Abstract

formulate the learning plan, method comprehension and approach, curriculum, learning motivation as well as learning evaluation instrument. This research was aimed to discover the skill difference of pedagogical knowledge of biology teachers compared to different educational backgrounds. The method of this research was a quantitative-descriptive through proportional random sampling technique for sample collection. The population of this research was the entire biology teachers in State High School of Lebak Banten. The collected samples were 18 biology teachers with different educational backgrounds. This research was performed in State High Schools spread among the area of Lebak-Banten. The analysis results of the data of pedagogical knowledge question items have indicated that the average teachers with biology education background has higher score (73.33) and 0.033<0.05 value has acquired based on t-test result. It means that there is a significant difference between teachers who have biology education background compared to teachers with non-education backgrounds

Abstract

Penerapan monitoring kondisi jantung pasien rumah sakit selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Banyak solusi diterapkan untuk membuat sistem monitoring kondisi pasien agar dapat dilakukan dari jarak jauh, salah satunya adalah sistem monitoring terpusat pada rumah sakit. Pada penelitian ini, sistem yang dirancang mampu menyimpan dan menampilkan data hasil pembacaan sensor EKG yang terpasang pada tubuh pasien dari dua kamar yang berbeda. Hasil pembacaan ada pada smartphone Android dengan menggunakan jaringan WLAN. Pengukuran sinyal listrik yang dihasilkan oleh jantung untuk membentuk gelombang PQRST dilakukan dengan penempatan tiga buah elektroda Ag/AgCl. Pembuatan aplikasi Android dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan bahasa pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang dikombinasikan dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan JSON. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, aktivitas elektrik jantung dapat dipantau dari smartphone memiliki jarak pengiriman data dari sensor menuju server hingga jarak 26 meter pada kondisi ruangan tanpa sekat dengan delay pengiriman 0.027 detik.

Abstract

In welcoming industry 4.0, teachers in vocational education are required to be able to make students be ready to enter the industry. However, the ability of vocational teachers to replace industry 4.0 is not optimal yet. One of the reason is unavailability of learning media to support IoT-based learning. We use an IoT training kit to make teachers easier to understand the Internet of Things. This trainer kit is equipped with an Arduino, some input devices and communication devices. These features are expected to improve teacher understanding of IoT, making it easier to implement it in the teaching-learning process with their students. The methodology used in this journal is quantitative research, with experimental research designs. The type of experiment used is the type of pre-experimental design, in the form of one group pre-test-post-test. The results of this training can improve the learning outcomes from the cognitive realm is 31.45%.

Abstract

Posyandu activities, which include measuring height and weight, have become a routine for monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. Height and weight are important parameters in toddler development related to the prevention of malnutrition that can lead to stunting and other possible disorders.In general, Posyandu activities, in Indonesia, especially posyandu RW 14 Padasuka, Cimahi Tengah sub-district, are still carried out conventionally using cards to record data. There are many problems with data loss among parents due to inadequate documentation and a lot of data storage at the Posyandu which makes recorded data difficult to find when the data is needed. Measurement of height and weight that still uses conventional scales operated by Posyandu officers also makes the measurement results for each child can be different.Through Community Service program, we proposed to develop and implement a weight and height measurement device based on Arduino and a website. Data from these two parameters can be displayed on a web page that can be accessed by parents of Posyandu participants. The development of the tool has been successfully realized and the test shows an error of 0.19% and 0.88% compared to the measurement of manual tools (rulers and scales).Training with Posyandu Padasuka community partners, Cimahi Tengah has been carried out on September 19, 2020 and was attended by several Posyandu volunteers and local residents. The training went well and the equipment was handed over so that it could be used properly.
