Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh media, metode dan interaksinya terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan Randomized Factorial Design 2x2 yang dilaksanakan pada kelas VII di SMPN 1 Sluke. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis media dan metode serta variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata hasil belajar yang dicapai kelas perlakuan I, II, III, dan IV masing-masing yaitu 60,4; 68,2;68,9 dan 70,7. Hasil uji ANAVA menunjukkan media, metode dan interaksinya berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan uji lanjut LSD menunjukkan bahwamedia animasi berpengaruh lebih baik daripada charta, metode Time Token berpengaruh lebih baik daripada diskusi, dan interaksi media animasi dan metode Time Token memberikan pengaruh yang paling baik terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa materi organisasi kehidupan.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of media, methods, and their interaction towards activities and learning outcome. This study is an experimental research withRandomized Factorial Design 2x2 conducted in class VII at SMP N 1 Sluke. The independent variables in this study are the type of media and the methods and dependent variable is the learning outcomes of students. The average grade of learning outcomes that achieved by treatment class I, II, III, and IV respectively are 60.4: 68.2: 68.9 and 70.7. The ANAVA test results showed that the media, methods,and their interaction give real effect on learning outcomes and further test by LSD showed that the animation media give better effect than the chart; Time Token method give better effect than a discussion; and the interaction animation media with Time Token method gives best effect towards activities and student learning outcomes of The Organization of Life material in SMP N 1 Sluke.

Abstract

The development of science and technology gives effect to the development of human resources. Education has a decisive role for the development and realization of human resources according to the demands of the times. One of the basic education that should be mastered by students is a science because science can not be separated from everyday human life. Science as the proceedings applies the scientific method to solve problems and discover new concepts. In the process of inquiry or discovery are required special skills in thinking and acting. One of the capabilities that need to be developed is the ability of students to think creatively. This study was aimed at examining the effect of the the project based learning by science edutainment approach on students creativity. This study used the post-test control group design. This study used cluster random sampling to devide samples into two groups. The experimental group was implemented model of project based learning by science edutainment approach and the control group was implemented conventional method. The independent variables in this study are the type of learning method and dependent variable is the students creativity. The average of students creativity score in experimental group is 7,52 and 6,78 for control group. The t-test showed a significantly different students creativity, between the experimental and control groups. The use of project based learning by science edutainment approach significantly influenced the students creativity

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh modul tematik inquiry-discovery terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi metabolisme pembentuk bioenergi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan post test control group design yang dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Sluke. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sluke. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 2 kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok konrol. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis bahan ajar serta variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata skor post-test siswa kelompok ekperimen mencapai 82,10 dan kelompok kontrol mencapai 71,47. Rata-rata skor psikomotorik siswa kelompok ekperimen mencapai 75,8 dan kelompok kontrol mencapai 64,0. Rata-rata skor minat dan sikap siswa kelompok ekperimen mencapai 18,23 dan kelompok kontrol mencapai 16,89. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan modul tematik inquiry-discovery berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil belajar (kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif) siswa materi metabolisme pembentuk bioenergi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model project based learning berbantuan edutainment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan control group post-test  design, yang terdiri dari kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil uji-t analisis kemampuan kerjasama menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung 3,279 > t-tabel 2,011 dan  analisis hasil belajar siswa dengan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung 2,854 > t- tabel 2, 011. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan kerjasama dan nilai post test siswa kelompok ekperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian model project based learning (PjBL) berbantuan metode edutainment dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Kudus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the character of homeland love for elementary school students through the application of ethno-edutainment-based learning. This research is a pre-experimental study with one group pretest post test design research design. The sample used in this study was a fifth grade student of Muhammadiyah Kudus Elementary School with a purposive sampling technique. Data on students' love of homeland characters was obtainedusing student observation sheets and analyzed using normalized gain tests. The results showed that students' homeland love character scores after learning were higher, reaching 12.54 compared to before learning with a score of 6.36. The results of the normalized gain analysis show that the level of increase in the love character of the homeland students in the low category was 4.55%, the medium category was 40.91%, and the high category was 54.54%. Classically, the value of normalized gain <g> is 72% or 0.72, which means that the interpretation of the increasein the character of love for the country is high

Abstract

Hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan di SD IT Umar Bin Khattab diketahui bahwa bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran selama ini adalah buku dari pemerintah dan beberapa buku dari penerbit lain yang beredar di pasaran. Materi pembelajaran yang disajikan dalam buku tersebut belum mampu menggambarkan kondisi nyata di lingkungan sekitar khususnya daerah Kudus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepraktisan modul ethno-edutainment pada siswa sekolah dasar berbasis islam di Kudus. Modul ethno-edutainment dikembangkan dengan model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi.Tahap pengembangan modul ethno-edutainment meliputi tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan validasi produk, dan tahap uji coba produk. Pada tahap uji coba produk dilakukan kegiatan uji coba skala terbatas, dan uji coba skala luas. Uji kepraktisan dilakukan pada tahap uji skala luas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV di SD IT Umar Bin Khattab. Kepraktisan modul ethno-edutainment dinilai dengan menggunakan angket respon siswa dan wawancara terhadap guru.  Hasil respon siswa terhadap modul ethno-edutainment menunjukkan adalah 87,5% artinya siswa memberikan respon positif. Guru juga memberikan respon positif terhadap modul ethno-edutainment. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa modul ethno-edutainment yang dikembangkan dinyatakan praktis untuk digunakan.

Abstract

This research is based on the reality that in State Elementary School 03 of Sukoharjo, learning was carried out in the method for all lesson. It made students to be passive in learning thus resulting poor learning outcome.This study aimed to describe the improvement of student learning outcome with group investigation model assisted by poster in theme 6 “Heat and its Transfer” in fifth grade of State Elementary School 03 of Sukoharjo. This study was classroom action research which was conducted in  a number of 14 students. This research was conducted in two cycles where each cycles consisted of four stages of planning, implementation, observations, and reflection. Data collection was obtained through test, observation, interview and documentation. The data was analysed quantitatively and qualitatively The result showed an increase in students learning outcomes in aspects of knowledge, attitude, and skills. Students’ learning outcome in aspect of knowledge have increased from 71,42% in the cycle I to be 92,85% in cycle II. In aspect of attitude, students, learning outcome have also increased in cycle I by 71,42% to be 89,28% in cycle II. Students’ learning outcome also increased in aspect of skills by 74,99% in the cycle I to be 89,28% in cycle II. The results indicated that the use of Group Investigation with Poster media can improve the students’ learning outcome in knowledge, attitude and skill aspects in elementary school level.

Abstract

online learning, factors that affect parents attention and the role of parents attention to students mathematical comprehention skills. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive data analysis. In this study, it was found that, 1) where most of parents pay attention to stundent, 2) The factors that affect the attention of parents are, (a) the presence of desire / need, (b) strong lack of stimulus, (c) busy activities / work, (d) physical condition, (e) mental and surrounding atmosphere, (f) the educational ability of parents. 3) Students have sufficient mathematical comprehention skills. Parents attention is only one of the factors that affect students mathematical comprehention skills, another factor is the existence of internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of the writing skills of fifth grade students of SD 5 Jekulo Kudus on theme 6 by applying the Group Investigation learning model which is assisted by serial image media. The Group Investigation Model is a cooperative learning model that emphasizes student participation and activities to find their own material. Serial image media is a medium used to make it easier for students to understand learning. This class action research was carried out in class V with 29 students as research subjects which lasted for two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed an increase in learning by applying the learning model in each meeting. Students' writing skills in pre-cycle obtained a percentage of 24.20% and increased in the first cycle by obtaining an average score of 752 with a percentage of 65.51% with a good category, experiencing an increase in the second cycle with an average score of 864 with a percentage of 89.65 % with very good category.

Abstract

Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membuat pengguna gadget tidak hanya berasal dari kalangan orang dewasa namun anak dan balita juga dapat memanfaatkan gadget  dalam aktifitas yang mereka lakukan setiap hari. Penggunaan gadget khusunya pada anak tentunya terdapat hal – hal yang positif maupun negatif. Peran orang tua dalam mengawasi anak sangat berpengaruh bagi anak dalam penggunaan  gadget. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam mengontrol penggunaan gadget pada anak  dan mengetahui dampak penggunaan gadget  pada anak  usia 11 tahun di Desa Soco Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan studi kasus. Penelitian fokus pada penemuan realita, fakta dan data terkait dengan peran orang tua dalam mengontrol atau mengawasi penggunaan gadget pada anak  usia 11 tahun.  Data diperoleh langsung peneliti melalui wawancara dengan informan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam mengontrol atau mengawasi penggunaan gadget  pada anak usia 11 tahun yakni 1) dengan membatasi waktu penggunaan gadget, 2) selektif dalam memilihkan aplikasi gadget  pada anak, 3) menemani anak dalam pengunaan gadget, 4) melatih tanggung jawab anak, 5) berinteraksi  sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat dampak positif dan dampak negatif dalam penggunaan gadget. Dampak positif penggunaan gadget yakni menambah pengetahuan, memperluas jaringan persahabatan, dan mempermudah komunikasi, sedangkan dampak negatif  penggunaan gadget  mengabaikan perintah orang tua, kecanduan, serta konsentrasi belajar yang menurun.
