Vocational tertiary institutions are responsible for equipping students with values according to the needs of the world of work and industry. In order to be able to work according to the needs of the world of work, in addition to mastering hard skills, also learning soft skills, at the higher education level in character building it is necessary to provide adequate knowledge and education through student organizations. understand the campus program and environment and become a separate motivation for developing human resource/student competencies. This Community Service activity occurred at the People's Struggle Student Council Pondok. This educational activity was held on 12-13 November 2022. The target audience for this community service activity was active students of the organization. The results obtained are that it is known that there are still those who do not know about organizational leadership and management evaluation through pretest and posttest. The implementation of educational activities related to organizational leadership and management adds to students' knowledge regarding organizational leadership and management.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SRIWIJAYA SUMATRA SELATAN Muhammad Iqbal

This study aims to determine; (1) the working environment conditions at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan; (2) employee performance at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan; and (3) is there a significant effect between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan. This research is quantitative research using regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan, totalling 10 employees. Sampling with totalling sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites for analysis include a normality test and a linearity test. Next, test the hypothesis using simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.643 and a coefficient of determination of 0.413. This means that 41.3% of employee performance at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan is influenced by the work environment, while the other 58.7% is determined by other variables not explained in the study.

Sumber daya manusia memegang peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan, sebab faktor manusia (karyawan) merupakan penggerak utama disetiap kegiatan yang ada didalam perusahaan, karena karyawan yang melakukan kegiatan perusahaan mulai dari merencanakan, melaksanakan, hingga mengendalikan setiap kegiatan dan aktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wilmar Food Jambi. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Wilmar Food Jambi. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel 18 responden Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskriptif dengan menggunakan skor nilai, presentase, dan tabel.Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapat kesimpulan bahwa upah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata persentase pada variabel upah sebanyak 85 % respon positif dan pada variabel kinerja karyawan sebanyak 97 % respon positif yang diberikan responden. Hal ini menunjukkan Semakin baik tingkat pemberian upah oleh perusahaan, maka semakin baik pula tingkat kinerja karyawan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

In writing this report, the writer obtains data from the object research its Bebek Gendut Restaurant Palembang which addressed at Nyoman Ratu street No.1771 Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how Bebek Gendut Restaurant serves customers who visit and ensure customers are satisfied with the menu that is served so that it becomes one of the culinary tourism attractions in the city of Palembang. The method used in analysing data is a qualitative method. The results of this research are about the taste of the food, the procedures for promotion, the services used, and the obstacles that often occur during the sales process and how the role Bebek Gendut Restaurant as one of the culinary tourism attractions in the city of Palembang. Bebek Gendut Restaurant quite an important role in the presentation of Javanese cuisine in the city of Palembang, but due to the lack of attention from the management, Bebek Gendut Restaurant not widely known in the city of Palembang. The lack of maintenance and expansion of sales branches is a factor that is less developed culinary industry. This is very influential in increasing revenue turnover and less attractive to visitors.

This study was conducted to evaluate the outcomes of process-genre training in the EFL writing course. It also looked at how they used rhetorical devices and techniques in their essay. Additionally, the success of the intervention was evaluated according to how the pupils perceived it. At SMP N 2 Sungai Lilin's eighth grade, it was circumscribed. A quasi-experimental design was used to achieve this. Using the simple random sample procedure, Sections A (N=42) and C (N=41) comprised the study's experimental group (EG) and control group (CG), respectively. While the CG received the customary writing instruction, the EG was exposed to process-genre intervention. Data were gathered using two research instruments: an interview and a pre-post intervention writing exam. Accordingly, the experimental and controlling technique was carried out. The textbook for English students in grade 8 served as both an EG and CG teaching tool. To compare the test results between the two groups at the pre-post test, an independent samples t-test was used, and a paired samples t-test was used to compare test results between groups. Additionally, both qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques were used. According to the study's conclusions, teaching process-genre writing in EFL writing classrooms is a beneficial instructional strategy. Students made an effort to use rhetorical techniques when composing their essays. The impact on students' attitudes toward process-genre writing training was positive. When implementing the training in their writing classroom, EFL teachers should be skilled and competent. Finally, it is advised to do additional study by lengthening the intervention period to examine the effects of process-genre based writing training as an instructional strategy in EFL writing classrooms.

Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. Therefore, it is important to seek the role of youth in realizing democracy and a stable political economy, so that youth can play a more active role and have a positive impact on society.

Islamic economics is likewise a scientific reality that consistently distinguishes itself from social science constellations founded on atheism and even secularism. Islamic economics is a new force within these two streams that is developing into a mature, independent system and discourse in scientific thinking. Its existence is a culmination of long-lasting intellectual attempts in the history of the Muslims as well as a reaction to the inequity of the contemporary socio-economic system.

This research was conducted at Darussalam Polytechnic on third semester students. For data collection using questionnaires, the questionnaire used must be valid and reliable to answer the understanding of accounting students towards the Management Accounting course. Validity is an index that indicates that the measuring instrument is measuring data correctly. The validity test can use the Pearson correlation technique for each number of the questionnaire score with the total score of the questionnaire. A questionnaire instrument is said to be valid if the correlation value is positive, and the probability value is less than the significant value (α 0.05). Cronbach's Alpha method is used to measure reliability in demonstrating that a questionnaire is maintainable and consistent, assuming that a questionnaire is said to be reliable if Cronbach's Alpha value is more than the r value of the table. Based on the results of the validity test related to accounting students' understanding of management accounting courses, it is explained that questionnaire instruments related to assets, liabilities, and equity are proven valid because they have a significant value on the validity test smaller than 0.05, while question instruments related to liabilities are not reliable.

This community service aims to provide skills and knowledge to women entrepreneurs who work on batik fabrics in weaving centers in the city of Palembang. service This approach uses interviews, observation, field studies and field practice. The results of this service are related to non- formal education-based women's empowerment, there are several processes ranging from awareness raising to increasing women's interest in being involved in empowerment, the awareness process is carried out by identifying needs that are used as the basis decision making, the next program is to encourage and invite women to participate in the program by outreach to the wider community, the process of transforming knowledge and skills is carried out by training in an effort to provide knowledge and skills for women that are adapted to the conditions of women and carried out by the method of withdrawing batik materials that are the goal is an effort to increase women's independence in the development of batik as well as efforts to improve the quality of batik production that is able to compete in the national market and international.
