Abstract

This research starts from the problems that appeared in Citizenship Education learning process which is recognized by lack of students’ activeness and low of courage level in expressing students’ opinions. The indication of lack the courage in expressing students’ opinions can be seen from the low of students’ activeness in learning process. Teachers have the most strategic role in learning process. The teachers Strategic role in learning process have the impact on students' competencies (knowledge, attitudes, skills). The competence of students’ will develop optimally depending on how teachers place them selves and students’ in teaching learning process. Based on the background above, the identification of this research formulation is how the teaching and learning of Citizenship Education can play an important role in improving the courage for the students’ to be able express opinions during the teaching-learning process easily. This research was conducted by the purpose to know how the Citizenship Education can play an important role in improving the courage to express students opinions in teaching-learning process. To achieve the objectives conducted qualitative research on the case study method of learning Citizenship Educationin at Vocational High School Pasundan I Serang City. Data collecting technique that used were observation, interview and documentation. From the result of analysis, it can be concluded that Citizenship Education in improving the courage express students opinions is able to change the situations of learning centere on teachers become students active role in achieving the learning objectives. Based on the findings of this research, it can be argued that the Citizenship Education in improving the courage to express students opinion have the potential to participate actively in the learning process and collaboration in a heterogeneous group.Keywords: learning, Citizenships Education, Courage, Expressing Opinions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze certified and non-certified coffee agribusiness value chains found in West Lampung District, analyze the efficiency of certified and non-certified coffee agribusiness value chains and, the formulation of coffee price in the certified and non-certified coffee agribusiness value chains in West Lampung District. The study is conducted in three sub-districts namely Air Hitam, Kebun Tebu and Sumber Jaya. Total respondents coffee farmers are 146 coffee farmers, consist of 85 certified coffee farmers and 61 non certified coffee farmers’ chosen by cluster random sampling method. Total respondents are 20 sellers; consist of 9 group sellers’ collector, 7 local sellers’ collector, 2 wholesalers and 2 exporters chosen by snowball sampling method. Research data was collected in November 2016 to January 2017 and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research result showed that there were three channels in the agribusiness value chain of certified coffee and two channels in the agribusiness value chain of non-certified coffee. Channel three in the agribusiness value chain of certified coffee and channel two in the agribusiness value chain of non-certified coffee have been efficient with formulation process of price certified and non-certified coffee in the agribusiness value chain of coffee in West Lampung, the buyer was a price setter and the seller was as a price taker.Key words: certified coffee, non-certified coffee, value chain

Abstract

Cooperative learning is one of the learning models used by teachers in teaching and learning process, and it has many types when it is implemented in the classroom. In reality ashwat (Arabic phonology study) is one of the boring subjects considered by students in Ma'had Al-Imarot Bandung. The lecturer only instructs the students to pronounce the Arabic hijaiyyah letters and distinguish the letters adjacent to the makhraj (points of articulation of letters) and its nature. In the learning process, a lecturer uses only lecture method, who gives the examples of correct pronunciation then the students repeat those pronunciations after the lecturer. As a consequence, a lecturer should be able to update the learning process by using an interesting learning model by implementing cooperative learning for instance. The aims of this research is to know the reality of learning ashwat as Arabic pronunciation at Ma'had Al-Imarot Bandung, to know the ability of students to mastery of Arabic ashwat before applying cooperative learning in ashwat learning, to know the implementation of cooperative learning in ashwat learning, to know the advantages and disadvantages of cooperative learning in ashwat learning, as well as to know the students' ability to master Arabic ashwat after applying cooperative learning. This research is based on the framework that the implementation of cooperative learning in ashwat learning is effective. So the researcher states the hypothesis “cooperative learning is applied effectively in ashwat learning” The method used in this research is experimental method with quasi experimental design. There are two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and tests. the results find that the ability of students who mastering Arabic ashwat in the experimental class before applying cooperative learning showed good criteria with an average mark of 69.00 from pre-test. Surprisingly, the ability of students who mastering Arabic ashwat in the experimental class after applying cooperative learning showed excellent criteria with an average mark of 91.25 from post-test. After the researcher had tested the hypothesis, it can be concluded that cooperative learning was effectively applied in ashwat learning with the value of N-gain 0.68 which shows cooperative learning had improved students’ ability in Arabic ashwat about 68% with medium criteria.

Abstract

الملخص مازالت بعض المعاهد التقليدية في إندونيسيا تتركز في تعليم اللغة العربية علي تعليم القواعد و تحفيظ المفردات العربية مع ترجمتها باللغة الإندونيسية فحسب علي حساب المهارات اللغوية الأخري كالمحادثة ومهارة الاستماع و القراءة و الكتابة، وعدم الاهتمام بتطوير طرائق تدريس اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها و إعداد المعلمين المؤهلين و المدربين. أما أهم مشكلات التعليم فتمثلت في صياغة الأهداف، و المواد الدراسية، و طرائق التدريس، و المعلمين. الهدف الأساسي من هذا البحث عرض المفاهيم الأساسية في طرائق تعليم اللغة العربية الشاملة للناطقين بغيرها. وأهم الحلول لتلك المشكلات هي صياغة الأهداف المواكبة لروح العصر، ووضع المواد الدراسية المناسبة لدارس اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها، و اختيار الطريقة المثلي لتوصيل اللغة العربية، واختيار المعلمين المؤهلين المدربين. الكلمات المفتاحية : المعاهد التقليدية، مشكلات التعليم، أهم الحلول

Abstract

إحدى الوسائل التعليمية الفعالية في تعليم اللغة العربية هي الوسيلة اللعبية لأنها تجعل الطلاب إهتماماو نشاطا في عملية فعلية بمدرّسهم داخل الفصل.وتتكون الوسيلة اللعبية من مختلف التعليم التييمكن تطبيقها علىتعلم اللغة العربية. بينها الوسيلة جيجساو (jigsaw)لتعليم القواعد والوسيلة ماكروميديا فلاش (Makromediaflash) لمادة الأعمال اليوميةواستخدام اللغز (TTS)لتحسيناكتسابالمفردات واستخدام الأغنيةإضافة إلى زيادة المفردات واستخدام الكتب المصورةلزيادةالمفردات واستخدام بطاقةكلمةوبطاقة الصورةلتحسينالتحصيل العلمي للطلاب وتطبيق وسيلة لعبة الثعابين والسلالم لزيادةاكتسابالمفردات والعديد منلعبةوسائل التعليمالتي يمكن استخدامهالتحصيل النجاح في العملية التعليمية.ولجودة العملية التعليمية تحتاج إلى إبداع المعلم وفعاليته ونشاطته والوسيلة اللعبية لا تزال من الممكن تطويرها لمتابعة تطورات الوسيلة الجديدة وأنواع اللعبة المتطورة في عملية التعليم والتدريب.كلمات البحث: تعليم اللغة العربية، الوسيلة اللعبية، إبداع المعلم.

Abstract

الطريقة المباشرة هي الطريقة النموذجية في تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية قدرة الدارس في مهارة الكلام، تتميز هذه الطريقة بوجود المقابلة المباشرة والتبادل المباشر بين المدرس والدارس باستخدام اللغة العربية أثناء التدريس، فبهذه الطريقة يتمكن المدرس والدارس أن يجعل اللغة العربية لغة أساسية أثناء الدراسةيقوم الخبراء في اللغة العربية بتطوير هذه الطريقة لعدم اقتناعهم بطريقة الترجمة، لأن هذه الطريقة لا تناسب الواقع في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بهاوفي تطبيق هذه الطريقة لا تخلو من العيوب، وتظهر هذه العيوب خلال تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، ولكنها لا تعد مشكلة أساسيىة للمدرسين المجتهدين بل تعتبر من العوامل الإيجابية لترقية قدرة التدريس حتى تتطور طريقة التدريس بصورة أفضلإن استيعاب المدرس علي طرق التدريس المختلفة وخبراته الطويلة في التدريس هما العامل الأساسي في حل مشاكل التدريس.

The statistical methods usedtoanalyze the effect ofindependent variables onthedependent variableis theprodutmomentcorrelationtechnique, the coefficientof determination, and at test. Data usedin this studyisdirectlyfrom theobjectof research. Hypothesis testingwillbe doneby usinga significance levelof 0.05(α =0.05) or theconfidence levelof 0.95. Resultsof the study showthat thepremium incomeandprofitonAJBBumiputera 1912BandungBranchSetiabudhiexperiencingfluctuatinggrowth. Based on the analysis, the hypothesisinthis study receivedthepremium incomeaffectprofitabilityofcompanieswithstrong category0,622. Coefficient of determinationofthe regressionequationis equal to0,438. It meanspremiumpendpatanvariable(X) hascontributed toincome(Y) of 43,8%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial viability of oyster mushroom farming and to arrange strategies of developing oyster mushroom farming. This research is located in Sekincau District of West Lampung which is intentionally chosen with the consideration that it has good prospects in the field of horticulture, especially the oyster mushroom. Respondents include three farmers cultivating oyster mushrooms. The research was conducted in February 2016. The first objective is analyzed quantitatively by using financial analysis (Net B / C, NPV, IRR, and Payback Period) with a compounding factor (CF) of 9 percent and the second goal is analyzed descriptively with SWOT analysis. The results showed that the oyster mushroom farming in West Lampung was feasible and profitable to be pursued. Financially, the business is still viable because the NPV and Net B / C is higher than 1, and the value of IRR is higher than the interest rate.  Strategy priority to develop oyster mushroom farming consists of improving the quality of oyster mushroom products in order to attain physical and non physical assistance from government, widening marketing networks, and improving the use of appropriate technology in farming.Key words : development strategiy, financial analysis, and oyster mushroom

Abstract

Human capital sebagai penggerak suatu perusahaan selayaknya mendapat perhatian dari manajemen supaya selalu dinamis menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang ketat. Penurunan kualitas human capital di PT Pindad Persero Bandung dalam waktu tiga tahun terakhir menjadi perhatian peneliti untuk mencari tahu penyebab serta mendapatkan solusinya.  Terkait permasalahan tersebut, pengembangan human capital yang berkaitan dengan on the job training dijadikan variabel yang menyajikan alternatif solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas on the job training, human capital dan pendapatan karyawan dengan dikontrol oleh variabel jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan masa kerja. Pengaruh on the job training terhadap human capital; pengaruh on the job training terhadap pendapatan; dan pengaruh human capital terhadap pendapatan karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dan eksplantori survei dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling terhadap 323 karyawan PT Pindad Persero yang terdistribusi secara proporsional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dan diolah dengan bantuan SPSS.22.00. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa on the job training, human capital dan pendapatan karyawan dengan dikontrol oleh variabel jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan lama kerja sudah dilakukan dengan efektif. On the job training berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap human capital; on the job training berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan; dan human capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan karyawan PT Pindad Persero.

Abstract

Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) merupakankeluhan-keluhan yang biasanya mulai satu minggu sampai beberapa hari sebelum datangnya haid, dan menghilang sesudah haid datang, walaupun kadang-kadang berlangsung terus sampai haid berhenti. Penatalaksanaan atau perilaku untuk mengurangi terjadinya PMS sangat diperlukan. Untuk mengurangi kejadian PMS, setiap individu harus bisa mengatasinya yaitu dengan cara terapi farmakologi dan non-farmakologi. Salah satu cara non-farmakologi adalah terapi relaksasi pernafasan.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa kebidanan tingkat II STIKes Mitra Kencana Tasikmalaya sebanyak 43 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji statistik untuk menguji beda mean dependent yakni dengan uji dependent t-test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan relaksasi pernafasan mayoritas mahasiswa termasuk pada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 19 orang (44,2%) dan hasil setelah dilakukan relaksasi pernafasan mayoritas mahasiswa menjadi kategori ringan yaitu sebanyak 31 orang (72,1%). Setelah dianalisis dengan uji t-test maka ada pengaruh relaksasi pernafasan terhadap penurunan gelaja Pre Menstrual Syndrome pada mahaiswa kebidanan Tingkat II STIKes Mitra Kencana Tasikmalaya tahun 2016 dengan nilai p value 0,000.
