Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk for the 2018-2022 period using quarterly, using the Return on Investment ratio, and the Return on Equity ratio using the Du Pont System approach. The population in this study is the entire financial report data of PT. Hero Supermarket Group Tbk taken from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The sample of this study uses time series data for the last five years consisting of quarterly balance sheets and profit and loss reports from PT. Hero Supermarket Group Tbk Period 2018-2022. Data collection techniques for this study using documentation techniques, which include data collection in the form of quarterly financial reports for the last 5 periods of PT. HERO Supermarket Group Tbk on the company's official website listed where it aims to collect and analyze financial report data and then perform a profitability ratio analysis. From the results of this study, we can see that the impact of converting Giant to IKEA for now looks influential but is still not clearly visible or not significantly visible. To see the results of the significant profitability ratios of PT Hero Supermarket Group Tbk, it takes 2 to 3 years.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Labelisasi Halal dan Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah labelisasi halal dan celebrity endorser sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi aktif Fakultas Ekonomi UNM angkatan 2019 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 861 mahasiswi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tekik analisis datang yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai dari Uji Korelasi Koefisien sebesar 0,716 yang menandakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antar dua variabel. Dan R square sebesar 0,503 artinya variabel labelisasi halal dan celebrity endorser memberikan pengaruh sebesar 50,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Labelisasi Halal berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; 2) Celebrity Endorser berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: Labelisasi Halal,Ccelebrity Endorser, Keputusan PembelianAbstract. This study aims to determine the Effect of Halal Labeling and Celebrity Endorser on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions on students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The independent variables in this study are halal labeling and celebrity endorsers, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, UNM class of 2019 with a total population of 861 female students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 100 respondents. The coming analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows. The results of this study obtained the value of the Coefficient Correlation Test of 0.716 which indicates that there is a strong relationship between the two variables. And R square of 0.503 means that the halal labeling variable and celebrity endorser have an influence of 50.3% on purchasing decisions, and the rest is influenced by other variables. This study shows that: 1) Halal labeling has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.Keyword: Halal labeling, Celebrity Endorser, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ibunda di Kota Makassar dan berapa besar pengaruh linkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ibunda di Kota Makassar secara parsial. Secara simultan berapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ibunda di Kota Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengubah kumpulan data mentah menjadi bentuk yang mudah dipahami, dalam bentuk informasi yang lebih ringkas. Adapun yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja dan linkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikoliniearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Semua pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Ibunda, dan secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil olah data dengan program SPSS versi 25 dengan menggunakan instrument pertanyaan yang telah diuji sebelumnya.Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstract : This study aims to determine how much influence work motivation has on employee performance at CV. This type of research is a descriptive study that aims to convert raw data sets into a form that is easy to understand, in the form of more concise information. The variables in this study are work motivation and work environment as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques in this study is to use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. All tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, work motivation and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Ibunda, and partially the variables of work motivation and work environment also have a significant influence on employee performance based on the results of data processing with the SPSS version 25 program using a question instrument that has been tested previouslyKeywords : Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh human relation  dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada PT Equiport Inti Indonesia. Jumlah populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel human relation (X1) dan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja (Y) karyawan pada PT Equiport Inti Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis data SPSS, semua variabel bersifat valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik dinyatakan bahwa semua variabel berdistribusi normal. Pada uji analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 26,257 + 0,846 X1 + 0,862 X2 + 10,579. Pada uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 34,5% etos kerja karyawan pada PT Equiport Inti Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Human Relation, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Etos KerjaThis study aims to determine how the influence of human relations and the physical work environment on the work ethic of employees at PT. Equiport Inti Indonesia. The number of population and samples used were 20. The data was collected using the questionnaire and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the human relationship variable (X1) and the physical work environment variable (X2) partially affect the work ethic (Y) of employees at PT. Equiport Inti Indonesia. Based on SPSS data analysis, all variables are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that all variables are normally distributed. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 26,257 + 0,846 X1 + 0, 862 X2 + 10, 579 was obtained. The coefficient of determination test shows that 34,5% of the work ethic of employees at PT. Equiport Inti Indonesia is influenced by the independent variables in this study.Keywords: Human Relations, Physical Work Environment, Work Ethic

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether the Reward and Punishment variables have an influence on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar. To find out which variable has the most influence on employee motivation. The research was conducted using a survey method, where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Erafone Artha Retaiindo Makassar, the sampling method used is saturated sample. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study show that there is an influence between rewards on employee motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 7.649 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. And the results of testing the hypothesis partially prove the effect of punishment on Employee Motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 4.836 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between reward and punishment variables on employee motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, (2) Know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) Know the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a sample size of 63 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the Organizational Culture variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, the value of t count> t table which is 3.193> t table of 1.671. The Job Satisfaction variable has a significant effect with a t value of 4.857> t table of 1.671. Simultaneously the organizational culture and job satisfaction variables on employee performance with F count of 17.935 this shows F count (17.935) > F table (3.150). Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the independent variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City. Therefore, if organizational culture and job satisfaction continue to be improved, it will certainly improve employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Keuangan PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan Periode Tahun 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk Periode Tahun 2016-2020, sedangkan sampelnya adalah laporan neraca dan laba rugi periode 2016-2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dokumentasi . Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari likuiditas (current ratio, quick ratio, dan cash ratio), rasio solvabilitas (debt to asset ratio dan debt to equity ratio), rasio aktivitas (receivable turn over, inventory turn over, dan total assets turn over) dan rasio profitabilitas (net profit margin, return on investment dan return on equity). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Hasil kinerja keuangan PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas dengan current ratio, quick ratio, dan cash ratio dalam kategori kurang baik. 2). Hasil kinerja keuangan PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk ditinjau dari rasio solvabilitas dengan debt to asset ratio dan debt to equity ratio dalam kategori kurang baik. 3). Hasil kinerja keuangan PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk ditinjau dari rasio aktivitas dengan receivable turn over, inventory turn over, dan total assets turn over dalam kategori tidak baik (tidak efisien). Dan 4). Hasil kinerja keuangan PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk ditinjau dari rasio profitabilitas dengan net profit margin, return on investment dan return on equity tersebut dalam kategori tidak baik (tidak efisien).Kata kunci : analisis rasio, kinerja keuangan, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitasAbstract. Visi Media Asia Tbk for the 2016-2020 period, while the sample is the balance sheet and income statement for the 2016-2020 period. Data collection is done by using documentation. The data analysis technique uses financial ratio analysis consisting of liquidity (current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio), solvency ratio (debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio), activity ratio (receivable turn over, inventory turn over, and total assets turn over) and profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on investment and return on equity). The results of this study indicate that: 1). The results of the financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk in terms of liquidity ratios with the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio in the poor category. 2). The results of the financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk in terms of solvency ratio with debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio in the poor category. 3). The results of the financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk in terms of the ratio of activities with receivable turn over, inventory turn over, and total assets turn over in the category of not good (inefficient). and 4). The results of the financial performance of PT. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in improving the work effectiveness of employees at the Ba`ba Tapua Village Office, Matangnga District, Polewali Mandar Regency. With this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. By determining the key informant, namely the Village Secretary, the main informant, namely the Section Head, and the supporting informant, namely one of the Hamlet Heads. The research results show that the village head's leadership in improving employee work effectiveness in its implementation is quite good as seen from the aspects of his open leadership, good communication with his employees, happy to accept suggestions from employees, providing motivation, direction and providing training to employees, as well as decision making which is held through deliberation. However, employee work effectiveness is still lacking because it is also influenced by other things such as the work environment.
