Abstract

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

Abstract

Every company carries out functions contained in management, the company must have a well-defined plan. The existence of a plan in a company is very influential on the performance process in the period of dependence to obtain good management results, therefore managers in the company must be able to master the whole of the existing management functions.Problems faced by PT. PLN (Persero) The current Medan Area is the absence of a supervisor selection program that uses measurements based on aspects and criteria that are absolutely set by the company. However, with the many criteria needed to become a supervisor, decision makers must be observant in choosing prospective replacement supervisors who will fill supervisor positions in their companies.The Preference Selection Index method generates a ranking of the selection of an object with the success of the best index up to poor. This method is useful when there are conflicts in determining the relative importance between attributes. In the PSI method, the results are obtained with minimal and simple calculations as they are based on statistical concepts without the need for attribute weights. With proper consideration, this method can be one of the tools for specific selection in decision-making systems, especially the selection of the best planning supervisors. Abstract

The problems of industrial relations disputes are becoming increasingly complex and complex, so that rapid and appropriate, just, and inexpensive institutions and mechanisms for dispute settlement of industrial relations are needed. The word quickly must be interpreted as a strategic effort that makes the judicial system as an institution that can guarantee the achievement of justice in the rapid enforcement of law by the seeker of justice. the judicial process can take place quickly as described in Article 103 of the PPHI Law which gives a time limit of 50 days, but some decisions are cut over 50 days, the problems taken in this study How Implementation of Article 103 of Law Number 2 Year 2004 About Dispute Settlement Industrial Relations about the case which was decided at the latest within 50 days at the Surabaya Industrial Relations Court ?, What are the Constraints faced by the Surabaya Industrial Relations Court to run the trial process in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Law Number 2 of 2004?The type of research used is empirical law study that includes research on legal identification and research on legal effectiveness, using qualitative method that is data obtained, both primary and secondary, will be presented descriptively, and then given a conclusion, the data obtained by interview and documentation . The implementation of the obligation to settle the case in the Surabaya PHI has not been able to run maximally this is evidenced by the fact that the number of judgments exceeding the deadline of 50 days, the less than optimal implementation occurs due to various obstacles that resulted in the decision of the judges beyond the time limits set forth in theincluding constraints, among others, community factors such as awareness to attend the scheduled trial schedule, the readiness of the court file and the evidence that should be presented in the hearing. The absence of legal consequences resulting from a decision that exceeds the 50-day time limit and only the courts and the judges are being reprimanded by the Supreme Court so that the parties are minimally aware of the timely completion of industrial relations affairs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun aplikasi placement test yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan penempatan pegawai sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah termasuk penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dekriptif yang terdiri atas dua tahap yaitu tahap perancangan aplikasi dan tahap pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi placement tes memenuhi kriteria valid dan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the accuracy of the Background Subtraction Method in detecting moving objects in a room with the help of CCTV cameras. Data for this research requires data from various sources such as observations and documentation. The analysis and testing techniques carried out are quantitative and qualitative in order to obtain the expected research results. The results of this study indicate that this application detects movement from within and works by using video samples to detect movements that occur in the room.

Abstract

This study aims to improve and implement the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Method with the Class Frequency method in summarizing online news to save time for news readers in understanding news through news summaries. Data (text documents) used in this study amounted to 20 Indonesian language news documents obtained from the site http://www.kompas.com. The trial document is a collection of news from the economic sports and technology categories. Data were analyzed using the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Class Frequency method. The results of this study, show that Class Frequency implementation can affect the accuracy of word weighting in the Term Frequency and Inverse Document Frequency methods where the test results obtain an average accuracy of up to 75% of the 20 documents tested by comparing system testing with manual testing.

Abstract

The aims of the study were to design and implement a motorcycle safety system based on Arduino Mega 2560 R3 by using Smartphone Android.The data was obtained through 1) Field Research, 2) Library Research. 3) Interview which was conducted at the Makassar City Police (Polrestabes) Makassar. The result of the study indicated that This security system was working based on the input commands from the android smartphone and then was processed through Arduino Mega 2560. The test results of the system designed and based on the results of the questionnaire, obtained 94.7% system eligibility. So this system can be said to be feasible to use.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan butir instrumen yang berkualitas berdasarkan tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda dan pengecoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto. Objek penelitian semua jawaban hasil tes calon mahasiswa baru tahun 2014-2016. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk validitas isi ditemukan nilai validitas isi (vi) sebesar 0,42 termasuk kategori sedang. Selanjutnya tampak bahwa nilai koefisien reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,514. Jumlah butir soal yang sukar sebanyak 57,5%, kategori sedang sebanyak 42,5% dan tidak terdapat soal kategori mudah. Selain itu, butir soal yang memiliki daya beda sangat baik sebanyak 5%, baik sebanyak 20%, perlu revisi sebanyak 13,75%, tidak baik sebanyak 61,25%. Sedangkan option yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik pada saat dijadikan sebagai pengecoh sebanyak 5 butir soal, akan tetapi terdapat 40 butir soal yang harus direvisi karena option pengecoh malah dianggap sebagai kunci jawaban oleh peserta yang pintar.Kata kunci: validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda,pengecoh,TAP ANALYSIS OF EXAMINATION INSTRUMENTS QUALITY AT UNIVERSITY BASED ON TAP APPLICATIONAbstractThis study is aimed at finding the items of quality instruments based on the level of validity, reliability, difficulty, differentiation, and distraction. This study was an ex post facto research. The object of research was all the answers of enrollment test results of prospective students in 2014-2016. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation methods, and the data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative technique. The results of the research show that the value of the content validity found is 0.42, which belongs to medium category. Furthermore, it appears that the value of the instrument reliability coefficient is 0.514. The number of the question items which belongs to difficult category is 57.5%, medium category is 42.5%, and no item is in easy category. In addition, the percentage of the question items that belong to the category of very good, good, need a little revision, and not good, in terms of the items’ differentiation, are respectively 5%, 20%, 13.75%, and 61.25%. Further, the options that do not work properly when used as distractors are 5 items, but there are 40 items that must be revised because the distractive option is even considered as the key answer by smart participants.Keywords: validity, reliability, difficulty level, differentiation, distraction, TAP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu perangkat penilaian psikomotor yang valid, reliabel, objektif, sitematik, praktis dan efektif. Kegiatan penelitian terdiri atas dua tahap yaitu pengembangan dan ujicoba terbatas. Tahap pengembangan meliputi kegiatan prasurvai, studi hasil-hasil penelitian, analisis masalah, analisis kurikulum, penyusunan draft penilaian psikomotor dan validasi pakar dan praktisi. Kegiatan tahap ujicoba terbatas meliputi, uji keterbacaan, evaluasi dan revisi. Materi pembelajaran praktik pada pembahasan ini yaitu mengoperasikan power suplay elektronika industri. Analisis data dilakukan dua tahap, yaitu pada tahap pengembangan dan di akhir ujicoba terbatas. Analisis pada tahap pengembangan model dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk menganalisis data hasil validasi perangkat penilaian oleh para pakar dan praktisi. Analisis pada akhir tahap ujicoba terbatas untuk mengetahui efektivitas perangkat penilaian psikomotor secara empirik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengembangan perangkat penilaian psikomotor pada pembelajaran praktik elektronika di SMK yang mengadopsi model R & D telah mampu menghasilkan seperangkat instrumen penilaian yang valid, reliabel, objektif, sistematik, praktis dan efektif. Hal ini berarti bahwa instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja sudah layak untuk digunakan.
