Abstract

Pendapatan rendah menyebabkan tak terpenuhinya kebutuhan pokok seperti pendidikan dan gizi, menyebabkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia rendah berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesehatan yang rendah yang pada gilirannya menyebabkan produktivitas rendah dan pendapatan rendah dan selanjutnya memperparah kemiskinan. Kemiskinan sangat erat kaitannya dengan ketiadaan kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan kewirausahaan mulai dari level individu, organisasi sampai masyarakat sangat terkait erat dengan miskin atau tidaknya masyarakat. Jika kewirausahaan tinggi, maka kemiskinan akan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pendidikan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga melalui kewirausahaan dalam rangka pengentasan kemiskinan memasuki Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausal. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer dari keluarga keluarga atau rumah tangga di Kota Kotamobagu, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Manado, Tomohon, Minahasa, Minahasa Tenggara dan Bitung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 – 150 rumah tangga responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan analisa jalur didapati bahwa pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga melaui kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Abstract: The globalization of markets makes every business activity transcends the national border One of the multinational corporations that operated in Indonesia is PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. to survive and compete in the market the company not only focused on the strategy but also expected to be able to pay attention to the importance of financial statement for the continuity of the company in the market. This study is aim to know the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2012 to 2016.The researcher analyzed the data based on the secondary data which are the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2012-2016 by using Horizontal and Vertical analysis these two methods is used which aims to analyze the company financial performance. The secondary data is gathered through official site of Indonesia Stock Exchange that has the financial statement of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Descriptive quantitative approach is used in this research. After applied the horizontal and vertical analysis as a tools to evaluating the company financial performance, the result shows that the financial performance of PT. Abstract

Abstract: Internal Corporate Social Responsibility has been heavily discussed in the academic research since the last decade. Despite the development of Internal Corporate Social Responsibility, focus of Internal Corporate Social Responsibility activities on employees has remained largely neglected. The aims of this study is to evaluate and measuring the Internal Corporate Social Responsibility such as Health and Safety, Human Rights, Training and Education, Work Life Balance, and Workplace Diversity using importance and performance analysis. The sample size of this research is 70 employee who work in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Terminal Petikemas Bitung. The results showed that Health and Safety, Human Rights, and Work Life Balance are placed in Quadrant II (keep up the good work), while Training and Education and Workplace Diversity are placed in Quadrant III (low importance and low performance). So, related with the findings there will be several recommendation to the management of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Terminal Petikemas Bitung.Keywords: internal CSR, importance and performance analysis.

Abstract

Abstract : Marketing in its course of development is in a phase in which the organizations are no more only thinking of finding new customers, and nowadays one of the most important goals of marketing is demand management through pushing customers up the loyalty ladder. Customer loyalty is considered to be among the most important and key factors for business success. The goal of the company is to create sustainability and profitability relations with their customers through offered their superior brandto achieve the competitive advantage. This research aims to analyze the brand personality and brand experience of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone on customer loyalty which is concern on 80 respondents who are the consumers. The type of analysis is using Multiple Regression Analysis. The result shows that brand personality and brand experience influence customer loyalty simultaneously. Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemilikan saham perusahaan saat ini memiliki pola perkembangan yang hampir sama diseluruh dunia, dan sebagian besar perusahaan di Indonesia cenderung terkonsentrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan berdasarkan konsentrasi struktur kepemilikan saham pada perusahaan asuransi di BEI. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda Oneway Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan kepemilikan manajerial, institusi dan NPM antara Perusahaan ABDA dan AHAP, Sedangkan ROA dan ROE tidak terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan kepemilikan manajerial dan institusi antara Perusahaan ABDA dan AMAG, Sedangkan ROA, ROE  dan NPM tidak terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan saham institusi, ROA dan NPM antara Perusahaan ABDA dan ASBI, Sedangkan saham manajerial dan ROE  tidak terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan saham manajerial, institusi, ROA dan NPM antara Perusahaan ABDA dan ASDM, Sedangkan ROE tidak terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan saham manajerial dan  institusi antara Perusahaan ABDA dan ASJT, Sedangkan ROE tidak terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan saham manajerial, institusi, ROA dan NPM antara Perusahaan ABDA dan ASRM, Sedangkan ROE tidak terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan kepemilikan saham institusi, ROA, ROE dan NPM antara Perusahaan ABDA dan MREI, Sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial tidak terdapat perbedaan. Sebaiknya perusahaan lebih memprioritaskan kepemilikan perusahaan dari pada kepentingan sendiri yang dapat menimbulkan konflik. Kata Kunci : rasio keuangan, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional.

Abstract

Abstract:     As the development of technology in this modern era, social media is used by companies as a medium to promote and introduce their products and services to consumers, and also impacts to build their brand. Then the phenomenon of viral marketing is become increasingly popular as part of today's marketing strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of viral marketing using social media platforms on brand awareness of cosmetic brand from South Korea, Laneige. Social media that represent each social media platform are Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaire that distributed to 100 respondents by using purposive sampling method, where the data is further processed by multiple linear regression method. From the analysis results show that viral marketing through these three social media simultaneously gives a significant influence in building brand awareness of 51.5%, but individually only Instagram shows a greater positive effect on brand awareness than the other two variables. Keywords: viral marketing, social media, brand awareness, platform

Abstract

Abstract: The Wheel of Life of an employee is one important concept that can easily be put off balance by the quality of work and work related stress. Effective communication also plays a vital role in the company that can influence the employee’s productivity. Productivity increases when your employees are satisfied with their jobs and with the level of communication they receive from management. In north Sulawesi, PT. Hasrjat Abadi has several branches office which is located in different region, one of the branches is CV. Kombos. This research aim to know about the influence of workload, job stress, and effective communication toward employees’ productivity. This research is using a multiple regression analysis with total population is 50 employees at CV. Kombos Manado. The result shows that workload and effective communication are significantly influence the employees’ productivity. Meanwhile, job stress isn’t significantly influence the employees’ productivity. The company should keep added the something that can keep the productivity of the employee positively increase, like hire a professional team leader. Abstract

Abstract: Quality of Work Life is all the original inputs which aim at improving the employee’s satisfaction and enhancing organizational effectiveness. The sample size of this research is 36 employees that currently working in Bank SulutGo Branch Office in Amurang. The result of this study shows that the indicators of each variables such as Adequate and Fair Compensation placed in Quadrant II, Safe and Healthy Working Conditions placed in Quadrant I, Immediate Opportunity of Use and Develop Human Capacities placed in Quadrant I and II, Future Opportunity for Continued Growth and Security placed in Quadrant III, Social Integration in the Work Organization placed in Quadrant II, Constitutionalism in the Work Organization placed in Quadrant I and III, Work and the Total Life Space placed in Quadrant III, the Social Relevance of Work Life placed in Quadrant II. So based on the findings in this research, there are some recommendation for Bank SulutGo Branch Office in Amurang.Keywords: quality of work life, human resource management, importance performance analysis.

Abstract

Abstract: Human need to consume food to get energy in their daily activities. The development of franchise fast food restaurant is now growing rapidly and become very interesting phenomena in the Manado market. One of the fast-food restaurants are growing in Manado is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences between male and female customers of KFC in Manado determined from factors such as Perceived Price, Perceived Quality and Perceived Value. This research conducted by a quantitative method and the sample of this research is 100 respondents of KFC in Manado divided by 50 males and 50 females. By using an Independent Sample t-test, the result shows that there is significant difference between male and female customers in Perceived Price meanwhile there is no significant difference between male and female customers in Perceived Quality and Perceived Value. Based on the results, The Company should be more critical and more pay attention in order to re-structure their pricing strategy to compete with other fast food restaurants and just has to keep maintaining and improving the quality and value of the product/service to attract more new customers and to keep the loyal customers. ­­Keywords: perceived price, perceived quality, perceived value, independent sample t-test

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Non Performing Loan, Capital Adequacy Ratio, dan Return On Equity terhadap  Harga Saham Perusahan Perbankan Pada Indeks LQ45 dalam pengamatan  tahun 2011-2015. Populasi yang terdapat pada indeks LQ45 sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 (lima) perusahaan Perbankan Pada Indeks LQ45 dalam pengamatan 2011 samai dengan 2015 dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan uji t untuk melihat t pengaruh parsial, uji F untuk melihat pengaruh simultan dan koefisien determinasi untuk melihat kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Ukuran Perusahaan dan Non Performing Loan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Non Performing Loan, Capital Adequacy Ratio, dan Return On Equity secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Kata Kunci: Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Equity (ROE), Harga Saham.
