Abstract

Vaginal douching is defined as an effort to purge the vagina both external and internal. Vaginal douching is one of the factors causing cervicitis, in Obstetricitions clinics RSUD  ClassB Dr R Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. cervicitis is a case of infection is most common (53%) compared with other genetalia infection is vaginitis and adneksitis, besides cases of cervicitis was also an increase of 4% in 2010 compared to last year. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of the use of vaginal douching with cervicitis incidence in Obstetricitions clinics RSUD ClassB dr R Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. Objective of research is to know the association on the use of vaginal douching with cervicitis incidence in Obstetricitions clinics RSUD Kelas B dr R Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro.Methode research is observational analytic study used a cross secsional research design. Data taken with the guided interview to the independent variable (the use of vaginal douching) and uses a patient's status for the dependent variable (incidence of cervicitis) in 38 responden.sampel taken by purposive sampling technique to include multiple criteria for inclusion. Having done the research and data analysis using SPSS 17 with significance (? = 0.05)Result of study found the P value  0.021 association use vaginal douching with cervicitis in Obstetricitions clinics RSUD ClassB dr R sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro but the association is low.Suggestedhealth carefacilitiesshouldenhance the roleandhealth education for women to increase personal and vaginal hygiens and then do not make vaginal douching.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation on early childhood development is a process of changing personalities, attitudes and understanding of development that is appropriate for toddlers. The lack of knowledge becomes a major factor in the failure in the process of early childhood development, for example, mothers who have little education then it will be difficult to digest the message delivered to educate a child in a foster child. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between maternal education level with the development of children 3-5 years old.This research is a correlation cross sectional approach. Population is the mother and toddlers 3-5 years as many as 42. Both of these variables was tested significance of using data analysis cross table with a value of ?: ? value of 0.05 obtained: 0,000 <? 0,05 so Ho rejected, which means there Relationship Education Level Mother With Toddler Development (Th 3-5.It is concluded that there is a relationship of education level of respondents with the development of toddlers 3-5 Tahun.Respondent continued attitude they have to educate early childhood development and give each other information, or exchange experience with other respondents so as to increase knowledge better. Keywords: education, early childhood development

Abstract

ABSTRACT                Therapeutic communication is communication consciously planned, aimed and focused on the patient's recovery. Therapeutic communication leads to a form of interpersonal communication. Therapeutic communication skills is the ability or midwife to help patients adapt to stress, cope with psychological disorders, and learning how to relate to others. Therapeutic communication is interpersonal relationship between the midwife with the patient, in this connection midwife and patient gain a shared learning experience in order to improve the patient's emotional experience.                   This research is an analytic cross sectional approach, conducted at room Midwifery and Maternity Hospital Regional General Bojonegoro from 12 until August 21, 2015. The population in this study were all birth mothers are treated in Obstetrics and Maternity totaled Sigli General Hospital 57. The method of determining the sample in this study was accidental sampling which amounted to 57 respondents. Data collection is an interview using a questionnaire containing 30 questions about communication teurapetik midwives and maternal anxiety levels. The results showed that there is a relationship between midwives teurapetik communication with maternal anxiety levels in the obstetrics and maternity Regional General Hospital Bojonegoro Year 2015 (P value = 0.004).            The final conclusion is that the communication teurapetik performed by a midwife can reduce the anxiety of the mother in childbirth. There needs to be improvement of quality of care in hospitals and the increased capacity of midwives in communication and counseling more optimal, increasing labor companion and complementary facilities that can give rise to positive psychological effect, so as to give a spirit and a sense of calm for mothers.    Keywords: Communication Teurapeti Midwife, Mother Maternity Anxiety

Abstract

Being to face a great feeding on of under fives who prolonged can result in an influence to the growth of physical and intellectual development. When it does take place continue can affect public health system and resulting in malnutrition or undernourishment in toddlers. The objective the reasearch is to uncover therapy increased appetite for the lacking nutritive children under five years old.A qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenology design with the primary informants families that have children under five main undernourished and supporters informant are public health centre nutritional officers, and village midwives, taken through purposive sampling. Collecting data using in-depth interviews, FGD, observation and documentationStudy.Ten core informants have already participated in this research. Interview recorded later made a transcript of that interview. The study express therapy that could be done by the family to increased appetite is therapeutic dietik undernourished children under five years old, psychological, and pharmacology.This study give the implication that appetite undernourished children under five years old do not hinder endeavors to improve nutrition, if supported by habits the provision of good eating. Need to an increase in the nutrition program and the promotion of health in toddlers families and give education and counseling nutrition to parents who do not eat about increased appetite therapy children under five years old.

Abstract

Nutritional problem in childhood remains a serious problem in many countries. Positive deviance is a family-based approach that has a positive behavior that enables them to find better ways to prevent malnutrition.To reveal family behavioral child careexperience of positive deviance in improving the nutritional status of childhood.A qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenology design with the primary informants positive deviance family and supporters informant are non-positive deviance family, public health centre nutritional officers, and village midwives, taken through purposive sampling. Collecting data using in-depth interviews, FGD, observation and documentation study.Five core informants have participated in this study. Interviews were recorded and then made a transcript of the interview. Results of the study arethe primary caregiver is the mother assisted by other family members, the habit of being told and drinking milk before bed, the effort that the mother makes when the child is fussy with being seduced, invited to play, and not by force. Care of the child when sick with a more nutritious and favored child.The results of the study imply that good children care can reduce malnutrition. Need to increase the empowerment of families and share experiences among family Positive Deviance in efforts to improve the nutritional status of childhood.

Abstract

Pre school period is the beginning of the development of physical abilities, cognitive, language, social emotional, self-concept, discipline, independence, art, morals, and religious values. Therefore, so that the child's growth and development can be optimally needed and stimulation that suits the child's needs, can be done by the mother. A preliminary study conducted in the Sandik, Batu Layar, Lombok Barat, NTB about the use of educational play instruments by interviewing 10 mothers, the results obtained, 7 mothers provided educational play tools for users by using tools and benefits of play tools. APE to stimulate pre school children in 2019.The research design is descriptive method. The population in this study is mothers who have pre-school children. The sampling technique is saturated sampling with a large sample of 45 people. Data collection using questionnaires.The results showed that the most respondents were aged 20-35 years (71.1%), had secondary education (SMP / SMA / equivalent) as much as 64.4%, and as many as 66.7% of respondents were working mothers. Knowledge of respondents in the good category was 64.4%. The conclusion of this study is that the characteristics of respondents who use APE to stimulate pre-school children are aged 20-35 years, have secondary education, work, and have a good level of knowledge. For this reason, mothers should continue to improve their knowledge of educational game tools through the correct sources of information.

Abstract

Masalah gizi balita masih menjadi masalah serius di berbagai negara. Positive Deviance merupakan pendekatan berbasis keluarga yang mempunyai perilaku positif yang memungkinkan mereka dapat menemukan cara yang lebih baik untuk mencegah kekurangan gizi.Untuk mengungkap pengalaman pemeliharaan kesehatan keluarga Positive Deviance dalam upaya peningkatan status gizi balita.Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif dengan informan utama keluarga Positive Deviance dan informan pendukung keluarga non Positive Deviance, petugas gizi Puskesmas, dan bidan desa, yang diambil melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, FGD, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi.Lima informan inti telah berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara direkam kemudian dibuat transkrip wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan pencegahan sakit dengan imunisasi lengkap, pemberian vitamin, dan jika anak sakit berobat ke Ponkesdes atau Puskesmas.Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa perilaku pemeliharaan kesehatan yang baik dapat mengurangi kejadian gizi kurang. Perlu peningkatan pemberdayaan keluarga dan berbagi pengalaman antar keluarga Positive Deviance dalam upaya peningkatan status gizi balita.

Abstract

Background: The responsibility that is carried out as a mother after giving birth to a baby becomes a conflict within women. Some mothers fail to adapt to these changes and experience psychological problems. The existence of various potential stresses in pregnancy and childbirth may be the cause. This condition is known as postpartum depression. Early detection and good early treatment is needed to prevent more severe depression. This study aims to determine the effect of phsyco on the incidence of post partum depression.Methods: This study used a literature review design by collecting data from a computerized database search study (PubMed, BMC, Cochrain, Google Scholar) in the form of research journals and review articles in the last ten years.Results: Based on the various literature reviews that have been presented, there is an effect that offers Phsyco Education on post partum depression.Conclusions: there is an effect of educational interventions on the incidence of post partum depression. It is hoped that the next researchers will use the basic data of this literature review as a reference frame for further research and provide initial information for the development of similar research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMother?s milk is best food for baby and can?t be replaced. Exclusive breastfeeding was gived mother?s milk without other side dish at the age of 0-6 months and continued 2 year with other side dish ( Maryunani, 2012). The data of Puskesmas Balen baby with exclusive breastfeeding only 4,00%, the percentage of baby with breastfeeding 0-6 months in Bojonegoro City 2012 only 12,5%. While giving coverage of exclusive breastdfeeding is 80% ( Indonesia Health Profile, 2012). Anticipated between factor in correlation to exclusive breastfeeding is knowledge factor, attitudes and occupation factor. The general objective of this research to know correlation and dominant factor of exclusive breastfeeding in jurisdiction of Puskesmas Balen.The design of the research was an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The applies method is accidental sampling with number of samples 87 mothers. The data was collected is primary data and instrument of research used questionaire. The processing of the data was used univariate analysis ( frequency distribution), bivariate analysis ( chi square), and multivariate analysis ( double logistics regression).The Result of research shows the factor relation to exclusive breasfeeding is knowledge with p value = 0,001, attitude p value = 0,005, and factor that did?t correlated is occupation with p value = 0,053 with value alpha 5% (? = 0,5%), and the dominance factor is attitude of mother?s have the power of relation with OR = 3,351. Inferential that attitude is dominant factor in exclusive breastfeeding.Suggested to the Department of Health Bojonegoro City to make policy for all Puskesmas in Balen to give more complete information can be change of opinion sight about exclusive breastfeeding and changes position of mother to support gives exclusive breastfeeding for baby and  the target of coverage ASI Eksklusif can be reached. Keyword                      : knowledge, attitudes, work, the  exclusive breasfeeding

Abstract

Masa pra sekolah merupakan masa awal pengembangan kemampuan fisik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial emosional, konsep diri, disiplin, kemandirian, seni, moral, dan nilai-nilai agama. Oleh karena itu, agar pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dapat tercapai secara optimal dibutuhkan kondisi dan stimulasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, terutama bisa dilakukan oleh ibu. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Desa Sandik Batu Layar Lombok Barat tentang penggunaan alat permainan edukatif dengan mewawancarai 10 ibu, hasil yang di dapatkan, 7 ibu memberikan alat permainan edukatif kepada anaknya dengan memperhatikan fungsi dan manfaat alat permainan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik ibu yang menggunakan APE untuk menstimulai anak pra sekolah Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang memiliki anak pra sekolah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh dengan besar sampel 45 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden paling banyak berada pada usia 20-35 tahun (71.1%), berpendidikan menengah (SMP/SMA/sederajat) sebanyak 64.4%, dan sebanyak 66.7% responden adalah ibu bekerja. Pengetahuan responden pada kategori baik sebanyak 64.4%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah karakteristik responden yang menggunakan APE untuk menstimulasi anak pra sekolah adalah usia 20-35 tahun, berpendidikan menengah, bekerja, dan tingkat pengetahuannya baik. Untuk itu disarankan kepada Ibu agar terus meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang alat permainan edukatif melalui berbagai sumber informasi yang benar.
