Abstract

Abstract

Mass movement is one of hazard in Indonesia that have significant impact in Indonesia. This hazard caused by Indonesia represent have wet tropik, so that chemical weathering intensive and formed thick soil. Its improve the happening of crisis to this hazard, because material strength will decrease. District of Kalibawang, Kulon Progo morphologicaly have a lot precipitous slope and mount intensive weathering. This condition constituing study concerning slope stability. Method which used in this analysis is slice method with approach of calculation of made moderate Bishop. This method weared many in analysis stability of slope because besides modestly, this method enough is accurate. Than analysis slope stability of some obtained chosen slope have value between 3.378 (stable) until 1.052 is ( labile / critical)

Abstract

Every activity mining always pertaining to the environment so that are obliged to apply rules miningtechnique good, among others to carry out the management and environmental monitoring miningincluding reclamation activities. The environment quality will go down caused by clearing land so as tointerfere with ecosystem that is in them. The administration land done PT AMI are stockpiling backholes former mine done by means of back filling and stockpiling by means of the material heaps atwaste dump area. The condition design waste dump is still considered not yet safe especially the formof heap and arrangement layers material heap of which are not based on to the level of his layers.Activities revegetation PT AMI undertaken by those species of plants and mahogany trembesi not inaccordance with the hue early research sites and land use in spatial planning Kabupaten Tebo. Basedon the evaluation of conformity and management of land that in order to land a former mine is aimedmore compatible by doing revegetasi in the form of a kind of the rubber plant. In reaching the level ofsuccess revegetasi, needs to be planting cover crop and weed control so that plants can grow well.

Abstract

Bandung regency known to have had to scatter material which be potential sources of revenue of them are material andesit mining sand and also .Research objectives is measuring the estimation of the distance the throw rocks due to maximum blasting , restudying in the determination of a radius of secure at blasting activities by counting the radius of safe to an instrument based on a theory that is compared with actual that had broken out and get constant k in signification fly rock according to alan b.richards and adrian j.moore to adjust to those of the rocks and stemming used .The research was done by counting the throw of maximum rock theoretically menutut alan b .Ricahrds and adrian j .Moore coupled with the observation actual fly rock in the field with the observation use video and the naked eye .Trial done by moving a radius of safe instrument less than 300 m. From the trial data, it is obtained that the maximum throw of the actual rock and the prediction with the theoretical calculation is in accordance with the recommendation of Adrian J. Moore and Alan B. Richard, so the radius to secure the tool is at least 2 times that of the actual throw. With the provision of using stemming, the safe radius for blasting is reduced to 200 m.

Abstract

Cobalt is a metallic element that can be found in laterite deposits with varying concentration in each lithology zone. Objective of this study was to compare the performance of the ordinary cokriging (OCK) and inverse distance weighting (IDW) in mapping the cobalt content of laterite deposits. Cross variogram analysis used the covariable Ni and Fe, and the selection of the variogram model used the residual sum of square parameter. The IDW interpolation process uses power 1 and 2. The determination of the best method is based on the mean error parameter, and the root mean square error. Meanwhile, to determine the accuracy of the OCK estimation results, the root mean square standardized prediction error is used. The study indicates that the performance of the OCK interpolation is better than IDW, with overestimated predictions. The results of OCK interpolation showed that the distribution of 0.1-0.18% cobalt spread in the northern part and narrowed in the southern part of the study area.

Abstract

   Di Kecamatan ponjong Kabupaten Gunung Kidul banyak terdapat kegiatan pertambangan bahan galian industri terutama bahan galian batugamping. Dampak negatif akibat kegiatan ini juga banyak. Salah satunya adalah peningkatan erosi pada lahan bekas penambangan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian yaitu : Mengetahui besarnya laju erosi yang terjadi pada lahan bekas tambang batugamping, Mengetahui factor-faktor penyebab erosi yang terjadi dan Memberikan solusi untuk menanggulangi erosi yang terjadi pada area lahan bekas penambangan. Metode penelitian dilakukan yaitu : studi Pustaka, dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari literatur, peraturan perundangan dan buku hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan daerah kajian. Pengumpulan Data dari data primer yaitu jenis tanah, kemiringan lereng dan nilai factor tanaman. data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian atau penyelidikan sebelumnya, meliputi data curah hujan, profil lingkungan daerah. Banyaknya tanah tererosi 412,796 Ton/Ha/Thn maka tergolong kategori sedang tetapi rawan akan erosi, karena jenis tanahnya (Alfisol) yang sangat labil akan erosi karena tanah jenis ini banyak ditemui di daerah berlereng Untuk kondisi ini pengelolaan lahan perlu mendapatkan perhatian antara lain dengan cara penanaman menurut countour dan pembuatan terasiring.Kata kunci: erosi tanah, bekas tambang, dampak erosi

Abstract

Mining activities make an important contribution in various aspect of life around the world . the mining having two a big impact for human life in the form of the impact of positive and negative .one effect of the negative for the environment that is it contains many dust that disturbs the workers on board were PT . Calvary Abadi. Research objectives so that know the total the dust in the way of mine pt.Calvary perennial and compare with the threshold value, know the state of health workers affected by dust, analyze the influence of the dust on health workers.Research methodology it combines between theories with data field, and the interview so that have approach the resolution of problems exactly. Research results obtained total levels of dust in three points research on raw ambient air quality developed by the minister for the environment number 12 years 2010 on the implementation of air pollution control area. Namely 230 µg/Nm3.At first point ( weighing ) total levels of dust 241 µg/Nm3 .This suggests that the level of dust high in research locations and indicates air less well for workers at the this research.

Abstract

Citatih Putra Sukabumi melakukan penambangan batugamping dengan Metode kuari. Dalam perencanaan tambang metode kuari, geometri lereng menjadi suatu faktor yang sangat penting untuk dikaji. Geometri lereng yang tidak optimum akan memberikan dampak kerugian yang cukup besar bagi perusahaan, kerugian yang dimaskud berupa terjadinya longsoran atau sumberdaya yang ada tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Metode elemen hingga adalah metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, input data yang diperlukan antara lain adalah nilai kohesi, sudut geser dalam, densitas batuan, nisbah poison, modulus elastisitas dan tinggi muka air tanah. Pengkajian yang dilakukan terhadap geometri lereng penambangan PT. CPS dengan melakukan simulasi terhadap beberapa variasi ketinggian dan kemiringan lereng, sehingga didapatkan geometri lereng optimal pada FK statis = 1.1 utuk lereng tunggal dan FK dinamis = 1 untuk lereng keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Geometri lereng optimum pada lereng tunggal dapat diketahui dengan persamaan y = 0.1845x2 - 5.4139x + 114.94 sedangkan untuk lereng keseluruhan dengan tinggi lereng tunggal 8,10 dan 12 meter persamaanya berturut-turut adalah y = 0.0061x2 - 0.961x + 89.723, y = -0.0002x2 - 0.1353x + 64.765 dan y = -0.0002x2 - 0.0721x + 57.649 dimana nilai x merupakan ketinggian yang diinginkan dan y merupakan sudut optimal yang dapat direalisasikan.
