Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto (STTA) sebagai sebuah perguruan tinggi yang baru terbentuk sangatlah perlu untuk membentuk Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja (SPK) demi terciptanya visi dan misi. SPK yang baik haruslah terintegrasi untuk semua unit dan aktivitas di perguruan tinggi. Indikator kinerja yang terbentuk tidak hanya berupa indikator kinerja finansial (keuangan) tetapi juga indikator kinerja nonfinansial. Oleh karena itu peneliti mencoba merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan melibatkan indikator kinerja finansial dan nonfinansial. Prores perancangan SPK menggunakan model Balanced Scorecard , yaitu keseimbangan antara finansial dan nonfinansial dengan didasarkan pada langkah-langkah (framework) yaitu penetapan arsitek pengukuran, penentuan tujuan strategis (strategic objectives) dari masing-masing perspektif (finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, belajar dan tumbuh), penentuan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dan penentuan target. Indikator-indikator kinerja (key performance indicators) yang terbentuk dalam penelitian ini ada 45 indikator kinerja. Untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja adalah menggunakan lembar kerja pengukuran kinerja yang dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai kinerja.

Abstract

Untuk memperoleh bahan baku yang berkualitas maka perusahaan harus dapat selektif dalam memilih supplier. Untuk memilih supplier diperlukan suatu Sistem Evaluasi dan Seleksi Supplier (SESS) yang mempertimbangkan kriteria finansial dan non finansial (multi kriteria). Model QCDFR (Qualty, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, Responsiveness) digunakan sebagai kerangka acuan dalam merancang SESS. Perancangan SESS dengan kerangka acuan model QCDFR didasarkan pada langkah-langkah penetapan kriteria, penetapan indiaktor kinerja supplier dari tiap kriteria, penetapan bobot kriteria dan indikator, pembuatan lembar kerja dan pelaporan evaluasi dan seleksi supplier. Hasil rancangan dengan menggunakan model QCDFR menghasilkan 7 Supplier Performance Indikator (SPI). Lembar kerja yang terbentuk sangat mudah digunakan untuk evaluasi dan seleksi supplier. Dari lembar kerja tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa CV. Y memiliki kinerja terbaik.

Abstract

Bantul regency until now has approximately 36 villages wisata. Standarisasi tourist village needs to be done, which is the standard tourist village which is categorized as an embryo, develops, and advanced. These standards can be used by Disbudpar to determine work programs such as mentoring programs, counseling, training for rural tourism in the category or the developing embryo. One standardized assessment instrument is the assessment of performance against a tourist village. Therefore, in this study, researchers are trying to design a system of standardization of the tourist village of Bantul model performance measurement system balanced scorecard that includes the identification of performance criteria, strategic objectives, determining indicators of performance, the determination method / means of performance measurement precise, systematic and easy to use, as well as the design of performance reporting. The design activity in this study is divided into four phases, namely: the initial phase of the study and formulation of the problem, the design phase, the phase of analysis and conclusion phase. Early research phase and the formulation of the problem include the formulation of the problem and determine the research objectives. Design phase includes the design process performance measurement system with Balanced Scorecard method which includes the establishment of strategic objectives, the establishment of performance indicators (key performance indicators / KPIs), target setting and action plans, draft worksheet performance measurement methods Omax and draft reporting of performance-based website. Phase analysis includes analysis of balanced scorecard performance measurement system that includes analysis perspective, the analysis of strategic objectives, KPI analysis and analysis of the strategy map. Phase conclusions include conclusions from the findings and suggestions. From the research performance based on four perspectives of the balanced scorecard, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. Strategic objectives that form there are 10 and there are 24 KPI KPI formed. Besides of this study the formation worksheet Omax performance measurement method, so that can know the value of each performance indicator of performance and total performance in a particular period.

Abstract

Miftahunnajah Orphanage is a community group that organizes pesantren education for orphans. For that purpose, the orphanage management needs a lot of operational expenses in the organization of education and to fulfill the needs of the students santri. So far, the funds used for operations are mostly dependent on donors from donors. The santri in this orphanage have good potential to be developed in order to be more economically independent and not only rely on donor donations or existing funders. While in the neighborhood around the orphanage many resources that can be raised to be developed in the form of creative industries. One of the existing resources is the existence of scrap wastes from small convection industry in Yogyakarta. Creativity and innovation santri-santri Miftahunnajah orphanage needs to be developed in order to capture the opportunities that exist in the vicinity. The solution to solve the problem of lack of creativity and innovation of the santri at Miftahunnajah Orphanage is to provide guidance for business counseling. Therefore in the activities of Community Service T.A. 2017/2018, the proposer conducted advisory activities to nurture and guide the Orphanage Miftahunnajah in making creative products and innovations from waste patchwork materials that exist in the surrounding environment to be a creative product and can be marketed so as to support the orphanage economy and become the Orphanage economically independent. The steps undertaken in the Community Service activities are as follows: 1) Conducting a survey to find out the condition of Orphanage Miftahunnajah in Wonocatur Banguntapan area, 2) Conducting data of creative industries appropriate for guidance / mentoring, 3) Conducting business assistance in the form of guidance of creating creative and innovative products from waste materials that can be developed at Miftahunnajah Wonocatur Banguntapan orphanage. The result of this community service activity is children at Miftahunnajah Orphanage can make creative and innovative product from waste material of patchwork.

Abstract

One important factor in influencing the progress and decline of an industry is the performance factor. Performance issues are not only important for middle-to-upper-level companies and large companies, but also important for small and medium industries such as the batik craft industry in the Wukirsari region, Bantul. Given the importance of performance, researchers tried to design a performance measurement model of the batik craft industry in the Wukirsari region, Bantul with the aim of identifying performance criteria, determining performance indicators, formulating performance indicators, and making performance measurement instruments. The steps in this study are divided into four phases, namely the initial research phase and problem formulation, the design phase, the analysis phase and the conclusion phase. The initial research phase and problem formulation include, the profile of the batik craft industry in the Wukirsari region, Bantul, the current performance evaluation system, problem formulation and research objectives. The design phase includes the design process of the performance measurement model with the Balanced Scorecard method which includes setting strategic objectives, establishing performance indicators (key performance indicators), determining performance indicator formulas, making performance measurement instruments. Analysis phase includes KPI analysis and strategy map analysis. Conclusion phase includes conclusions from the results of research and suggestions for the batik craft industry in Wukirsari, Bantul. From the results of the study obtained four performance perspectives based on the balanced scorecard, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. five, namely: increased sales growth, high customer satisfaction, improved system and better work processes, the creation of a good work climate, and increased employee productivity.There are seven performance indicators formed, namely: the rate of sales growth, the level of customer satisfaction, level of compliance with customer complaints, percentage of defective products, number of new products, level of job satisfaction, and employee productivity. The establishment of a performance measurement worksheet, so that the performance values of each performance indicator and total performance can be known in a certain period.Keywords: Performance, Measurement, Batik

Abstract

Performance issues are not only important for upper middle and large companies, but also important for Small and Medium Industries Creative Industries. To evaluate the current condition of a creative industry, the creative industry needs to determine the multi-criteria Key Performance Indicator (KPI) properly and correctly. Therefore in this study, researchers tried to design a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the creative industries of bamboo crafts in the Godean district of Sleman. The design of KPI uses the Balanced Scorecard method which includes setting strategic objectives, determining key performance indicators (KPI). From the results of the study obtained 10 KPI, namely: the level of sales growth, the level of customer growth, the level of customer satisfaction, the level of customer complaint fulfillment, the level of production speed, the number of products produced by labor, the percentage of defective products, the percentage of the level of effort to repair defective products, the level of productivity employees, and employee job satisfaction Keywords: Performance, Performance Indicator, Key Performance Indicator, Balanced Scorecard, Creative Industry.

Abstract

Usaha Wono Batik Jumputan pada dasarnya merupakan usaha rintisan ibu-ibu PKK Wonokromo I berbasis rumahan yang masih kebingungan dalam menjalankan usaha dengan baik, khususnya kurangnya pengetahuan dalam  perencanan bisnis batik (aspek pasar meliputi konsumen, pasar, pesaing, aspek teknik meliputi perencanaan bahan baku utama dan pendukung, alat, sumber daya manusia), implementasi bisnis (cara memasarkan produk), pengelolaan keuangan, pengembangan/inovasi produk, sehingga berdampak tidak optimalnya usaha yang dijalankan. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan, keterampilan sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan suatu usaha/bisnis. Selain itu usaha rintisan ini  relatif masih lambat untuk berkembang karena faktor modal usaha yang sangat terbatas. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan  kurangnya pengetahuan, keterampilan sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan suatu usaha/bisnis adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan bimbingan usaha. Oleh karena itu dalam kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat T.A. 2018/2019 ini, pengusul melakukan kegiatan pendampingan untuk membina dan membimbing ibu-ibu PKK di RT 04, Wonokromo I, Wonokromo, Pleret, Bantul dalam melakukan perencanaan bisnis batik (aspek pasar meliputi konsumen, pasar, pesaing, aspek teknik meliputi perencanaan bahan baku utama dan pendukung, alat, sumber daya manusia), implementasi bisnis batik (cara dan media promosi, cara memasarkan produk batik, analisis SWOT, analisis kinerja), mampu melakukan proses pembuatan batik jumputan, membuat laporan keuangan yang sederhana serta mampu memunculkan ide-ide motif batik jumputan agar usaha rintisan ini berkembang dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pemasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu-ibu PKK Wonokromo I dalam pengelolaan bank sampah adalah proses pemilahan sampah belum berjalan dengan baik, masih banyak sampah yang tercampur dan masih belum tertata rapi, tempat kerja pemilahan yang kurang bersih, terkesan berantakan dan kurang terawat, kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan Ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengelola bank sampah yang efisien dan efektif. Solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan bagi ibu-ibu PKK Wonokoromo I dalam mengelola bank sampah agar efisien dan efektif melalui pelatihan penerapan konsep 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) atau 5 R (Ringkas, Rapi, resik, Rawat, Rajin) dan studi banding ke bank sampah yang telah menerapkan 5S. Ketercapaian dari kegiatan ini adalah Ibu-ibu PKK Wonokromo I dapat menjelaskan dengan baik tentang konsep 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) atau 5 R Ringkas, Rapi, resik, Rawat, Rajin), dapat memilah dan menempatkan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang sesuai jenis atau bentuknya, dapat  menyediakan wadah/keranjang/tong yang untuk menyimpan sampah daur ulang yang telah di pilih sesuai jenisnya, dapat menempatan wadah/keranjang sampah daur ulang telah dipilah dengan rapi, memberi label pada wadah/keranjang sampah yang dapat didaur, dapat membersihan wadah/keranjang sampah, tempat kerja pemilahan, dan penampungan secara rutin, dapat membuat SOP pengelolaan sampah  dan jadwal perawatan peralatan yang digunakan, dapat membuat jadwal pengumpulan, pemilahan, penyetoran sampah dan semua anggota mampu menjalankan seluruh tahap 5S agar 5S menjadi budaya ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengelola bank sampah.
