Abstract

Abstract: Curriculum is one of the guidelines in the teaching and learning process in the world of education. Education can run well when the curriculum becomes the main support in the teaching and learning process. Between KTSP and local content in an education if it is carried out optimally, the results that will be obtained by students will achieve good results. Likewise with the curriculum implemented at MA Nurur Rahmah which uses a combination and combination system. The objectives of this study: 1. To find out the application of KTSP and local content in improving achievement at MA Nurur Rahmah Pragaan Daya Sumenep Academic Year 2016/2017. 2. To find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of KTSP and local content in improving student achievement at MA Nurur Rahmah Pragaan Daya Sumenep in the 2016/2017 academic year. The results of the study show that the application of KTSP and local content in improving student achievement uses a combined/combination system between general and religion, namely between local content and national content so that the combination system is very supportive of student knowledge, therefore from the encouragement of the KTSP curriculum and The local content is very sustainable for students' knowledge, so the achievements that students will get will also be a combination, namely there are those who excel in the general and religious fields. While the supporting factors are the quality of the teaching staff who support both the local and national curricula in applying the material, having a vision and mission in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution, the student factor that has above average comprehension so that students' comprehension can help with the achievements that are owned, there is a mutation of parents towards their children. The inhibiting factors are that the curriculum is less relevant to students' mentality, the quality of teaching staff is still below average, lack of support for student programs or for students who lack learning, lack of interest in student learning so that the methods conveyed are not 100% students can only 25% of students get.

Abstract

 Learning that uses Humanizing The Classroom is an educational model that is oriented and views humans as God's creatures with all their nature. So that it allows humans to be able to carry out, maintain, and develop their lives. Later, in this learning process each individual can develop a sense of mutual respect for human rights such as the right to broadcast the truth and the right to learn according to their abilities. The main focus of this research is to determine the application of the Humanizing the Classroom learning model in increasing student motivation, the effectiveness of the application of the Humanizing the Classroom learning model and the inhibiting and driving factors in the application of the Humanizing the Classroom learning model. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach. The data from this study are the results of interviews with all MA Nurul Huda Pakandangan teachers, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency, which the researchers considered to be able to provide an accurate and correct description. Data collection procedures used in qualitative research are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the role of the teacher in an effort to improve children's basic writing skills with the Humanizing the Classroom learning model makes the teacher closer to students so as to provide a comfortable atmosphere when starting teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The application of Nurulhuda's Humanizing the Classroom learning model has a positive effect on increasing student motivation. It can be seen an increase in the learning motivation of MA Nurul Huda MA students with their enthusiasm in participating in teaching and learning activities in class, students are very interested in honing their abilities by learning everything new and practicing it in their daily lives. Supporting factors in the application of the Humanizing the classroom learning model are exemplary, active and disciplined teachers and parents as the main controller responsible for the process of student learning motivation and the obstacles are the lack of media, insufficient facilities and little time.

Abstract

Learning in general is the process of teaching and learning from the teacher to the student or vice versa. In the implementation of teacher learning, there is a need for a strategy. Learning strategies are basically real actions of the teacher or are the practice of teachers carrying out learning through certain ways that are considered more effective and efficient. One of the strategies that teachers can do is expository strategies. Among the subjects or fields of study in MTs. An-Najah I Karduluk Pragaan Sumenep are the subjects of aqidah akhlak. One form of demand for professionalism of aqidah akhlak teachers is to be able to implement expository learning strategies to increase student understanding. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 57 students. The data collection that the author uses is to distribute the questionnaire to all respondents. While observation and documentation methods are used as a complement. The data analysis used is product moment correlation data analysis. The results of data analysis obtained r count of 0.708. When consulted with r table level of confidence interval of product moment, then r count is greater than r table of confidence interval level of 5% = 0.266 and at interval level of 1% = 0.345. Therefore, it can be stated that the work hypothesis (Hi) which states the influence of expository learning strategies on students' understanding of the subject of aqidah akhlak class VIII MTs. An-Najah I Karduluk Sumenep academic year 2016/2017, is accepted. Meanwhile, the null hypothesis (H0) states that there is no influence of expository learning strategies on students' understanding of the aqidah akhlak class VIII MTs. An-Najah I Karduluk Sumenep academic year 2016/2017, rejected. So the results of the data analysis above, state that there is an influence of expository learning strategies on student understanding in the subject of aqidah akhlak class VIII MTs. An-Najah I Karduluk Sumenep academic year 2016/2017, the magnitude of which is included in the Strong category.

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that has its own characteristics and is different from other educational institutions. Islamic boarding schools are the oldest and original Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia which can display a system that is well known for traditional and Islamic boarding schools can be interesting to study and research. Islamic boarding schools have a major influence on people's lives, especially because they grow and develop from and for the community itself. However, with the development of the times, pesantren have gradually responded to various social changes that have occurred by changing according to the needs of the community so that pesantren have experienced a shift from the effects of modernization. Likewise with the An-Najah Karduluk Islamic boarding school which carried out modernization. By using a qualitative case study approach. To find out how the Blajud Karduluk community perceives the modernization of traditional Islamic boarding schools at the An-Najah Islamic Boarding School which is described in two research focuses, namely: 1. What are the perceptions of the Blajud Karduluk community regarding the modernization of traditional Islamic boarding schools, a case study of An-Najah Islamic Boarding School 2. What are the forms of modernization efforts An-Najah traditional Islamic boarding school. The results of the analysis found that the perceptions of the Blajud Karduluk community regarding the modernization of traditional pesantren at An-Najah Islamic boarding school were getting good perceptions because of the support from the surrounding pesantren community by changing the salaf system to a modern system (formal education). In addition, there are forms of efforts to modernize the traditional pesantren itself, there are formal schools, namely PAUD, RA, MI, MTs, & MA and extracurricular activities that hone the brain abilities and skills of students, namely drumband, scouts, computer tutoring, 2 language courses (Bahasa English & Arabic) and so on with this is evidence of the reforms carried out by the pesantren.

Abstract

Reinforcement is a form of response that is part of the modification of teacher behavior to student behavior, which aims to provide information or feedback for students One way that educators can apply in increasing student learning motivation is by providing reinforcement. This research is a quantitative research consisting of two variables, namely the method of providing reinforcement (variable X) and learning motivation (variable Y). And the data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires for variables X and Y, and observation as a support for the questionnaire, while the subjects of this study were taken from 40 respondents. For data analysis, the data used is a price table and a conservative size table then the hepotesis test uses a product moment correlation coefficient test. The influence of reinforcement has a positive influence on the learning motivation of Class XII science MA students. Al-Amien I Pragaan academic year 2016/2017. The effect of reinforcement on the learning motivation of class XII science MA students. Al-Amien I Pragaan academic year 2016/2017 included sufficient correlation.
