Abstract

The growth of children from infants to adolescents, the development of children from unrealistic to realistic is an accumulation of children's life experiences. Therefore, the problems faced by children (school age / students) are basically inseparable from the realistic lives of students as part of family members. This paper aims to analyze the discipline of students in schools / madrasah. The methodology used in this study is based on the phenomenology approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews, so the presence of researchers to acquare information is a necessity. The results of this study indicate that the educational problems experienced by students (truancy, low interest in learning, and disrespectful attitude towards the teacher) have a strong relationship to students' family problems. Communication, problem solving skills, roles in the family to the parenting style used by the family, turned out to be the cause of problems in students at school. Parents' expectations for educational institutions are too excessive, such as schools that are responsible for children's lives. In contrast, counselors in schools often intervene with students without grasping at students' problems holistically. Tug of war between family and school (counselor) is one of the main issues that must be taken to create a socializing education.

Abstract

This paper aims to illustrate the important value of religion in humanlife in the Modern era. However, internalization of religious understanding canonly be disseminated through education (counseling guidance). Furthermore,many Indonesians embrace eastern culture, so that the implementation ofcounseling guidance at the educational level should have considered theReligion side in the face of changing times. This paper uses a library researchapproach, where data is obtained and collected from literature studies. Analysisof the data in this paper requires the author's important role in interpreting thedata. The findings resulted that religion became a basic milestone in educationalservices (counseling guidance). Science and Religion must be balanced, so thatreligion can be a guide for someone to act, so does Science become a drivingforce in sustaining the progress of the times.

Abstract

Abstract: this paper aims to describe Islamic counseling from a philosophical perspective. However, Islamic counseling cannot be separated from the philosophical foundation as a foundation in analyzing the ontology, epistemology and axiology of Islamic counseling. This paper uses a library research approach, where data is obtained and collected from literature studies. Analysis of the data in this paper requires the author's important role in interpreting the data. In the end, the material object of Islamic Counseling philosophy is the same as the object of philosophy in general, namely everything that exists. Islamic counseling study methods can be done by; Normative, Historical, Linguistic, Contextual, Traditional, Critical, Hermeneutic Approaches.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the Muslim philosopher (Ibn Miskawayh) about the structure of human personality that implies the activities of Islamic counseling services. During this time, counseling practice is still based on the paradigm of western thinkers in looking at the structure of human personality. In fact, many Muslim figures such as Ibn Miskawayh have devoted their thoughts to aspects of human life. Ibn Miskawayh argues that human personality is based on three aspects: Nafs Natiqah, Nafs Al Sibaiyyah, and Nafs Al Hayawaniyyah. According to him also, the three driving forces of such behavior, has a tendency to dominate one another. Therefore, the offer proposed by Ibn Miskawayh is the emergence of the balance of the driving force of behavior, through several models of therapy and counseling services in an Islamic model.Keyword: Ibn Misakawaih, structure of Personality, Islamic models couseling/therapies.

Abstract

This paper aims to test a case of people with psychosis in adolescents (school age) and parenting by parents of patients. The method used in this paper uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with instrumental models. The location of this study is located in the Pematang Siantar city, North Sumatra. Researchers in this context tried to reveal the existence of interventions carried out by parents of adolescents to psychiatric disorders. This is based on the scope of family counseling material that the family (parents) has a large role in the emergence of psychiatric disorders in children caused by a homeo-statis. of family life. As a result, researchers found that the main source that causes psychiatric disorders experienced by children is caused by parenting parents in an authoritarian way and tends to lead to acts of violence, so that the space for victimization is limited and has an impact on depression to psychiatric disorders.Key words: Psyshotic disorder, parenting, and family counseling.

Abstract

Interest in learning is a desire to gain knowledge and experience towards good changes in behavior, attitudes, and the ability to interact with individuals in the community. This study provides an overview of the implementation of group guidance services in developing students' low interest in learning and the obstacles faced in implementing group guidance services in Karya Jadi Village, Batang Serangan District. The purpose of implementing group guidance services is to describe and analyze students who have a low interest in learning and provide understanding in developing student interest in learning in Karya Jadi Village, Batang Serangan District. The method used in this study is a qualitative-descriptive method. Data was obtained through three techniques; interviews, observations, and documentation studies. the results of data analysis can be concluded that interest in learning can be developed through an intense group guidance service effort carried out in a way that provides an understanding of the learning model, learning interest, and talents possessed by each student. Abstract

Learning is a process of making humans better. Learning at school seems to have not succeeded in overcoming the learning difficulties experienced by students. Approximately 85% of children are declared with language difficulties. The role of the teacher must be able to plan learning in reading well so that students are able to become a habit as something very interesting, and can create through language games in teaching reading to students. This article aims to find out cases of late reading in grade VI elementary school students and the factors that cause reading delays in Karya Jadi Village, Batang Serangan District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique used was data collected from various sources and the results of this study were only applicable to the cases investigated indicating that reading delays were due to a lack of interest in reading in sixth grade students of SD in Karya Jadi Village in a low sense. From the level of student access to the library, very few do. Students cannot read because they do not have knowledge of reading letters. Abstract

The motivation to learn to write in elementary school students can be a determinant of students' ability to improve the writing skills of elementary school students. This study uses magazines because magazines are one of the attractions for children's attention. The purpose of this research is to increase the motivation to learn to write with madding in elementary school students. This research uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that presents data with descriptions. Data collection technique is done by observation method. This type of research is field research. Data analysis consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research results, the implementation of developing students' writing motivation is integrated into school activities, namely habituation activities.

Abstract

Positive Psychology in the last two decades is considered one of the most productive findings in modern psychology. Because compared to some of the previous approaches, positive psychology emphasises the positive emotional side of humans. Meanwhile, the last method discussed more pathological issues; stress, depression, and others by way of healing. In this paper, we will see the concept of positive psychology from an Islamic counselling perspective. Islamic counselling as an analysis is not intended to discredit positive psychology but to add and enrich scientific insights into Islamic counselling. The method used is library research, with deductive-inductive characteristics in the data analysis. The results of this study indicate that Islamic counselling puts forward the values ​​of religiosity and spirituality without leaving the practical side. The trilogy that forms the basis of the positive psychology concept is a pleasant life, an engaged life, and the meaningful life in line with the goals of Islamic counselling. It's just that deepening in Islamic counselling on the concept of true happiness is not only when individuals can solve their problems or become optimistic individuals but understand the purpose of creating humans as God's creatures.

Abstract

There are many things that affect student religiosity, one of which is counseling services. Counseling services that are not islamically oriented do not necessarily have an impact on increasing religiosity. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of Islamic counseling in increasing student religiosity. The research method used is a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of 6 Islamic counseling sessions which were held once a day. While the control group was not given treatment. The population in the study, class VIII students at MTS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. A sample of 20 people with a reliability score is in the low category. Statistical data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive statistics. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Asymp. Sig is 0.005, which means that through the results of these calculations it is concluded that the reliability of students sig <0.05 means that the increase in the reliability of class VIII students of MTS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat in the treatment group is higher than the control group. The implication of the research results is to help improve the reliability of class VIII students of MTS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat. Therefore, the dynamics of Islamic counseling groups can facilitate students to increase student religiosity in depth
