Abstract

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is not only owned by men, but women are also starting to be moved to create businesses that can become the foundation of their lives and women today no longer only act as housewives and depend on their husbands, but also have an active role in the field of life, both social, economic and political. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a direct effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneur mentality of 0.421, 2) There is a direct effect of peer association on entrepreneur mentality of 0.523, 3) There is a direct effect of entrepreneurship education on women's interest in entrepreneurship of 0.205, 4) There is an influence direct association of peers on women's interest in entrepreneurship is 0.441, 5) There is a direct influence of entrepreneur mentality on women's interest in entrepreneurship of 0.327, 6) There is an indirect effect of entrepreneurship education on women's interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneur mentality of 0.342, 7) indirect effect of socializing with friends peers on women's interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneur mentality of 0.612. Abstrak: Berwirausaha tidak hanya dimiliki oleh para lelaki, tetapi wanita pun saat ini mulai tergerak untuk membuat usaha yang dapat menjadi tumpuan hidupnya dan wanita saat ini tidak lagi hanya berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan bergantung pada suaminya, tetapi juga sudah aktif berperan dalam bidang kehidupan, baik sosial, ekonomi maupun politik. Hasil penelitian menunjkkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap entrepreneur mentality sebesar 0,421, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap entrepreneur mentality sebesar 0,523, 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat wanita berwirausaha sebesar 0,205, 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap minat wanita berwirausaha sebesar 0,441, 5)Terdapat pengaruh langsung entrepreneur mentality terhadap minat wanita berwirausaha sebesar 0,327, 6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat wanita berwirausaha melalui entrepreneur mentality sebesar 0,342, 7) pengaruh tidak langsung pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap minat wanita berwirausaha melalui entrepreneur mentality sebesar 0,612.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the direct effect of 1) Peer Environment on Self Efficacy, 2) Socioeconomic Status of Parents on Self Efficacy, 3) Peer Environment on Interest in Continuing Study to Higher Education, 4) Socioeconomic Status of Parents on Interest in Continuing Study of Study to Higher Education, 5) Self-Efficacy on Interest in Continuing Study to Higher Education, 6) Peer Environment on Interest in Continuing Study at Higher Education through Self-Efficacy, 7) Socioeconomic Status of Parents on Interest in Continuing Study to Higher Education through Self Efficacy Efficacy. Performed using a path analysis model, the subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Batang Hari. The results of the analysis of the data obtained explain that there is a direct influence: 1) Peer Environment on Self Efficacy of 0.745, 2) Socioeconomic Status of Parents on Self Efficacy of 0.727, 3) Peer Environment on Interest in Continuing Study at Higher Education Education of 0.721 , 4) Socio-Economic Status of Parents on Interest in Continuing Study at Higher Education was 0.683, 5) Self-Efficacy toward Interest in Continuing Study at Higher Education was 0.835, 6) Peer Environment on Interest in Continuing Study at Higher Education through Self-Efficacy was 11.7723, 7) Socioeconomic Status of Parents Interested in Continuing Study at Higher Education through Self Efficacy of 11.7707. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung: 1) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Self Efficacy, 2) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Self Efficacy, 3) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi, 4) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi, 5) Self Efficacy terhadap Minat Melanjutakan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi, 6) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi melalui Self Efficacy, 7) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi melalui Self Efficacy. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analisys), subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Batang Hari. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung: 1) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Self Efficacy sebesar 0,745, 2) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Self Efficacy sebesar 0,727, 3) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi sebesar 0,721, 4) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi sebesar 0,683, 5) Self Efficacy terhadap Minat Melanjutakan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi sebesar 0,835, 6) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi melalui Self Efficacy sebesar 11,7723, 7) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi ke Perguruan Tinggi melalui Self Efficacy sebesar 11,7707.
