Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah secara simultan dan parsial teori fraud diamond yang terdiri dari tekanan, peluang, rasionalisasi dan kemampuan mempengaruhi tindakan kecurangan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Akuntansi di Universitas Islam Malang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah secara simultan teori fraud diamond (tekanan, peluang, rasionalisasi dan kemampuan) berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Secara parsial tekanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik, secara parsial kesempatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik, secara parsial rasionalisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik, dan secara parsial kemampuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Namun diantara empat teori tersebut rasionalisasi yang paling dipilih oleh responden yang memiliki potensi terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada pada pendidik agar dapat meminimalisirkan perilaku kecurangan akademik.

Abstract

Era disruption menjadi tantangan semua organisasi bisnis tak terkecuali koperasi wanita. Era dimana segala sesuatu berubah sangat cepat sehingga inovasi baru akan cepat usang. Prakarsa Pemprov Jatim mendorong pembentukan kopwan merupakan bagian dari program pemerintah yang memperhatikan masalah gender. Bagaimana agar kopwan yang sudah terbentuk khususnya di Kota Malang ini dapat membangun keunggulan kompetitif dalam menyongsong era disruption dan pasar global. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi komponen-komponen pendukung pembentukan keunggulan kompetitif, implementasi strategi dan hambatan-hambatan pengembangan kopwan di Kota Malang. Data yang diolah merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara terhadap informan kunci, dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif kopwan membutuhkan strategi dan kolektifitas tidak bisa dilakukan secara individu. Untuk itu kebutuhan pembentukan primer koperasi menjadi suatu hal yang urgen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. The population numbered 310 customers and fulfilled the criteria of the research sample (accindental sampling). The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach with a sample of 75 respondents, the analytical tool used is SPSS 20. This study concludes that there is a simultaneous influence of the dimensions of service quality dimensions on consumer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. Partially the dimension of service quality dimensions, namely responsibility and empathy, influences, but not significantly to the variable of customer satisfaction, Khai Khai Thai Tea, the center of Malang City. While tangibles, reliability and assurance variables have a significant effect on the quality of Khai Khai Thai Tea services in Malang.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid change and easy to use technology should be able to trigger the use of technology in MSME. However, the reality tells the different. There is only few MSMEs that already implement and use technology (social media) as their part of business strategy. Therefore, this research aim to know what is the factor that affects MSMEs attitude toward technology (social media) adoption through perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use. Researcher use individual and external factor which consist of social influence, compatibility, organizational barrier, self-efficacy, and individual proficiency. This research uses descriptive analysis and path analysis as analysis method with questionnaire as data gathering method. This research concluded that social value, compatibility and self-efficacy has significant effect toward perceived easy to use and perceived of usefulness. The low of individual proficiency regarding social media indicates that there is an opportunity for academicians or anyone to be a mentor for UMKM in exploring social media channel. Keywords: Perceived Usability, Perceived Usefullness, SME’s, Intention To Use, Social Media, Marketing  Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi merupakan faktor krusial dalam keberlangsungan UMKM. Sayangnya, tidak banyak UMKM yang memanfaatkan teknologi (media sosial) ini sebagai strategi pemasaran dan penjualan mereka. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, peneliti berkeinginan untuk mengetahui faktor apakah yang menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat adopsi media sosial sebagai saluran pemasaran baru bagi pelaku UMKM. Peneliti menggunakan kombinasi faktor individual dan eksternal seperti pengaruh sosial, kompatibilitas, hambatan organisasi, keyakinan-sendiri, dan kemahiran terhadap media sosial sebagai pembentuk presepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan media sosial serta niat penggunaan secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan jalur sebagai metode analisis dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen peneletian. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa pengaruh sosial, kompatibilitas, dan keyakinan diri berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang pengaplikasian media sosial yang ditunjukkan pada rendahnya kemahiran penggunaan media sosial dapat menjadi peluang bagi akademisi untuk menghubungkan UMKM dengan media sosial baik sebagai tutor ataupun administrator.Kata kunci: Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, UMKM, Niat Penggunaan, Media Sosial, Pemasaran

Abstract

             Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan pemasaran di medsos dan marketplace pada usaha rumahan seperti sepatu, sandal, helm, kuliner di desa karang kedawang Kecamatan Sooko Kabupaten Mojokerto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara ,kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Perkembangan pemasaran di medsos dan marketplace berpengaruh bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan bisnis dan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan profit di masa pandemi. Dengan menggunakan pemasaran di medsos dan marketplace, Para UMKM di Desa Karang Kedawang memasarkan hasil indutri rumahan berupa sepatu, sandal,helm dan kuliner. Awalnya kegiatan usaha rumahan ini hanya sebagai pengisi waktu luang, kemudian menjadi kegiatan  utama yang dapat  menambah pendapatan  ekonomi dalam rumah tangga. Sebelum pandemi  kegiatan penjualan hasil industri ini secara konvesional maupun tradisional, mereka membuat hasil home industri  hanya berdasarkan pesanan. Tetapi di masa pandemi para UMKM mengalami penurunan penjualan dan sejak itu mulai mengenal adanya pemasaran di medsos dan marketplace maka sebagian sudah mulai menerima banyak pesanan, sehingga penjualan semakin meningkat pesat dibandingkan saat penjualan dengan cara lama. pemasaran di medsos dan marketplace dipandang sebagai media yang paling baik sebagai sarana promosi yang paling efektif dan efisien di masa pandemi serta mampu meningkatkan penjualan.Kata Kunci:  Pemasaran, Medsos, Marketplace, Peningkatan Penjualan.             This study analyzes the use of marketing in social media and marketplaces for home businesses such as shoes, helmets, culinary in Karang Kedawang Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. The data collection method uses interviews. Marketing developments on social media and marketplaces have an effect on the community in supporting various business activities and can increase sales volume and profits during the pandemic. By using marketing on social media and marketplaces, MSMEs in Karang Kedawang Village market the results of home industries in the form of shoes, helmets, culinary. Initially, this home-based business activity was only used as a free time filler, then it became the main activity that could increase economic income in the household. Before the pandemic, sales of industrial products were conventional or traditional, they made home industrial products only based on orders. But during the pandemic, MSMEs experienced a decline in sales and since then they have started to recognize the existence of marketing on social media and the marketplace, some have started to receive a lot of orders, so the sales volume is increasing rapidly compared to when selling in the old way. Marketing on social media and marketplace is seen as the best media as the most effective and efficient promotional tool during the pandemic and able to increase sales volume.Keywords: Marketing, Social Media, Marketplace, Increasing Sales.

Abstract

ABSTRAK             This research was conducted to analyze the influence of motivation, supervision, work culture and work facilities on the work productivity of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW. NTB UP3 Mataram. The sample in this study were 50 employees who were used as respondents, the method used in this study was multiple linear regression with primary data to be analyzed using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the research results, simultaneous testing shows that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable. The results show that the variables of motivation, supervision, work culture have no effect on employee productivity. The partial test results show that the Work Facility Variable has an effect on the Employee Productivity. Keywords: motivation, supervision, work culture and work facilities on the work productivity of employees

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how the effect of the use of village funds for improving the welfare of the Pandansari village community in Lumajang Regency, 2) To find out how the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget effect on improving the welfare of the Pandansari village community in Lumajang Regency. By using a non-probability sampling technique, the results of the study indicate that the utilization of the Village Fund and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. This study also indicates that the use of Village Funds and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget can improve Community Welfare. Keywords: Village Fund, Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget

Abstract

Abstract This observasion provides performance improvement models and strategies for employees working at Malang City Hall to increase Staff performance. This study is aim to identify and analyze how human resources quality, expertise of work, and commitment simultaneously affect to the staff performance at Malang City Headquarters. This survey uses a quantitative survey method. The survey used a sample of 41 respondents, all of whom are officials of the Government-General of Korea. This study used the multiple linear regression method is the analytical method used in and the hypothesis test using SPSS software. The research finding are as follows: (1) Staff quality, work expertise, and commitment also have a significant effect on staff performance. (2) The quality of personnel has a positive effect on staff performance, but it is not significant. (3) Work professionalism have a significant effect on staff performance. (4) Commitment can have a significant effect on staff performance. Keywords: Human Resource Quality, Work Professionalism, Commitment, Staff Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The goal of the study is to determine the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity endorse on brand image on the Shopee, buying and selling site. The population in this study was the 2016-2018 FEB Students of the University of Islam Malang who used the Shopee, buying and selling site. The number of sample is 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity endorse partially affect brand image. The variables which influenc brand image are visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity. Keywords: Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, Power and Brand Image

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of CAR, NPL, LDR and NIM on profitability (ROA) to banking company that registered in BEI 2017-2019. The dependent variable of this research is profitability (ROA), while an independent variables are used Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM). The population in this research are 45 banks that registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Samples were obtained by purposive sampling method and selected 28 banks which fit the criteria.This research using multiple linear regression to obtain a picture of the relation between one variable and others. The result of this study indicate that CAR, NPL, LDR and NIM simultaneously have an affect to bank profitability (ROA). CAR and LDR does not have an effect o bank profitability (ROA), while NPL and NIM have an effect to bank profitability (ROA)            Key words: CAR (Capital Adequancy Ratio), NPL (Non Performin Loan), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), NIM ( Net Interest Margin) and Profitability (ROA)
