Abstract

An assessment of faculty performance are (1) the process of assessing how a person has worked compared to predetermined targets. (2) the process of documenting measurement, knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs on the individual learner or groups of people, institutions, or the education system as a whole. GAP Analysis and Fuzzy Logic models Mamdani is a form of analysis and methods used in assessing faculty performance on AMIK Citra Buana Indonesia (CBI) Sukabumi. Analysis is conducted an analysis of the difference (gap) between the assessment by students and faculty performance and assessment standards institutes of some indicators of assessment, namely productivity, quality of work, problem solving and motivation and responsibility. Steps being taken in mamdani fuzzy methods are (a). Fuzzification. (B). Apps function implications (c). The composition of the rules with maximum method. (D). Centroid defuzzification method. The results of the research faculty performance assessment is fairly accurate with the difference between the appraisal value of 0.6 to the fuzzy method mamdani and use conventional methods that have been carried out by the institution.

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) so rapidly, including for the field of ERP (Enterprice Resources Planning). To design and build an ERP system, it is necessary to first analyze the system to be built, especially for the design of Rekayas Software (RPL). The results of this study are expected to find the results of good and correct analysis so as to be able to implement the system into a program using JAVA. This research consists of several parts analysis. The core of this research is to review the problems that exist in the company, in determining user requirements or user needs, then generate design in the form of diagrams used as a system design tool. The point explanation that will be done is Business Overview, Organizational Structure, Department Description, User Requirement. While the design of the system using UML consisting of several diagrams are Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagrams, Entity Diagrams, Communication diagrams, State Machine Diagrams, Component Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams, Composite Structure Diagrams, Interaction Overview Diagrams, Object Diagrams , Package Diagram, Timing Diagram, The author takes the object case that is PT. COSMO TECHNOLOGY which is located at Jl. Raya Segog Km.14 Batununggal Village Kec. Cibadak, Sukabumi-West Java. Abstract

Information Systems data processing storage of goods / tools is one part in a company that is urgent, goods / work tools is a very important element that can not be separated because it can help facilitate the workers in doing the job properly and correctly. The use of a large number of tools and users of the tool also allows many of the occurrence of data collection errors and result in loss of equipment and goods PT. Torishima Guna Engineering Sukabumi district is a company located inSukabumi. The data management of the goods / work aids has not used a good and accurate system, still using a manual system, where every item / equipment borrowed, returned, lost or damaged is still manually recorded every day. This resulted in the late reporting of data goods / tools (work tools) that exist in the company. The author tries to do research and build a system using Delphi XE2 program to handle the problem
