Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this paper was to develop a website of research institue at Universitas Negeri Makassar, that can be accessed by many people to check information about reseach anytime and anywhere without the limit of time and location so that the disclosure of information research can be done. The method used in this research is the Software Development Life Cycle method with the three stages namely Initiation Phase, Development/Acquisition Phase, and Implementation Phase. The development of this information system using PHP and CodeIgniter as a its framework. This system development using PHP programming language and CodeIgniter Framework with MySQL database. Abstrak: Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah dikembangkannya suatu Website Lembaga Penelitian di Universitas Negeri Makassar yang dapat diakses oleh berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan penelitian kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa adanya batasan waktu dan lokasi sehingga keterbukaan informasi penelitian dapat terlaksana. Metode yang digunakan pada tulisan ini yaitu Metode Software Development Life Cycle dengan tiga tahapan yaitu fase awal, fase pengembangan, dan fase implementasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP berbasis pada Framework CodeIgniter dengan basis data MySQL. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian statistika komputasi yang bertujuan untuk membuat pengembangan paket statistika berbasis web agar lebih memudahkan dalam menganalisis data statistika tanpa harus menggunakan syntax dan free license. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Selanjutnya  dilakukan uji atau analisis dengan menggunakan pengembangan paket statistika berbasis web, hasilnya  dibandingkan dengan uji statistika manual serta dengan menggunakan aplikasi R. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis nya sama dengan hasil analisis aplikasi R dan hitungan manual, maka pengembangan aplikasi statistika berbasis web berhasil dalam melakukan analasis data.  Dengan demikian bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan  menggunakan pengembangan paket statistika berbasis web ini akan lebih memudahkan para pengguna aplikasi statistika untuk menganalisis data serta dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja, sehingga disarankan bagi pengguna aplikasi statistika kiranya memilih aplikasi statistika yang efisien dan efektif, serta  tidak hentinya berinovasi terkait dengan pengembangan paket statistika agar lebih mudah penggunaannya dalam menganalisis data sehingga dapat menyajikan data yang lebih akurat. Kata Kunci: aplikasi statistika,System Development Life Cycle, free license, web.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to predict 200.000 cases of Covid-19 in Spain. Covid-19 Spanish confirmed data obtained from Worldometer from 01 March 2020 – 17 April 2020. The data from 01 March 2020 – 10 April 2020 using to fitting with data from 11 April – 17 April 2020. For the evaluation of the forecasting accuracy measures, we use the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Based on the results of SutteARIMA fitting data, the accuracy of SutteARIMA for the period 11 April 2020 - 17 April 2020 is 0.61% and we forecast 20.000 confirmed cases of Spain by the WHO situation report day 90/91 which is 19 April 2020 / 20 April 2020.

Abstract

This activity was carried out with the aim of: (1) Increasing teacher knowledge in processing and analyzing research data; (2) Developing teacher awareness and knowledge about the importance of data management in research data analysis; (3) Improving the insight, ability and skills of teachers in utilizing data to make it more informative by analyzing data using excel software; and (4) Reducing the number of teachers who perform data processing and analysis intuitively and manually in the computing era. The results of the implementation of this activity were: (1) The knowledge of teachers in processing and analyzing research data was increased; (2) The awareness and knowledge of teachers about the importance of processing and analyzing research data were developed; (3) The insight, ability and skills of teachers in utilizing data to be more informative with proper data processing and analysis were improved; and (4) The number of teachers who perform data processing and analysis intuitively and manually in the computing era was reduced. Abstrak Pengolahan data menggunakan Anaysis Toolspack dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi guru-guru di Kab. Barru bekerjasama dengan UPT SMA Negeri 1 Barru Kabupaten Takalar. Pelatihan bertempat di SMA Negeri 1 Barru Kabupaten Barru dan dilaksanakan secara daring dengan menggunakan Zoom. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar guru terampil dalam menggunakan paket statistik yang dimiliki Excel untuk mengolah data dan mengolah data menjadi satu informasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan statistika pada paket excel analysis tools pack dalam mengolah dan mengolah data setelah pelatihan lebih baik (meningkatkan) daripada sebelum pelatihan.

Abstract

This is a response to article by Dr. Ramadhan Tosepu and his colleagues entitled: “Correlation between the weather and the Covid-19 pandemic in Jakarta, Indonesia” in Science of The Total Environment, Vol. 725; and Dr. Muhammad Farhan Bashir and his colleagues entitled: “Correlation between the climate indicators and the Covid-19 pandemics in New York, USA.” in Science of The Total Environment, Vol. 728. We agree with the results of their research, but there are things that need to be clarified in relation to the selection of the Spearman-rank correlation as an analytical tool, because the selection of this analysis is without the normality test of the data. Spearman-rank correlation is useful for non-normally distributed continuous data; can be used for ordinal data; and is relatively robust for outliers.

Abstract

Masalah surveilans atau pemantuan kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) masih ditandai dengan belum terlapor dan tercatat dengan sempurna, sepenuhnya dan tepat waktu semua peristiwa kehamilan dan persalinan di wilayah kerja bidan kelurahan. Sasaran surveilans ditujukan kepada seluruh peristiwa kelahiran bayi dari seluruh kehamilan yang tercatat. Sehingga metode dan/atau strategi yang dilakukan untuk mencapai kondisi yang diharapkan yaitu Surveilans dan Community development. Hasil: (1) meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam melaporkan diri ketika hamil dan updating data kependudukan; (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai kelahiran bayi, ibu hamil, dan kependudukan.

Abstract

Abstract. Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) have a number of prospective students is quite a lot. Based on data released by the BAPSI UNM (2015) that the data student candidates of UNM who passed the selection with SNMPTN SBMPTN selection as 3,791 people. If the prospective graduate students interviewed are normally it will take a long time and will certainly make students uncomfortable. Therefore it is necessary design an information systems to solving this problem. This research aim  to develop an information system to facilitate the process queue. The method used in this research is to use the three stages in the Software Development Life Cycle method namely Initiation Phase, Development/Acquisition Phase, and Implementation Phase. This information system development using PHP and CodeIgniter as a its framework. This design results will be obtained an queues and interviews information system that can be used to manage the queue and interview data. By implementing this system, it potentially reduce time to wait and the process of managing results of interviews can be obtained directly without a process of inputting interview repeat if done manually.Keywords:  Information System, Interview, Queue, re-registration of new student, Universitas Negeri Makassar.
