Abstract

Reducing maternal mortality is Indonesia's main goal for improving health. By offering high-quality antenatal care services at least four times during pregnancy with the 10T standard, efforts are made to reduce maternal mortality. In the Minister of Health Regulation No. 4/2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards (MSS) in the Health Sector, it is stated that antenatal care services are influenced by two factors. elements: internal and external. Internal factors are factors related to a person's personality and external factors are factors that influence behavior and are influenced by the environment. This research method is quantitative with a sample of 69 pregnant women in the third trimester taken by purposive sampling using questionnaires and univariate, bivariate and multivariate data analysis techniques. According to research findings, knowledge is the most powerful factor influencing various antenatal care services. The author advises local governments to promote understanding and support from husbands for pregnant women, especially through the "Husband Cares for Wife Class".

Abstract

Reducing maternal mortality is one of Indonesia's main targets for improving health. By offering antenatal care services for pregnant women at least four times with the standard 10T during pregnancy, efforts are made to reduce maternal mortality. This kind of research uses a phenomenological approach and is qualitative in nature. The purpose of this study is to obtain, obtain a description, analysis, interpretation of the coverage of antenatal care services. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with 20 informants consisting of the head of the Puskesmas, Coordinator Midwife, Village Midwife, Cadre and pregnant women. The study findings indicate that although antenatal care services at the Agam District Health Center are covered, the policy reference to Minimum Service Standards has not been met in terms of facilities, labor, or funding. The author suggests expanding the access of pregnant women to health workers through the "Ojol for Pregnant Women" activity, because it is concluded that the coverage of antenatal care services at the Agam District Health Center has not reached the Minimum Service Standards and is expected to improve services, especially visits to pregnant women, health education, and improvement of health services. community participation. This activity is in the form of transportation prepared by the community, either two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles that are ready to pick up pregnant women to health facilities

Abstract

Watersheds are a method of managing river water resources with the aim of preserving the viability of aquatic resources in the long term. One of the elements needed for management is how the current state of aquatic resources. Reduced flood swamp areas, sedimentation, decreased water discharge and water levels, and difficulties for some fish species to migrate are all effects of environmental modifications such as damming rivers for irrigation and hydroelectric power and changing the mass of water. In the middle and lower reaches of the river, the addition of anthropogenic materials from various industrial activities can have an impact on aquatic life, fish, and fishermen's catches. To ensure the future existence and survival of fish resources in river waters, it is necessary to manage resources, especially watersheds covering aquatic habitats with various species, as well as multi-species habitats. Watershed management considerations must include a variety of factors, including area/ecology, sector, scientific field, and stakeholders.
