Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Pengaruh Self Leadership Mahasiswa, Motiasi Belajar dan Minat Belajar terhadap Indeks Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Keperawatan di Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong, Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa 1. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Self leadership mahasiswa terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. 2. Untuk mengetahui Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi Belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. 3.Untuk mengetahui Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Minat belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 31 mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 19. Kesimpulan yang dapat dihasilkan dari penelitian ini, yaitu: 1. Variabel leadership, motivasi belajar dan minat belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa F – hitung (25,313) > F – tabel (2,89). 2. Variabel leadership secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t – hitung (2,372) > t – tabel (1,706). 3. Variabel motivasi belajar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t – hitung (2,410) > t – tabel (1,706). 4. Variabel minat belajar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t – hitung (2,896) > t – tabel (1,706). 5. Minat belajar merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong. Kata Kunci : Self Leadership, Motivasi Belajar, Minat Belajar dan Indeks Prestasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProses menua merupakan suatu kondisi yang wajar dan tidak dapat dihindari dalam fase kehidupan. Lanjut usia adalah orangyang sistem-sistem biologisnya mengalami perubahan struktur dan fungsi dikarenakan usianya yang sudah lanjut. Perubahan ini dapatberlangsung mulus sehingga tidak menimbulkan ketidakmampuan atau dapat terjadi sangat nyata dan berakibat ketidakmampuan total.Semakin lanjut usia seseorang, maka akan mengalami kemunduran terutama di bidang kemampuan fisik, yang dapat mengakibatkanpenurunan peranan peranan sosialnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan timbulnya gangguan di dalam mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya sehinggadapat meningkatkan bantuan orang lain. Lanjut usia yang tetap aktif baik secara fisik, mental ataupun sosial akan memiliki kepuasanyang tinggi dalam hidup.Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman lansia dalam mengelola kebutuhan sehari-hari yang efisien,interaksi dengan orang lain demi mencapai kepuasan dalam hidup.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sampel padapenelitian ini berjumlah 10 repsonden. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuisioner yaitu wawancara mendalam. Tehnik pengumpulandata yaitu data primer dan sekunder.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lansia dalam kegiatan aktivitas sehari-hari lansia setiap harinya dapat dilakukan sendiri,lansia mampu mengerjakan kebutuhan sehari harinya dengan baik, di waktu senggang banyak kegiatan positif yang dapat respondenkerjakan, dan lansia mampu mengerjakan kebutuhan sehari harinya dengan baik.Kesimpulan bahwa dari hasil penelitian yaitu Kegiatan aktivitas sehari-hari lansia setiap harinya dapat dilakukan sendiri,begitu juga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan kunjungan ke keluarga, tidak ditemukan kendala dan lansia mampu melakukandengan baik, secara umum dalam efisiensi melaksanakan pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari – hari yang dilakukan oleh lansia yang ada di GPIDiaspora Sorong semuanya berjalan secara efisien dimana lansia mampu mengerjakan kebutuhan sehari harinya dengan baik, dalamberinteraksi sosial, di waktu senggang banyak kegiatan positif yang dapat mereka kerjakan, juga sering berinteraksi dengan tetangga,namun, dalam hal mengunjungi keluarga, informan mengatakan sering dikunjungi oleh keluarga mereka, dalam hal ini adalah anakmereka yang beda rumah. Informan sering mengikuti kegiatan gereja, namun jika merasa tidak enak badan / sakit, informan tidakmengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Informan mengatakan bahwa tidak ada kendala dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan aktifitas sehari – hari,terutama dalam hal materi, secara umum informan lansia yang ada di GPI Diaspora Sorong semuanya merasa puas dalam hidup danselalu bersyukur. The elderly are people whose biological systemsundergo structural changes and functions due to their advanced age. This change can take place smoothly so as not to causeincompetence or can occur very real and result in total disability. Increasingly one's age, it will decline especially in the field of physicalability, which can lead to decreased role of social role. This results in the occurrence of disruptions in the sufficient needs of life so as toincrease the help of others. Elderly who remain active both physically, mentally or socially will have a high satisfaction in life.The purpose of the study is to explore the elderly experience in managing the daily needs of an efficient, interaction withothers in order to achieve satisfaction in life.This research uses qualitative method which presented descriptively with phenomenology approach. The sample in thisstudy amounted to 10 repsonden. The research instrument uses questionnaires that is in-depth interview. Data collection techniques areprimary and secondary data.The results showed that the elderly in everyday activities of elderly every day can be done alone, elderly able to do theirdaily needs well, in the leisure time many positive activities that can respondents do, and elderly able to do their daily needs well.Conclusion that from the research result that activity of daily activity of elderly every day can be done by themselves, soalso in fulfilling daily need and visit to family, not found obstacle and elderly able to do well, in general in efficiency fulfillment of dailyneeds fulfillment - day conducted by elderly in GPI Diaspora Sorong all run efficiently where elderly able to do their daily needs well, insocial interaction, in leisure time many positive activities they can do, also often interact with neighbors, but, in terms of visiting family,informants said frequent visits by their families, in this case their different children's homes. Informants often follow church activities,but if they feel unwell, the informant does not follow the activity. Informants said that there are no obstacles in meeting the needs ofdaily activities, especially in terms of materials, in general the elderly informants who are in GPI Diaspora Sorong all feel satisfied in lifeand always grateful. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: The ability to brush your teeth properly and correctly is an important factor for oral health care. Objective: Knowing the knowledge of how to brush the teeth of the fifth grade students of SD YPK Klasaman II, Sorong City, West Papua after the intervention of the group discussion method. Methods: This type of research is a semi-experimental research (Quasi Experiment) with a non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample of class V SD YPK Class II Sorong City, West Papua is 60 students. Results: The study showed that there were differences in knowledge of how to brush teeth between before and after receiving the intervention group discussion method in the experimental group. It can be seen that the p value (t test) = 0.000 <0.05. There were differences in the post-test knowledge of how to brush teeth in the control group and the experimental group. It can be seen that the p-test value t = 0.004 <0.05. Conclusion: It can be used by schools in order to create school programs related to increasing knowledge about health, especially in the knowledge of brushing teeth, one of which is by holding health education in collaboration with health education institutions such as the Poltekkes Kemenkes Sorong. Abstract

ABSTRACT Many educators are still having difficulty creating quality laboratory skill learning that is not boring and makes students active. One solution that can be taken to reduce this impact is to conduct Online Peer Assisted Learning (OPAL). To analyze the effect of the OPAL (Online Peer Assisted Learning) method with the attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction (ARCS) model approach on the achievement of wound care competencies in nursing students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental approach with a non-equivalent control group design approach on 32 3rd semester nursing diploma students undergoing medical surgical nursing courses with the integument system. The respondents were taken by consecutive sampling technique and divided into 16 respondents in each control and intervention group using a simple random sampling technique. Lecturers evaluate students with the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) system and online. Data collection tools to assess student competency achievement consist of psychomotor competency achievement through observation sheets in a checklist. Tutor-tutee material guidance uses a module concerning the attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction (ARCS) model approach. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The statistical test results showed that the average student skill scores increased in both groups. However, the mean value of clinical skills in the intervention group at the pretest was 70.13, and the mean at the posttest rose to 83.81. This result was higher when compared to the control group, which was 69.69 at the pretest, and the mean at the posttest increased to 81.06. Wilcoxon test results showed p-value <0.05. Online peer-assisted learning method with attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction (ARCS) model approach can improve students' skills in wound care lab skills with p-value < 0.05. The results of this study are expected to be the foundation of the institution in developing technology in the world of nursing education. The OPAL learning method can be used as a blended learning model that can be applied in the learning process and training in the skills lab on several non-invasive competencies. Keywords: Online Peer Assisted Learning, ARCS, Nursing, Students, Laboratory      ABSTRAK Saat ini masih banyak pendidik yang masih kesulitan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran skill labratory yang berkualitas yang tidak membosankan dan membuat mahasiswa menjadi aktif. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diambil untuk mengurangi dampak tersebut adalah dengan dilakukannya Online Peer Assisted Learning (OPAL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh metode OPAL (Online Peer Assited Learning) dengan pendekatan model attention, relevance, confidence dan satisfaction (ARCS) terhadap pencapaian kompetensi perawatan luka pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan pendekatan non equivalent control group design pada 32 mahasiswa diploma tiga keperawatan semester 4 yang sedang menjalani mata kuliah keperawatan medical bedah dengan system intergumen. Responden tersebut diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling dan dibagi menjadi masing-masing 16 responden pada kelompok control dan intervensi menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. mahasiswa dievaluasi oleh dosen dengan system Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) juga secara daring. Alat pengumpulan data untuk menilai pencapaian kompetensi mahasiswa terdiri dari capaian kompetensi psikomotor melaui lembar observasi dalam bentuk checklist. bimbingan materi tutor-tutee menggunakan modul dengan mengacu pada pendekatan model attention, relevance, confidence dan satisfaction (ARCS). Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil uji statistic  menunjukan bahwa rata-rata nilai keterampilan mahasiswa meningkat pada kedua kelompok. Namun, Nilai mean keterampilan klinik kelompok intervensi pada saat pretest sebesar 70,13 dan mean pada saat posttest meningkat menjadi 83,81. Hasil ini lebih tinggi bila dibandingan pada kelompok kontrol yaitu pada saat pretest sebesar 69,69 dan mean pada saat posttest meningkat menjadi 81,06.  Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukan  nilai p < 0,05. Metode Online peer-assisted learning dengan pendekatan model attention, relevance, confidence dan satisfaction (ARCS) mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam skill lab perawatan luka dengan nilai p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi landasan institusi dalam mengembangkan teknologi di dunia pendidikan keperawatan. Metode pembelajaran OPAL dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu bentuk dari model pembelajaran blanded learning yang dapat diterapkan dalam   proses pembelajaran dan latihan di skills lab pada beberapa kompetensi yang bukan invasive. Kata kunci: Online Peer Assisted Learning, ARCS, keperawatan, Students, Laboratorium

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Penyakit  dapat  menimbulkan  dampak bagi kesehatan, dalam hal ini kesehatan jiwa yaitu  kecemasan. Terapi Penghentian Pikiran merupakan teknik yang efektif dan cepat untuk membantu menghadapi pikiran yang membuat stres dan kecemasan yang seringkali disertai serangan panik, kecemasan, dan agorafobia.Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih petugas Kesehatan di Puskesmas tentang terapi penghentian pikiran. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama 2 hari dengan metode Hybrid. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti  kegiatan sebanyak 30 orang. tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat membagikan materi berupa modul terapi penghentian pikiran, memutar video tutorial pelaksanaan terapi penghentian pikiran dan mendemonstrasikannya kepada peserta pelatihan yang hadir, dan feedback kepada peserta tentang impelementasi role play yang dilakukan sebagai evaluasi keterampilan yang telah dilakukan. Setelah dilakukan pemberian materi dan pelatihan selama 2 hari, didapatkan hasil bahwa dari 20 tenaga kesehatan,  sebagian besar mempunyai nilai post test > 80 (50%), mempunyai kemampuan cukup baik dan kurang dalam melakukan role play, masing-masing 8 orang (40%) dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi baik dalam melakukan role play 10 orang (50%). Pelatihan terapi penghentian pikiran dalam mengatasi kecemasan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Klasaman. Perlu ditingkatkan layanan kesehatan jiwa dari tenaga kesehatan dengan meningkatkan latihan melakukan terapi penghentian pikiran dalam mengatasi masalah kecemasan pasien. Selain itu, Perlu dibuat pedoman berupa modul yang lebih sederhana dan buku kerja terkait terapi penghentian pikiran yang dapat digunakan di Puskesmas dengan fasilitas ruang rawat jalan terutama melayani pasien dengan kecemasan, Perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara periodik terhadap pelaksanaan terapi penghentian pikiran pada tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja   Kata kunci: Terapi Penghentian Pikiran, Kecemasan, Stress        ABSTRACT Disease can impact health, in this case, mental health, namely anxiety. Thought Stopping Therapy is an effective and rapid technique to help deal with stressful and anxious thoughts often accompanied by panic attacks, anxiety, and agoraphobia. The purpose of this community service is to train health workers at the Puskesmas on mind-stopping therapy. The training activities were carried out for two days using the Hybrid model. The number of participants who took part in the action was 30 people. The community service team distributed material in the form of a mind stopping therapy module, played a video tutorial on the implementation of thought-stopping therapy and demonstrated it to the training participants who were present, and gave feedback to participants about the performance of role play as an evaluation of the skills that had been done. After providing material and training for two days, it was found that of the 20 health workers, most of them had a post-test score > 80 (50%), had reasonably good abilities, and lacked role play, eight people each ( 40%) and have good communication skills in doing role play ten people (50%). Mind cessation therapy training in overcoming anxiety can increase health workers' knowledge at the Klasaman Health Center. It is necessary to improve mental health services from health workers by expanding the practice of mind-stopping therapy to overcome the patient's anxiety problem. In addition, it is essential to make guidelines in the form of simpler modules and workbooks related to thought-stopping treatment that can be used in health centers with outpatient facilities, primarily serving patients with anxiety. Keywords: Thought-Stopping Therapy, Anxiety, Stress

Abstract

ABSTRACT Covid-19 vaccination aims to minimize the spread of Covid-19, reduce the number of positive and death due to Covid-19, reach the immunity group (herd immunity ) and protect the Public from Covid-19 to stay productive by social and economic. Some strategies can increase reception of booster vaccines, i.e. advocacy by local, national and international for equal access to COVID-19 vaccines, tests and treatments, calling for and monitoring action specific required from producers, governments and multilateral actors. Mobilize and empower the community, including through social media and networks community, to produce the influential vaccine. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesehatan jiwa merupakan hal yang penting bagi remaja di sekolah, sebab perilaku belajar yang baik didorong oleh kondisi jiwa yang sehat, baik atau normal. Kesehatan jiwa juga berkontribusi terhadap kesehatan tubuh dan kesejahteraan secara menyeluruh. Tujuan Pengabdian untuk melakukan deteksi dini masalah kesehatan jiwa dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan jiwa pada remaja. Metode Pengabdian berupa deteksi dini dengan pengsisian instrumen SRQ-29 berdialek Malamoi (Self Reporting Questionnaire 29) dan edukasi kesehatan jiwa. Jumlah peserta kegiatan sebanyak 60 orang remaja siswa/siswi SMP YPPKK Moria Sorong. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Berdasarkan hasil deteksi dini ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar peserta remaja tidak terindikasi masalah kesehatan jiwa 32 orang (53,35%), kecemasan dan depresi 18 orang (30%), serta PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) 10 orang (16,7%). Edukasi kesehatan jiwa yang diberikan juga meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi. Sebelum edukasi yakni 60 remaja (100%) dengan pengetahuan kurang, sesudah edukasi 42 remaja (70%) memiliki pengetahuan baik dan 18 remaja (30%) dengan pengetahuan cukup. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gambaran kesehatan remaja di SMP YPPKK Moria Sorong yaitu ada yang tidak terindikasi gangguan, ada yang terindikasi kecemasan dan depresi serta PTSD. Pengetahuan remaja di SMP YPPKK Moria Sorong mengalami peningkatan dari kurang menjadi baik dan cukup setelah pemberian edukasi tentang pentingnya kesehatan jiwa bagi remaja. Kata Kunci: Deteksi Dini, Pengetahuan, Kesehatan Jiwa, Remaja  ABSTRACT Mental health is a very important things for teenagers at school, because good learning behavior is encouraged by a healthy, good or normal mental condition. Mental health also contributes to bodily health and overall well-being. Purpose to carry out early detection of mental health problems and increase knowledge about mental health in adolescents. Method in the form of early detection by completing the SRQ-29 instrument in the Malamoi dialect (Self Reporting Questionnaire 29) and mental health education. The number of participants in the activity was 60 young students at YPPKK Moria Sorong Middle School. Result of this service activity went well and smoothly. Based on the results of early detection, it was found that the majority of adolescent participants had no indication of mental health problems, 32 people (53.35%), anxiety and depression 18 people (30%), and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) 10 people (16.7%). The mental health education provided also increases teenagers' knowledge before and after providing education. Before education, there were 60 teenagers (100%) with poor knowledge, after education 42 teenagers (70%) had good knowledge and 18 teenagers (30%) had sufficient knowledge. The description of the health of teenagers at YPPKK Moria Sorong Middle School is that some have no indication of a disorder, some have indications of anxiety and depression as well as PTSD. The knowledge of teenagers at YPPKK Moria Sorong Middle School has increased from poor to good and sufficient about the importance of mental health for teenagers. Keywords: Early Detection, Knowledge, Mental Health, Adolescents
