Abstract

Abstract : This reaserch is motivated by the lack of the teachers’ role in the use of the library so that the interest of the students less to visit the library of SDN 110 Pekanbaru. Based on the background above, the reaserch problem can be formulated as follow : how is the role of teachers in the use of the library of SDN 110 Pekanbaru?. The aim of this reaserch is to find out the role of teachers in the use of the library of SDN 110 Pekanbaru. The subject of this reaserch is 4 people who are also as the informan to get the information and data about the role of the teachers in the use of library. The data is analyzed by using descriptive analysis of case study and the approach is qualitative. Based on the interview and the observation, the writer finds out that the role of the teachers as the facilitators is already good enough which can be seen from the books, the comfortable room, and also the tools that support the learning process.Next is as the moderator, the teachers have done it well by giving the advice to the students. Not only as the moderator, the role of teachers as the motivator is also good by making a contest and reward to the students, the last role is as the evaluator, the teachers have done it well too by scoring the students as individual and also as the group. So it can be concluded that the four roles of the teachers in the use of library have been implemented properly.Key words: Reaserch is motivated by the lack of the teacher role in the use of the library.

Abstract

Abstract: This research background is what factors that cause parents registering their child to Homeschooling Kak Seto, Pekanbaru. The research problem was what is the dominant factors parents registering their children to homeschooling kak Seto whether instrinsic motivation or extrinsic motivation? The purpose of this research is to know the most dominant motivation that motivates parents to register their children to Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru. The populations in this research are 67 people. Then the sample this research was 47 people and 20 people of population would be the sample for testing validation questioniere. The sample technique used was Simple Random Sampling. The instruments of collecting data is questionnaire with 51 statements and after validating test of item, the number of items will be 35 statements. The data analisys used is the quantitative and descriptive approach. The result describes that mean score of motivation of Parents to register their children to homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru is intrinsic motivation with mean score 4,2. It means that the intrinsic motivation has more influences rather than extrinsic motivation why parents registering their children to homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru.Key words: Motivation, Homeschooling.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine Motivation Parents Vegetable Farmers in Developing Learning Activities son Elementary School In 098 In Village Kulim District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach.This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research by the numbers. Mechanical sampling using simple random sampling (simple random sampling).Data collection techniques in this research is by using a questionnaire, which amounted to 41 items a statement. Data obtained from respondents who were 30 to 83 samples for testing and research samples. After the questionnaire in the trial, there are three items that are not valid, and researchers discard all statements that are not, so that the whole instrument otherwise reliable with a Cronbachs alpha = 0.95.The findings of the two indicators can be concluded that both indicators can be said to be relatively high. ntrinsic motivation is high because parents vegetable growers discount high intrinsic motivation to improve their learning activities. Whereas extrinsic motivation factor is high because parents vegetable growers memlki high extrinsic motivation in improving their learning activities. So the most dominant indicator between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation is intrinsic motivation.Key words: Motivation Parents Vegetable Farmers in Developing Learning Activities son

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the types of motivation parents educate their children in Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) Al Fikriyah di Kelurahan Pesisir Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru seen from motivation. Because motivation was an impulse that there are on a person for act in achieving a particular goal. Formulation problems research is whether motivation parents educate their children in Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) Al Fikriyah di Kelurahan Pesisir Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru?. And will the most dominant motivation of motivation intrinsic with the motivation extrinsic parents educate their children in Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) Al Fikriyah di Kelurahan Pesisir Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to find motivation parents educate his son Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) Al Fikriyah di Kelurahan Pesisir Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study 90 parents. Then the researcher determine samples from 47 people for research and 20 people to the tests of somewhere else, with uses the technique of proporsionate stratified random sampling. An instrument data collection namely poll with 55 a statement and if the trial live 52 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, a conclusion can be drawn, motivation parents educate their children in Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) Al Fikriyah di Kelurahan Pesisir Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru within high.Key words: Motivation, Motivation Parents Educate Their Children

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the participation of adolescents "1000 communities" in social action activities in Bagansiapiapi District Bangko District Rokan Hilir Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how high the participation of youth member "1000 Community" in social action activity in Bagansiapiapi City, Bangko Sub-district, Rokan Hilir Regency. After this research is done, it is expected to provide benefits to increase knowledge regarding matters relating to the participation of youth members of "1000 Community" in social action activities, especially for researchers. This study will benefit all groups as knowledge and understanding related to the participation of adolescent members This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique used simple sample random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Technique of data retrieval in this research is by technique of inquiry, which amounts to 82 item statement. Data were obtained from 20 respondents for sample and 37 samples for research sample. After the questionnaire was piloted, 4 items were invalid, and the researcher removed all of the invalid statement items. The result of data analysis shows that the participation of adolescent member in social action activity is very high with average percentage score 90,59%. This means that adolescent members of "1000 Community" have a very high level of participation. In view of all aspects and can also be concluded that the most dominant is the goal to be achieved.Keywords: Participation, social action activities

Abstract: Research it is based on research by a factor that affect learn residents learning package c in education Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. Because of factors affect learn a resident of learning education part of the package C to Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur Kecamatan Tenayan Raya is a condition or event that affects a person to obtain good science. The formulation of a problem of this research is will a factor that is dominant among the internal factor to external that affects learning education residents package C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kelurahan Tangkerang timur Kecamatan Tenayan Raya?. The purpose of this research is to find out which factors other than a fuel that are more dominant of the civil servants some strong consumption and export growth to external that affects learn a resident of education a key insight about learning registration to join package C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kelurahan Tangkerang timur Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. Population in this research as many as 57 people are residents of learning . Then the researcher determine samples from 35 people for research and 20 people for testing , by the use of sampling jenuh. An instrument to only 75 such data collection that is a statement and if the trial live 69 a statement that valid for research in made instrument . The analysis of data descriptive quantitative analysis . Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital of Riau Province. It has been a big city with the variety ethnics living there. The focus of the study was the problems of inter-ethnic relation in term of education, culture, religion, and language. The objective was to discover some phenomenon of cooperation and competition occurred at the city. Both would result integration and conflict at the residence. The approach methodology was by reviewing the previous research on concept of ethnic relation and social change. Qualitative naturalistic was the main method with interviewing and observing technique. The result described that the cooperation resulted integration and harmonization. Some competition resulted conflict in term of different understanding of religion, different level of education. While the relations tended to show a politeness, although the ethnical and cultural distinction. Mutual advising and informing were reducing conflict, and in other word, tolerance was established.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Satisfaction of the Students of Learning, Learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem of this research is the Satisfaction of the Students of Learning, Learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City is high. The population in this study as many as 43 residents learn. the researchers used a saturated sample so that all the population in the sample as much as 43 residents studying in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City, and 20 people for trials in Learning Activity Center (SKB) Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 40 statements and after the trial live 37 valid statements to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the satisfaction of studying residents, learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru the highest learning service by tutor with percentage 64,92% means that tutor provide good service to citizen learn in learning activity. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the perception of mothers who have children under five on the performance of Posyandu Posyandu cadre in the village of Gading Sari Tapung district Kampar regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is the perception of mothers who have children under five on the performance of Posyandu Posyandu cadre in the village of Gading Sari Tapung subdistrict, Kampar regency classified baik.Penelitian is also useful as a comparison material for other researchers who will conduct research in the same field, can then be used as material and information for Posyandu in order to improve the quality of public health service. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study is a questionnaire that amounted to 40 items statement. Data were obtained from respondents who numbered 20 people for sample test and 50 for sample research. After the test questionnaire, there are 3 invalid items that are 7, 13 and 33 and the researcher discards the 3 invalid statements. The results of data analysis showed that the perception of mothers who have children under five on the performance of Posyandu Posyandu cadre in the village of Gading Sari Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency classified as good with an average percentage score of 79.916%. This means that the perception of mothers who have children under five to the performance of posyandu cadres in ivory sari village have a good perception level. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness level of Practical Teaching of NFE courses on the placement students in the partner institutions. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The population in this study were students who had taken the 2014 class of non-formal education Teaching Practice courses at the University of Riau as many as 58 people. Sampling used is simple random sampling, the sample is 37 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument validity uses product moment. Reliability calculation used Alpha formula. The quantitative data were analyzed quantitative descriptive in terms of percentages. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of practical Teaching of NFE subject to placement students in NFE partner institutions was moderate with indicators: 1) input obtained percentage value of 38.91% 2) process obtained percentage value of 49.05% 3) output obtained the percentage value of 55.41% 4) the outcome obtained by the percentage value of 54.04%. Thus, the level of effectiveness of Practical Teaching of NFE subject to placement of students in the NFE partner institutions is good although there are still many improvements that need to be done by Practical Teaching lecturers in order to provide benefits for students, universities and society.
