Abstract

The information technology products (IT products) usage in around Bandung city grows fast recently. The management and the owner of business collect high earnings from these products. It’s caused by high demands especially from activities which using IT products. One of the reasons of application of IT products is to improve the product quality and shortening processing time. These reasons applied not only in manufacturing processes, but also apllied in services jobs. The capability of IT products like computers, internet, smartphones and many application programmes familiar to employees. This article shows the result of the effect of application knowledge and of IT products to performance of services employee around Bandung city. The 125 random samples data of services employees used in this research. The analysis about the effects of application of IT products, skill and knowledge to performance of services employee using multiple linier regression model. The independent variables are IT products and skill and knowledge, the dependent variable is employee performance. The result shows that variables IT products and skill and knowledge gives effects to employee performance significantly, with regression equation Y=0,351X1+0,313X+0,132. Abstract

The development of human resource management will continue to change along with the times. At the same time, there have been various emerging developments in the model approach within human resource management. This study aims to look at the various models of human resource management approaches and find the most suitable approach to human resource management. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of research and previous studies that are still relevant to the content of this research. The results of this study found that the researcher with the Zoroastrian approach model was the most suitable approach model for human resource management in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This is because, in this approach, values of a fairly high work ethic, empowerment, community improvement, fairness, and good manners are important in developing business excellence.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam suasana lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin kompleks dan berkembang pesat sekarang, diperlukan metode pengukuran kinerja yang efektif dan dapat menilai kinerja lembaga pendidikan secara akurat dan menyeluruh. Metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Balanced Scorecard mengangkat aspek sumber daya manusia, sistem yang digunakan dalam lembaga, proses operasional, dan aspek kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil metode pengukuran kinerja dengan balanced scorecard lembaga HPI, dalam empat perspektif, diperoleh 14 sasaran strategis, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, kepuasan pelanggan, perluasan jaringan, optimalisasi pendapatan, efisiensi biaya operasional, pemanfaatan investasi, peningkatan inovasi dan riset, efisiensi waktu pelayanan, pemberdayaan dan keselarasan SDM, efektifitas pengajaran guru, peningkatan kepuasan pegawai, kelancaran informasi dan komunikasi, peningkatan kompetensi pegawai dan pembinaan akhlaq pegawai. Hasil scoring OMAX performance indicator bernilai 4.538 atau pada level 4-7 yaitu warna kuning, performa cukup. Kinerja Lembaga Pendidikan belum mencapai target dan perlu perbaikan untuk mencapai target. Indeks produktivitas 18,3% atau kenaikan kinerja lembaga pendidikan dari periode sebelumnya sebesar 18,3%.
