The purpose of this study was to describe and increase in student learning outcomes in social studies learning by using The Power Of Two model in the fifth grade of elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subject was 28 grade V students. The research procedure consistend of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The result of the study showed and increase in aspects: a) RPP cycle I with an average of 67,85% and cycle II 92,85%, b) implementation on the aspect of the teacher cycle I with an average of 70,53% and the second cycle 92,85%, the aspect of the students of the first cycle with an average 66,07% and cycle II 89,28%, c) learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average of 69,12% and cycle II 91,07%. The conclusions from the result of the research conducted are using the Make a Match model can improve student learning outcomes in social stundent learning in class V SD Negeri 11 Indarung Padang

The aim of the research is to describe the improvement of students learning outcomes in learning Social Science Subjects by using the Think Pair Share model at grade of Elementary School. The classroom action research was conducted in the research by using both qualitative and quantitative approach. The subject of the research were 24 students of the school (11 male students and 13 female students). This research was conducted in two cycles consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The result of the research shows that there are some improvement: a) The lesson plan increased from 75% in cycle I to 92,86% in cycle II, b) the teacher teaching aspect increased from 77,08% in cycle I to 91,67% in cycle II, the students learning aspect also increased from 70,84% in cycle I to 87,50% in cycle II, c) the students learning outcomes increased from 74,97 in cycle I to 86,73 in cycle II. Thus, the use of Think Pair Share Model has improved the students learning outcomes in learning Social Science at grade of SDN 51 Bungo Pasang, Padang. AbstractThe purposeof this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in teaching Citizenship Education (Civics) by using the talking stick in class IV SDN 04 Koto Ranah .By fifth grade students study subjects totaling 14 people..Research that has been conducted shows an increase inboththe learning process and assessment of student learning outcomes. Results of research conducted in two cycles shows that the results of the assessment in terms ofplanning (RPP) in the first cycle is 73% rise in the second cycle to be 93%.Assessment results in terms oft he implementation aspects of the teacher in the first cycle increased 72% to 92,5%, while theresults of the assessment in terms ofthe implementation aspects of the students in the first cycle was a 70% increase in cycle II increased to 95%. Learning outcomes in the first cycle is rising 72% to 86% in the second cycle. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in learning social science knowledge (IPS) using role playing method in the fifth grade in SDN 52/III Koto Dian, Kerinci regency. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) which is uses qualitative and quantitative approach which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of the fifth grade of 22 people. The observation results of RPP cycle I 85, 6%, cycle II 96, 6%. The teacher activity cycle I 81.3%, cycle II 96, 6%. The student activity cycle I 79, 7%, cycle II 93,8%. Average learning outcomes of student cycle one (I) is 71, 4, and student cycle two (II) is 82, 5. Thus, this study can be concluded that learning social sciendce knowledge (IPS) role playing method can improve student learning outcomes in the fifth grade in SDN 52/III Koto Dian, Kerinci regency. This research was conducted based on the facts indicating that the integrated thematic learning was not run as it was expected. The teacher seemed to ignore the involvement of the learners in making correlation between the laerning materials and their real life. The purpose of this research was to describe the application of PBL model in integrated thematic learning process. The technique used is observation. This research is a class action. This research was conducted at SDN 15 Ulu Gadut Kota Padang. The subject of the research was the teacher and the learners of class V totaling 28 people . The result of the research revealed that the quality of integrated thematic learning increased. The first cycle of meetings one aspect of RPP 84.38%, teacher aspects 78,57%, and students 78,57%, meeting 2 aspects of observation RPP 90,63%, teacher aspects 89,28%, and aspects of learners 89,28%. Cycle 2 observes RPP 96,87%, teacher aspects 96,42%, and learners aspects 96,42%. This proves that the PBL model can improve the learning process of student.

The purpose of this study is to describe an increase in student learning outcomes in social studies learning using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Type model in the fifth grade of Elementary School. The approach used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative approach. This research was conducted at 34 Public Elementary Schools in Simpang Haru, Padang City with 34 students consisting of 15 women and 17 male students. The results of the study in cycle I 89.25 (B), increased in cycle II 96.4 (SB), from the aspect of the teacher and aspects of students cycle I 87.5 (B) increased in cycle II 97.5 (SB), learning outcomes students in social studies learning from aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills in the first cycle of 77.95 were sufficient (C) to increase in cycle II 91,0 (SB)

The purpose of this research was improve the students achievement in learning social science usedScript of 6th grade elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were students of 6th grade were 20 people consist of 12 men and 8 women. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 78,57% and the cycles II of 92,86% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 76,38% and II cycle was 94,44% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 72,21% and II cycle was 91,66% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 77 and II cycle was 86,41. It can be concluded that used Script model can improve students achievement in learning social science of 6th grade at SDNegeri 10 Surau Gadang Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social science, Script

AbstractThe background of this research study low yields Elementary School fourth grade students. The purpose of this study is to describe the application STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model to improve learning outcomes of students of class IV SDN 13 Cingkariang Banuhampu. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects were practitioner and teacher Elementary School fifth grade students numbered 21 people. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes of the first cycle that 77 (enough) to the second cycle is 90 (very good). Thus, the application of STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model to improve learning outcomes fourth grade students of SDN 13 Cingkariang Kecamatan Banuhampu.Key Word: Learning outcomes, STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model

The purpose of this research was to improved the learning outcomes of student in Social Science Knowledge used PBL on 5th grade elementary school. Types of this research were 25 people consist of 12 men and 13 women. The implementation of this research was conducted in two cycles with research procedure that consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflectio. The results showed an increase in terms of (a) the RPP of cycle I with an average of 75% to 89,28% in cycle II, (b) Implementation teacher’s activity cycle I with an average 83,92% to 92,85% in cycle II, while for the implementationon the students cycle I with an average 80,35% to 92,85% in cycle II, (c) Students learning outcomes in cycle I with an average of 77 be 87,3 in cycle II. It can be concluded that used PBL model can improve students achievement in Social Science Knowledge of 5th grade elementary school at SDN 31 Jati Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social science, PBL

The researchis animed to improve the students’ learning outcomes in learning the Social Study Subject by using the Cooverative Learning, Think Pair Share Model at5th grade of SDN 23 Marapalam Padang.Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research wereteachers (practitioners) and 31 students.
