Abstract

Every humanitarian organization needs to raise funds and channel these funds. Distribution of funds from donors is often not in accordance with the programs that have been planned by social service agencies. This study aims to prioritize logistical assistance for flood disasters using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method as a supporting material that can be taken into consideration in making decisions about providing assistance on the crowdfunding platform which is used as an online fundraising medium, the AHP method is used as a supporting material for analyze the reference variables that are considered in making a decision to provide assistance. AHP analysis results recommend the order of potential beneficiaries from the highest priority to the lowest. In determining assisting decisions by sorting prospective recipients based on priority, the AHP method produces a consistency ratio value that is less than 0.1 so it can be concluded that the results of these decisions have consistent characteristics as supporting materials for decision making

Abstract

The current generation of smartphones is increasingly sophisticated, equipped with several sensors such as accelerometer, gravity sensor, and gyroscope that can be used to recognize human activities such as going up stairs, going down stairs, running and walking. To get information, the data will be grouped using statistical methods. The performance of statistical methods has shortcomings in classifying data because of the procedures that must be met. To cover this shortcoming, the ensemble technique is used. In this paper, we propose to apply the Multi-Class Ensemble Gradientboost algorithm to improve the performance of the logistic regression method in classifying such as climbing stairs, descending stairs, running and walking. The process of taking data using a smartphone by designing an Android-based .apk system. Then, the entire dataset was separated into training data and test data with a comparison percentage of 70:30. The results obtained show that the Multi-Class Ensemble Gradientboost algorithm succeeded in increasing the logistic regression performance by 27.93%

Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity every year makes the electricity infrastructure approach the maximum threshold value, thus affecting the stability of the electricity network. The decentralized smart grid control (DSGC) system has succeeded in maintaining the stability of the electricity network with various assumptions. The data mining approach on the DSGC system shows that the decision tree algorithm provides new knowledge, however, its performance is not yet optimal. This paper poses an ensemble bagging algorithm to reinforce the performance of decision trees C4.5 and classification and regression trees (CART). To evaluate the classification performance, 10-fold cross-validation was used on the grid data. The results showed that the ensemble bagging algorithm succeeded in increasing the performance of both methods in terms of accuracy by 5.6% for C4.5 and 5.3% for CART.

Abstract

Pengembangan model credit scoring yang efektif menjadi sangat penting karena volume data pelanggan industri kredit saat ini sangat besar. Penyelesaian masalah credit scoring berhasil mendapatkan kinerja prediktif terbaik menggunakan model metode statistik tetapi kinerjanya masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperkirakan parameter menggunakan persamaan nonlinear. Penelitian ini mengusulkan peningkatan metode Logistic Regression dengan melakukan teknik Ensemble dengan memperkirakan parameter Newton Raphson. Teknik Ensemble yang digunakan adalah bagging. Dua data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah German dan Australian Dataset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan berhasil mencapai kinerja terbaik dengan meningkatkan kinerja klasifikasi tunggal dengan akurasi sebesar 79.6 % untuk German Dataset dan 86.9 % untuk Australian Dataset.

Abstract

Jumlah data yang sangat banyak pada industri perbankan sangat susah bahkan mustahil untuk dianalisis secara manual untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi yang berguna untuk menentukan suatu kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan data mining diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mengolah data tersebut. Berbagai metode telah banyak digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi suatu data, salah satunya adalah metode support vector machine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap nasabah yang berpotensi berlangganan deposito pada bank marketing dataset. Fokus penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan dari metode support vector machine yaitu metode least square support vector machine kemudian di ensemble menggunakan boosting. Data yang akan diolah adalah bank marketing dataset. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan yakni ensemble least square support vector machine lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya dengan persentase tingkat accuracy, sensitivity, specivicity masing-masing adalah 95.15%, 92.93%, 97.61% dengan total rata-rata hasil klasifikasi sebesar 95.23%.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, kini smartphone dapat mengenali aktivitas manusia menggunakan sensor accelerometer dan gyroscope yang telah tertanam didalamnya dengan menghasilkan ratusan bahkan ribuan record dan membutuhkan metode data mining untuk melakukan pengelompokkan berdasarkan output tersebut. Metode data mining yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan metode lainnya adalah SVM tetapi sensitif terhadap parameter setting dan training sample yang menyebabkan performa tidak maksimal maka ensemble adalah solusinya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode ensemble Stacking untuk melakukan klasifikasi aktivitas manusia berbasis sensor accelerometer dan gyroscope. Hasil menunjukkan kinerja ensemble Stacking dengan akurasi 99.2%, sensitivity 99.6% dan specificity 98.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu mobile aplication yang dapat digunakan oleh user untuk mengetahui tentang resep-resep masakan dan kue khas tradisional Makassar. Saat ini, aplikasi yang menggunakan perangkat bergerak semakin meningkat dan beragam. Pada sistem ini, development tools yang digunakan adalah Java Eclips yang diimplementasikan pada perangkat smartphone android. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan informasi kepada user tentang resep-resep masakan dan kue khas tradisional Makassar, yang di tempatkan di perangkat mobile

Abstract

This inventory system is very important for the company, especially at PT. Sinar Home Shopping which is engaged in the distribution or sale of goods and the availability of goods in fulfilling orders. But inventory problems are often an obstacle in having to go in and out of goods. Where in the company PT. Sinar Home Shopping goods data processing is still done manually starting from reports on goods, suppliers, customers, sales reports and purchase reports. so errors often occur. Therefore, the problem of the author's company conducting research to design an inventory system for PT. Sinar Home Shopping by using Delphi 2010 Embarcadero and Firebird 2.0 which is the best solution to overcome this in this case helping to simplify and speed up work in processing data recapitulation of goods, suppliers, customer sales and purchase transactions and make it easier to find information. The results obtained are the system can provide accurate data quickly and can facilitate users in calculations and reports.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi ini adalah untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi secara cepat dan tepat. Sistem yang dibuat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan dan memperluas area pemasaran produk Pada Toko Master Computer Makassar. Metodologi pengumpulan data menggunakan metode : interview yaitu cara mengumpulkan data dengan mengadakan tanya jawab langsung dengan bagian yang berhubungan dengan obyek yang diteliti. Survei yaitu pengamatan langsung mengenai sistem penjualan manual yang sedang berjalan di Toko Master Computer Makassar. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan, bahwa dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan aksesoris komputer ini, maka proses pengolahan data yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan cepat serta sangat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam penjualan maupun laporan karena data yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan hasil yang dilakukan secara manual.

Abstract

Since being designated a global pandemic by the world health agency (WHO), the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak has become a scourge worldwide; various standard transmission control procedures have been set by WHO to break the chain of transmission.  Bone District Government through the Circular of the Regional Secretary No. 800/1919/VI/BKPSDM/2020 dated June 4, 2020, regarding the work system of State Civil Apparatus Employees (ASN) in the new standard order regulates employee attendance using manual attendance and not using fingerprint attendance machines, and this will undoubtedly affect the recording of the performance of each ASN where the attendance data is already connected to the e-performance application that is applied to the Bone district. The purpose of this research is to create an online attendance application based on Android Mobile to be an alternative way of being absent by using the data communication method using the Representational State Transfer (Rest) web service architecture and utilizing the HTTP protocol with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format and the Java programming language as a language. Mobile Application programming. The results of this study are a mobile-based attendance application that has been tested for web service performance using the Apache JMeter application to ensure this application is ready to be used simultaneously by many ASN.
