Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and religiosity on sharia-based entrepreneurial intentions in students in Semarang City. This research uses a mix method method which uses two approaches, namely a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. The population is all students in the city of Semarang, amounting to 231,636 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, which is based on the criteria in the form of students who are Muslim and at least semester 2 students. The sample used is 100 respondents calculated using the Solvin formula. To obtain qualitative data, the researcher conducted interviews with 7 respondents who had filled out the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS 25, with Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the results of the t-test of the variables obtained a value of t = 957 < 1.664 and a significance value of 0.341 > 0.05, so attitude has no effect on sharia-based entrepreneurial intentions in students in Semarang City. The results of the t-test of the subjective norm variable obtained a value of t = 1.001 < 1.664 and a significance value of 0.319 > 0.05, meaning that subjective norms have no effect on sharia-based entrepreneurial intentions in students in Semarang City. The results of the t-test of behavioral control variables obtained t = 1.144 < 1.664 and a significance value of 0.256 > 0.05, it means that behavioral control (X3) has no effect on sharia-based entrepreneurial intentions in students in Semarang City. The results of the t-test of the religiosity variable obtained t = 2.797 > 1.664 and a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, it means that the religiosity variable has a positive and significant effect on the intention of sharia-based entrepreneurship in students in the city of Semarang.
