Abstract

The rapid growth of science and technology in the era of globalization is resulting in changes to the circumstances in all areas. Interactive Jobsheet utilization in the lab performed as learning innovation efforts to improve students' level of proficiency in performing lab work correctly, different learning styles, accompanied jobsheet that uses a computer in a way that will easily evoke the spirit of the students in learning, improving students' attention to the subject material and to improve the effectiveness in implementing practical. Research using quantitative descriptive method with the subject is the first class of Aircfraft Eelectronic at Vocational High School 12 Bandung, with a population sample of 32 students. Data was collected through questionnaires, multiple-choice objective test and lab test. Data processing is performed by calculating the linearity test and the significance of regression, correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of the calculations provide an overview of how the questionnaire responses of students in the interactive jobsheet utilization, while the objective test and lab tests showed the level of mastery and student learning outcomes. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination, the response of the students in the Interactive Jobsheet utilization has a positive influence on students' level of proficiency in performing lab. with standard medium / fairly

Abstract

This study aims to investigate (1) the availability of learning facilities for distance learning (or online learning), (2) the ability of students and teachers to utilize the learning facilities, and (3) how distance learning activities take place at public or private vocational high schools, specifically whether it is perceived to be more interesting than ordinary learning. This study used a survey method to obtain data and a quantitative descriptive method to analyze the data. The type of data in this study was primary based on the responses of respondents or individuals from groups representing the population of public and private vocational high schools, especially in the Electrical Engineering Clusters in the entire areas of West Java. The results revealed that online learning has been carried out in many public and private vocational high schools in West Java. This study indicates that the availability of online learning facilities, the utilization of facilities, and the online learning process in public vocational high schools were better than those in private vocational high schools. In general, students of both public and private vocational high schools stated that online learning is not more interesting than ordinary learning, although most of them can understand the lessons taught and they were given an opportunity by their teachers to actively participate during the learning process.

Abstract

Robot cerdas pemadam api divisi berkaki merupakan robot yang menggunakan kaki sebagai alat geraknya dengan misi mencari dan memadamkan api di arena lapangan berbentuk simulasi interior suatu rumah. Robot ini akan bekerja secara otomatis sesuai dengan peraturan Kontes Robot Pemadam Api Indonesia (KRPAI) 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang algoritma dan mengimplementasikannya dalam bentuk program pada sebuah robot cerdas pemadam api divisi berkaki yang memiliki fungsi sesuai dengan aturan pertandingan KRPAI 2013 dengan start di ruang 4 untuk mode Arbitrary-Start dan api diruang 1. Perancangan algoritma dan program dibuat dengan tiga langkah yaitu pendesainan kebutuhan kontrol robot, penyusunan skema mekanisme kontrol robot dan pembuatan sintak program. Dari langkah tersebut robot dibuat dengan teknik high level control dengan algoritma finite state machine (FSM), sedangkan untuk arsitektur pemrograman menggunakan foreground background dan time triggered. Algoritma dan program yang dibuat dibagi menjadi beberapa bagian yaitu pemrograman sensor ultrasonik ping, pemrograman meluruskan posisi robot terhadap dinding pada saat start, pemrograman navigasi di luar ruangan dengan teknik wall following, pemrograman pendeteksian garis putih sebagai penanda pintu ruangan menggunakan sensor garis, pemrograman scanning api dan pemadaman api, dan pemrograman robot secara keseluruhan dengan algoritma FSM. Dari perancangan tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa robot bekerja sesuai dengan rancangan algoritma yang telah dibuat sehingga robot dapat menyelesaikan misi dengan baik.

Abstract

Makalah ini memaparkan hasil penelitian pembuatan Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) untuk pembelajaran otomasi industri. Dalam dunia industri SCADA merupakan salah satu komponen yang penting, sehingga sangat diperlukan pembelajaran tentang perancangan SCADA dan PLC. Peralatan ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peralatan praktikum bidang keahlian otomasi industri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, yang dikontrol dengan menggunakan programmable logic controller (PLC) Twido TWDLMDA40 DTK yang diprogram menggunakan Twido Soft dan untuk membantu monitoring digunakan perangkat lunak Wonderware Intouch. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan perencanaan, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa modul latih yang dilengkapi SCADA dapat digunakan pemula untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai PLC dan untuk melatih keterampilan dalam pembuatan program PLC. Diharapkan dengan dilengkapi SCADA sistem, dapat memberikan gambaran lebih nyata tentang proses yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Measurement IRM aims to get the saturation state of the sample being tested. This measurement is done by placing a sample of the finished didemagnetisasi in center of magnetic poles, then given electromagnetic field generated by electric currents Weiss with an acceptable rate of 16 A with voltage of 120 V DC Power Supply and electrical resistance 6,6 Ohm. To obtain a strong magnetic field, of course, required large electrical currents and to keep the heat effect resulting from large currents Weiss electromagnet was then cooled with water that flowed through the cooling pipe with pompa.Kuat electromagnetic field generated by Weiss, in addition to relying the flow is also dependent on the distance of the magnetic poles. The measurement results obtained should show a linear relationship between the magnetic field with an electric current through the relationship M = ai + b where M states in the magnitude of the magnetic field coil elektomagnet Weiss, i declare a strong magnitude of the current in Amperes, while a and b is the number of measurement results obtained ie a = b = 80.26 and 12.03.  IRM measurements performed by means of Minispin Magnetometers with the same procedure as in the measurement of NRM, note the magnitude of the intensity of magnetization is shown as a result of the magnetic field induced by electromagnetic Weiss, then raise the terrain is given by way of adjusting the position switch to position 2 and note the large strong currents caused. After administering field is done, then measure again IRMnya with the same procedure as before to obtain saturation of the sample being tested. Usually the number of steps required for saturation between 11-15 step or maybe less. IRMnya sample to be measured is taken one from each site by considering that the sample is slow decay of its intensity, the characterization of a95 which is quite significant and doesdeclination, inclination and  not vary much with the other characterization.
