Abstract

Investment is needed in the development of the economy. With the decentralization of investment is expected to evolve as a whole in every province in Indonesia. Local governments need to improve the quality of economic (GDP / Capita), social (HDI) and the infrastructure to attract domestic and foreign investors. Fromthe test results showed that factors affecting investors conducting business in Indonesia is still influenced by GDP/capita, HDI and Infrastructure instead of natural resources.This study uses descriptive analysis and correlation analysis methods to look at the correlation factors that affect investors doing business in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the level of turnover margin financing murabahah contract on Sharia Bank X and to know the most influential factor on the level of revenue and margins with murabaha contract to know the calculation of turnover margin murabaha financing. The population of this research was the financial statement and the sample was quarterly income statement from 2005 until 2011. This study employed a secondary data collection methods and field research by doing research on Muamalat Institute. Analysis tools used SPSS software version 19.0. Based on the results, the study indicated that factors affecting the level of margin financing murabaha are the overhead cost factor with R2 of 0.73 and test results of F-test of 72.684, as well as a significant level of 0.0001 and administrative costs with the R2 of 0.93 and test results F-test of 72.684, as well as a significant level of 0.037. While, the financing volume factor does not affect the rate of margin on murabaha financing. The most influential factor is the overhead factor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interdependence between the variables of marketing strategy and organizational performance of insurance companies using canonical correlation analysis with multiple multivariate analysis approach. The interdependent correlation value may explain the subgroup which the dominant variable affects other subgroups on the company based on the value of redundancy index. The study population was 9 go public insurance companies when the study was conducted in 2013. Given two exogenous variables, i.e. variables Effectiveness Strategy (STRAEFEK) and Efficiency Strategy (STRATEFIS). Endogenous variable is the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Eqiity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employees to survive in a company. The company that we research is PT XYZ. PT XYZ is a company engaged in the digital marketplace industry with marketing areas throughout Indonesia. We assume that employees who survive in a company are due to high employee satisfaction. So that employee satisfaction is always consistent, at least the company always pays attention to the work environment of employees. Compensation, work conflict and work stress are factors that we suspect have an influence on the job satisfaction of PT XYZ employees. This sample was tested on 60 respondents from 80 employees with a sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the variable compensation, work conflict and job stress affect employee job satisfaction to survive.
