Abstract

Kampung Cireundeu merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata di Kota Cimahi, yang menawarkan konsep kampung dengan kebudayaan unik dan masih sangat terjaga kelestariannya. Kampung ini terkenal dengan kebudayaan masyarakat adat yang tidak memakan nasi melainkan memakan rasi singkong sebagai makanan substitusinya. Adapun pariwisata yang ada di Kampung Cireundeu cenderung berjalan di tempat. Paket wisata adalah solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan pariwisata yang ada di kampung tersebut. Paket wisata yang direncanakan akan berdasarkan kepada karakteristik dan motivasi wisatawan yang datang ke Kampung Cireundeu. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar paket wisata tersebut berorientasi kepada wisatawan sehingga paket akan sesuai dengan keinginan juga kebutuhan wisatawan dari berbagai golongan. Dalam memperoleh hasil penelitian yang peneliti inginkan, maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Terdapat beberapa tahapan dalam perencanaan paket wisata ini, yakni analisis karakteristik dengan menggunakan diagram pie, analisis motivasi dengan menggunakan skala likert sebagai skala pengukurannya, analisis elemen paket wisata berdasarkan data primer, penyesuaian antara karakteristik dan motivasi, dan terakhir perencanaan paket wisata berdasarkan karakteristik dan motivasi, termasuk di dalamnya tema, itinerary, hingga harga. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 4 jenis paket wisata dengan penamaan berdasarkan kepada jenis singkong beracun yang ada di Cireundeu, yaitu Paket Sampeu Karihkil Hiji (untuk pelajar TK dan SD), Paket Sampeu Karihkil Dua (untuk pelajar SMP dan SMA), Paket Sampeu Karihkil Tilu (untuk mahasiswa), dan Paket Sampeu Karihkil Opat (untuk masyarakat umum). Semua paket tersebut diharapkan dapat dikembangkan dan dapat pula memajukan pariwisata di Kampung Cireundeu.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe expectation of Guest House guest experience is the expectation of the guest perspective on what the Guest House will occupy. If the manager can fulfill the guest’s expectation, it can grow the guest’s loyalty and allows being repeater guest. The purpose of this study is to determine what are the factors that forms expectations of Guest House guest experience. This research uses quantitative method with factor analysis. In this study shows that there are four factors forming expectations of Guest House guest experience, spesifically on the youth travellers.Keywords: Factor Analysis, Customer’s Expectation, Experienc, Guest House.

Abstract

The MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) industry is set by the government as the flagship product of national tourism. This is because the MICE industry is also the top five contributors or the top 5 contributors along with shopping, culinary, heritage, and religious tourism. This research focuses on meeting packages at hotels in Bandung City which is also one of the supporting facilities for this sector. Analysis of repurchase intention is done to find out how big the level of a decision maker to conduct a meeting at a business hotel in Bandung. This research is important to know what things can increase their desire for repeat purchase that affects occupancy. The purpose of this study is also to find out what is the motivation of repurchase intention, along with its elements. In its implementation, this research used content analysis method and looked for information with semi-structured interview to 10 people. The results of this study indicate that repurchase intention is formed by the pull factor and the driving factor formed from 11 constituent elements, namely satisfaction, company policy, novelty seeking, pricing, facilities, location, F & B products, service, hotel image, bonus & privilege, and flexibility.Keywords: repurchase intentions, hotel meeting packages, intrinsic and push & pull factors

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of animal feed given to cattle towards the dairy products, income, and small breeders income. The tourism being induced in this dairy products were souvenirs for tourists. Method of the survey were dairy farmers of KPSBU Member in the West Bandung Regency, through snowball sampling on 8 people with a total of 62 cattle breeders. Analysis test has been done for validity, reliability tests, and correlation analysis test and also test of track analysis. Testing on research data showed that all research variables are valid and reliable, the correlation between variables also showed a positive relationship. Path analysis produce: 1) the feed given to cattle amounted to 63.1% against dairy products affects, 2) the feed given to cattle has a positive effect against breeders income either directly or indirectly, 3) dairy products also has a positive effect against breeders income either directly or indirectly, and 4) the feed given to cattle and dairy products affect of 93% against breeders income.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSejak 1990 Pangandaran telah berkembang menjadi salah satu tujuan wisata utama di Jawa Barat yang memfokuskan pengembangannya pada wisata bahari. Perkembangan itu menarik banyak wisatawan dan berdampak pada kondisi ekosistem laut. Terumbu karang secara perlahan dirusak oleh kegiatan wisatawan, limbah plastik dan polusi, sehingga kejernihan air terdegradasi. Program ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerusakan terumbu karang dan kesiapan masyarakat dalam membudidayakan terumbu karang, serta menyediakan pelatihan kepada masyarakat sehingga model transplantasi akan dihasilkan. Subjek dari pelatihan ini adalah komunitas nelayan di Kecamatan Pananjung. Pelatihan disampaikan dalam tahapan: 1) identifikasi kondisi terumbu karang di Perairan Cagar Alam; 2) analisis kesiapan dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan budidaya terumbu karang, dan 3) pelatihan dalam budidaya terumbu karang bagi masyarakat. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan perairan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat setempat melalui pelatihan dalam budidaya terumbu karang. Ketika transplantasi siap, masyarakat setempat akan dapat mengembangkan usaha pariwisata mandiri, berdasarkan konservasi dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga membantu pemerintah dalam mewujudkan wisata bahari yang berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Ekowisata, Transplantasi Terumbu Karang, Wisata Bahari. ABSTRACTSince 1990 Pangandaran has developed into one of the main tourism destination in West Java which focuses its development on Marine Ecotourism. The development drawn high number of tourists and impacted the condition of the marine ecosystems. The coral reefs were slowly being damaged by tourists activities, plastics waste and pollution, thus the clarity of the water was degraded.This Program was conducted to analyze the level of damage to coral reefs and community preparedness in cultivating coral reefs, as well as providing training to the community so that the model of transplantion would be generated. The subjects of this training were fishermen communities in Pananjung Subdistrict. The training was delivered in the stages of: 1) identification of the condition of coral reefs in the Nature Reserve Waters; 2) analysis of community readiness and ability in developing coral reef cultivation, and 3) training in coral reef cultivation for the community. The target of this activity is to improve the quality of the aquatic environment and increase the knowledge of local communities through training in coral reef cultivation. Whenever the transplantation is ready, the local community will be able to develop an independent tourism business, based on water conservation, and improve the economy of the community, thus helping the government in realizing a sustainable marine tourism.Keywords: Coral Reef Transplantation, Ecotourism, Marine tourism.
