The research objective was to describe the improvement of comprehension reading ability using the Talking stick model of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 06 Piai Tangah, Kota Padang. Research subjects were researchers as practitioners and fourth grade students totaling 31 students consisting of 18 men and 13 women. In prabaca cycle I got an average score of 60.48, the average value when reading 66.53, and the average post-reading value 69.35. In cycle II the average score was 75.81, the average value when reading was 95.56, and the average post-reading value was 77.41. Thus the Talking stick learning model can improve students' reading comprehension skills in class IV SDN 06 Piai Tangah Kota Padang. AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the interest in learning mathematics and the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students of the Public Elementary School in Cluster I of Ampek Angkek District. This type of research is correlational research. The sample in the study amounted to 56 grade V students of the Public Elementary School in Cluster I Ampek Angkek Subdistrict selected based on systematic sampling techniques. The results of the calculation of research data using the Pearson Product Moment formula obtained r count = 0.716> r table = 0.2632 and a significance value of 0,000 <0,05 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis says "there is a positive relationship between interest in learning mathematics with the results of mathematics learning in the fifth grade students of the Public Elementary School in Cluster I Ampek Angkek District. This study aims to describe the use of the Problem Based Learning model to improve the integrated thematic learning process in the fifth grade of SD N 05 Bandar Buat Padang. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. Conducted in two cycles, with three meetings covering four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were researchers, teachers, and fifth grade students of SD N 05 Bandar Buat Padang, totaling 27 people. The results of the study were: (1) the percentage of lesson plan observation was 79,16%, an increase of 100%. (2) Teacher activities 82,14%, an increase of 100%. (3) Student activities 82,14%, an increase of 100%.

This research is a classroom action research, using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The flow of research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of Class IV of SD 04 Garegeh Elementary School, Bukittinggi City. The research instrument was the observation sheet in the form of RPP observation sheet, observation sheet, teacher aspect and observation sheet on student aspects. This study was conducted in two cycles with three meetings.The results of the study showed an increase in the integrated thematic learning process cycle I and cycle II. (a) Cycle I of the first meeting, RPP got a score of 72.22% qualification (C), Implementation on the aspect of the teacher got a score of 78.6% qualification (B), and the implementation of aspects of the student got a score of 78.6% qualification (B) . (b) Cycle I meeting II, RPP got a score of 76.31% qualification (B), Implementation on the aspect of the teacher got a score of 86.2% qualification (B), and the implementation of aspects of the student got a score of 85.71% qualification (B) . (c) Cycle II, RPP gets a score of 91.67% qualification (SB), Implementation on the aspect of the teacher gets a score of 91.42% qualification (SB), and the implementation of aspects of the student gets a score of 92.85% qualification (SB). Thus the problem based learning model can improve the learning process at 04 Garegeh Public Elementary School, Bukittinggi City.

Following research is purposed to find out if there is a relationship between Learning Motivation and study's result on fifth grade of national elementary school number four subdistrict Banuhampu, Agam regency. Population in this research are 159 students with 61 students as sample. Data is analyzed by using Pearson Correlation shows that there is relationship 0,936 and r table df=59 with 5% significance 0,2521, which means counted r is bigger than r table (0,936>0,2521), and obtained significance 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. this result shows that there is a significance relationship between Learning Motivation and Study's result on fifth grade of national elementary school number four subdistrict Banuhampu, Agam regency. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan menulis narasi menggunakan metode mind mapping di kelas V SDN 10 Bandar Buat, Kota Padang pada tahap prapenulisan, tahap penulisan, dan tahap pascapenulisan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi di kelas V SD. Peningkatan proses pembelajaran terlihat pada nilai tahap prapenulisan siklus I dengan rata-rata 75,54%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92,93%. Pada tahap penulisan siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 67,60%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,17%. Pada tahap pascapenulisan siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 67,60%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,17%. Pada rekapitulasi nilai siswa terlihat jumlah nilai siswa pada siklus I yaitu1.604,94% dengan rata-rata kelas 69,78, dan pada siklus II jumlah nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 1.921,91% dengan rata-rata kelas 83,56%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis narasi menggunakan metode mind mapping dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci :Keterampilan menulis narasi, metode mind mapping

This study aims to determine the significant effect on learning outcomes of student citizenship education using Problem Based Learning models. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with non equivalent control group design. The sample in this study is Class V A and V B SDN 15 Ampang Gadang. Data collection techniques use tests. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the t-test formula. Based on the calculation of the t test (t-test) on the results of pretest tcount = -0.02238 and t table = 1.68 with a significant level of α = 0.05 of 1.68, then the tcount <ttabe posttest obtained the results of tcount = 2,745 and ttable = 1 , 68 at the significant level α = 0.05 at 1.68, then t count> t table. This means that there is a significant influence on student learning outcomes of Civics by using Problem Based Learning models. The purpose of this research was improve the social studies learning used NHT of 5th grade elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were students of 5th grade were 25 people of 10 men and 15 women. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 80% and the cycles II of 96,42% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 81,25% and II cycle was 96,8% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 78,12% and II cycle was 96,8% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 77,1 and II cycle was 87,3. It can be concluded that used NHT model can improve students achievement in learning social science of 5th grade at SDN 18 Air Tawar Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social science, NHT

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence the use of cooperative learning model numbered head together (NHT) on student learning outcomes in PKn learning. This research is a type of quantitative research with experimental research methods, and a quasy experimental design research design. The population in this study amounted to 84 people with a sample size of 32 people, sampling data was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were objective tests with multiple choice forms. The results showed that t count> t table is 2.146> 2.04 with α = 0.05 which means Ha is accepted. The average posttest results in the experimental class 81,31 and the control class 75.81. So that Ha is accepted, namely the influence of the use of cooperative learning model numbered head together (NHT) on student learning outcomes in PKn learning. This study aims to describe the improvement of student’ speaking skills by using the image media in the classroom 2 SDN 02 inner village. The subjects of the study were 2 graders, amounting to 20 people. The result of the assessment of cycle I rrp obtained an average of 77 % and cycle 2 on average 100%. assesment of teacher cycle 1 aspect is average 78,7% and cycle 2 is average 92%. Grading student aspect 1 cycle average 73,7% and cycle 2, 90%. Learning outcome cycle 1, 74,9% and increase in cycle 2, 82,8%.In short the speaking skill can improve by using the image media in primary school.Keyword : Skills Improvement, Speaking, Picture Media.
