carry out activities such as training, research, student exchangesduring partner relations. The process of this collaboration activity can be carried out inmanaging collaborative activities between other agencies, namely requiring a website to builda cooperation program that can express agreement from both parties. In this research, acooperation partner submission system was proposed for submitting a website using thewaterfall method. The application of the partner waterfall cooperation website which isimplemented on the website display page created with the help of web development software isusing Sublime text 3 and data management using Xampp. On the website page there areseveral criteria in the process of submitting cooperation at the National University whichforms the basic of agreement with the National University, namely in the form of an MoA(Memorandum of Agreement) memorandum of agreement and MoU (Memorandum ofUnderstanding) memorandum of agreement. The results of submissions from other agenciesgiven to the National University in the form of the cooperation proposal of each criterion. Theprocess of cooperation agreement with the waterfall method produces agencies and othercompanies that are entitled to the cooperation agreement.)

Abstract

This work discusses the development of information technology service management using cloud computing approach to improve the performance of administration system and online learning at STMIK IBBI Medan, Indonesia. The network topology is modeled and simulated for system administration and online learning. The same network topology is developed in cloud computing using Amazon AWS architecture. The model is designed and modeled using Riverbed Academic Edition Modeler to obtain values of the parameters: delay, load, CPU utilization, and throughput. The simulation results are the following. For network topology 1, without cloud computing, the average delay is 54 ms, load 110 000 bits/s, CPU utilization 1.1%, and throughput 440 bits/s. With cloud computing, the average delay is 45 ms, load 2 800 bits/s, CPU utilization 0.03%, and throughput 540 bits/s. For network topology 2, without cloud computing, the average delay is 39 ms, load 3 500 bits/s, CPU utilization 0.02%, and throughput database server 1 400 bits/s. With cloud computing, the average delay is 26 ms, load 5 400 bits/s, CPU utilization email server 0.0001%, FTP server 0.001%, HTTP server 0.0002%, throughput email server 85 bits/s, FTP server 100 bits/sec, and HTTP server 95 bits/s. Thus, the delay, the load, and the CPU utilization decrease; but, the throughput increases. Abstract

Kebutuhan internet mempengaruhi pengunjung website semakin meningkat dan membuat beban traffic meningkat pada server, semakin banyak jumlah traffic ke server bisa menyebabkan web server menjadi down, jika digunakan dengan jumlah berlebih (overload). Server down karena tidak mampu dalam menjalankan request yang berlebihan, upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja web server karena adanya akses request layanan yang sangat banyak, maka menggunakan sistem load balancing adalah solusi untuk mengatasi terjadinya server down. Server load balancing dapat bertugas untuk mendistribusikan beban kerja ke banyak server, dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas dari setiap server yang ada. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan 6 buah server. Yang masing masing mendapatkan 4000,8000, 12000, 16000 request, dengan pengujian menggunakan software apache benchmarking tool. Dengan Menerapkan load balancing Nginx mampu menstabilkan dan menjaga keseimbangan web server, dengan didukung 3 metode algoritma (Round Robin, Leas Connection, IP Hash) yang bisa digunakan dalam load balancing Nginx. Metode algoritma yang terbaik adalah Least Connection karena mempunyai stabilitas response time 116ms yang signifikan dan kecepatan response time nya lebih bagus dan mendapatkan 2300.96 req/s. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v6i1.3792

Abstract

Redistribusi protokol routing saat ini sering dijumpai dibanyak kasus seperti penggabungan dua perusahaan atau ketika jaringan internal didalam satu Autonomous System (AS) ingin terhubung dengan internet yang terdiri dari ribuan AS yang berbeda. Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) adalah salah satu protokol routing Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) yang paling banyak digunakan, sementara Border Gateway Protokol (BGP) merupakan satu-satunya protokol routing yang digunakan di internet. Salah satu kekurangan BGP yaitu memiliki waktu konvergensi yang paling lambat dibanding yang lain [8]. Oleh sebab itu banyak penelitian dilakukan agar dapat mengurangi waktu konvergensi BGP diantaranya adalah dengan pengaturan keepalive dan hold time BGP. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi redsitribusi protokol routing OSPF dan BGP dengan mengatur nilai keepalive dan hold time BGP untuk menghasilkan waktu konvergensi yang cepat. Nilai optimal keepalive dan hold time pada penelitian ini adalah 30 detik untuk hold time dan 10 detik untuk keepalive yang menghasilkan rata-rata waktu konvergensi 28.86 detik yang lebih cepat dibanding penelitian sebelumnya [2].

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to be able to know the performance of the service based on the parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) in Computer Networking Infrastructure Sumbawa Barat Regency Government, where the research begins with the building in the Existing Scenario Simulator OPNET version 14.5 and Design Simulation results were compared with the design of the new Computer Network Infrastructure , while the process of analysis and design of the network infrastructure is built using Network Dev0elopment Life Cycle (NDLC). In the study, the data was taken based on the results of observation, interview and documentation study, which found problems in the implementation and management of e-Government in Sumbawa Barat Regency Government in the form of Condition Data exchange within and between SKPD up to this time using the media of the use of the Internet Service Provider and Computer Network Infrastructure as a whole has not been integrated. Results of the comparison Existing and Simulation Design Simulation in 3 test scenarios, simulation results show that the design has a delay, jitter and packet end to end delay is low and a high response time. Thus concluded in this study, that by using Computer Network Infrastructure Design new ones can provide convenience in the development of e-Government applications.

Abstract

The spread of the covid-19 virus pandemic is very fast, where was start of the virus spreading from Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China and suddenly spread out widely to almost around the word. According that kind of pandemic phenomena, this research was conducted to make clustering based on data of latitude and longitude due global spreading of Covid-19 use DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering Of Applications With Noise) and K-Means to find a level accurate and suitable in calculating for this pandemic case as the alternative choices for condition analyse in decision making purpose. The algorithm had developed calculate based on characterization from geolocation of the country which is to determine the number quality of cluster use Silhoutte Coefficient and Elbow Methods. Therefore, from calculated results can be analyse similarity of covid-19 spreading pattern refer to clustering in each province or country. From data testing show that DBSCAN method separate the data of noise points with eps=22 and minimum pts=4, and for K-Means method with k = 3. After calculation by use the two methods, finally, can visualize the mapping cluster continent of Asia, Europe and Africa with showing the pattern of increasing covid19 cases that can began controlled. The other result show cluster for continent of north and South America have increased significant and the Australian Continent cluster gets the lowest case and can controlled.

Abstract

Rob is a flood disaster that is generally caused by the flow of strong water that rises to lower land. In other cases, the occurrence of tides is due to the meeting of tides with the flow of the river so that the overflow of water into the mainland. Therefore, to support the mitigation of tidal disasters, researchers took the initiative to design a water level monitoring tool to provide early warning information about tidal disasters in real-time. The design of the tool uses an ultrasonic sensor and a Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller as a prototype of seawater level detection devices, then sensor data will be sent to thingspeak to be monitored in real-time so as to produce output in the form of warning notifications via telegram on smartphones and social media information on Twitter and Facebook. The results of testing the system and tools are able to work as expected. When the sensor reads the water level between 26 <35cm it will be alerted to a telegram alert with a delivery time of 17 seconds, and the system will automatically post warning information via Facebook with a duration of 10 seconds and Twitter for 13 seconds. However, if the water level is <25cm, the hazard notification will appear continuously every 16 seconds by telegram. The results of testing the sensor data accuracy there is a difference of an average error value of 3.68cm with an error percentage of 7.7%.
