Abstract

Jika dimulai saat ini, siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan pada 2016/2017 yang pada saat nanti tahun 2045 berusia 30 hingga 40 tahun yang disebut mencapai usia produktif, generasi emas. Pada tahun 2045, dari berbagai sumber dikatakan memiliki “bonus” demografi yang terus berlanjut dan akan berkontribusi atau sebaliknya berbencana pada berbagai sektor. Momen mengubah bangsa ini menjadi kaya, produktif dan daya saing besar, kuat, serta indah potensi dan prospeknya dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan. Salah satu cara untuk membentuk siswa yang kreatif, kompetitif, sprotif dan bertangggung jawab adalah melalui perlombaan. Physics Competition (Physton) merupakan perlombaan di bidang Fisika dengan sasaran pelajar sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah pertama dan sekolah menengah atas, yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Tujuan dari kegiatan physton ini meningkatkan semangat belajar fisika siswa sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah pertama dan sekolah menengah atas, serta mengukur sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap permasalahan dan konsep fisika yang tertuang dalam bentuk soal-soal hitungan, konsep, dan praktikum/percobaan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan terbentuknya  siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan fisika guna mencapai generasi emas Indonesia.

Abstract

The low of student’s achievements were indicated because the students were not active and the teacher’s lack of skill. This condition needs a further research in order to improve the student’s achievement through cooperative learning type SAVI in impulse and momentum subject. The specific purposes of this research are to describe: 1) teacher’s skill, 2) the student’s achievements; 3) the students’ participation in the classroom; and 4) the students’ responses. These research were classroom action research that consists of 3 cycles. The instruments were used Lesson Plan, Worksheet, Evaluation Sheet, affective scoring sheet, teacher’s skill and student’s participation observation sheet, and the students’ response observation sheet. The data were acquired by the observation results, questionnaire, and documentation. The results of this research were: 1) The teacher’s skill was improved from 99.21% to 96% and 99.28%; 2) the students’ achievements including cognitive and affective aspects were improved from 81.46% to 88.1%, and 90.96%; 3) The participation of students in teaching and learning process were also increased from 63.67% to 84.43%, and 85.5% in cycle III, 4) the students’ responses during teaching and learning process were very good. According to the results, it can be concluded that the achievements of XI IPA-1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Jorong in learning impulse and momentum were improved after the treatment of cooperative learning model type SAVI.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ada atau tidaknya perbedaan antara hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah menerapkan pembelajaran dengan metode mindmapping menggunakan Coggle ™. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan metode one group pre-test post-test design. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 15 orang mahasiswa.  Teknik  pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t berpasangan. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh nilai t= -5,985 dengan sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi yakni 0,05. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajat mahasiswa sebelum dan setelah menerapkan Pembelajaran dengan metode mindmapping menggunakan Coggle ™.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan modul bermuatan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi fluida statis menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif, ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Subjek uji coba penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Data didapatkan dari lembar validasi, lembar keterlaksanaan RPP, dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu 1) validitas modul berdasarkan lembar validitas dari aspek tampilan dan penyusunan diperoleh validitas dengan kategori baik, validitas RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) berkategori baik, dan validitas tes hasil belajar berkategori sangat baik, 2) kepraktisan modul berdasarkan lembar keterlaksanaan RPP diperoleh kategori baik, dan 3) efektivitas modul berdasarkan tes hasil belajar siswa diperoleh kategori sedang. Diperoleh simpulan bahwa modul bermuatan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi fluida statis melalui model pembelajaran generatif layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.This study aims to describe the feasibility of modules containing verses from the Qur'an in static fluid material using generative learning models, in terms of aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.This research is research and development using ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subjects of the research trial were students of class XI IPA 1 of SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin, totaling 31 students. Data were obtained from validation sheets, RPP implementation sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. The results obtained are 1) the validity of the module based on the validity sheet from the aspect of appearance and preparation obtained validity with good categories, the validity of the RPP is in good category, and the validity of the learning outcomes test is very good, 2) the practicality of the module based on the RPP implementation sheet was obtained in the good category, and 3) the effectiveness of the module based on the test of student learning outcomes is obtained in the medium category. It was concluded that the module containing Al-Qur'an verses on static fluid material through generative learning models is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the effect of educational comics about static electricity on student learning outcomes and student communication skills. The research subjects were students of the Physics Education Study Program at Lambung Mangkurat University Academic Year 2019/2020. The research design used was one group pretest-posttest design. Student learning outcomes data obtained from student learning outcomes tests. Data on students' communication skills were obtained from observation sheets. The results of the pretest and posttest were then tested for normality and homogeneity which showed that the data were normally distributed and the variants were homogeneous. Then, the data were tested for the significance of differences using the paired t-test. The Sig (2-tailed) test results show a number below 0.05 so there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. The effectiveness of the use of educational comics is tested using the N-gain test to determine its effectiveness category. The N-gain test result is 0.705 so the N-gain test result is categorized high. Overall student communication skills are included in both categories. This result is supported by students' responses to educational comics which are overall well categorized. This article concludes that there is an educational comic effect on static electricity towards student learning outcomes and communication skills.

Abstract

This research is aimed to develop student’s worksheet using guided inquiry learning model to train senior high school students’ scientific attitude on the dynamic electricity subject. The specific purposes of this research are to (1) describe the validity of student worksheet, (2) describe the practicality of student worksheet based on questionnaire responses, (3) describe the effectiveness of student worksheet based on students’ cognitive result, and (4) describe the achievement of students’ scientific attitude ability. This research uses research and development methods with ADDIE design. The research shows that: (1) the student worksheet validity is categorized as very valid, (2) the practicality of the student worksheet based on questionnaire responses is categorized as practical, (3) the effectiveness of student worksheet is categorized as effective, and (4) the achievement of students’ scientific attitude ability is moderate. In conclusion, student worksheet using guided inquiry learning model to train students’ scientific attitude for senior high school on the dynamic electricity subject is eligible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan validitas modul praktikum fisika dasar 1 untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model 4D termodifikasi (hanya pada tahap define, design, develop). Validitas modul dinilai oleh 2 orang ahli/akademisi menggunakan lembar validasi modul praktikum. Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa validitas modul praktikum fisika dasar I memiliki kategori valid. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul praktikum fisika dasar I dapat digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa. Selain itu dapat dilanjutkan pada uji berikutnya seperti uji kepraktisan dan efektivitas modul praktikum fisika dasar I.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility of the results of the development of the Digital Electronics Practicum Guidance Module with Logisim Applications. Feasibility is seen from the results of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness test of the Digital Electronics Practicum Guidance Module with Logisim Applications. The research subjects were 50 Physics Education Students of Lambung Mangkurat University who took the 2019/2020 Digital Electronics course. The data collection techniques are (1) validity using a validation sheet filled in by the validator; (2) the practicality of using student response questionnaires with indicators of format, quality, clarity, and student interest; (3) effectiveness is seen from the results of student final exams. The results showed that (1) the validity was categorized as good, with a mean score of 3.33; (2) the practicality is in good category, with the mean score of student response is 4.04; (3) the effectiveness of the high category, namely the mean score of students is 79.47. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Digital Electronics Practicum Guidance Module with Logisim Applications is suitable for use in digital electronics practicum.
