Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate variables and the motivation of the madrasa principal on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach that was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Batang Hari Regency, Jambi Province. The research population is the teachers of the State Madrasah Aliyah in Batang Hari Regency. The sampling technique used random sampling technique with a total sample of 61 teachers. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression, and processed with the help of the SPSS Version 20 program. The results showed; (1) there is a significant influence between organizational climate on teacher performance. (2) there is a significant influence between the motivation of the madrasa principal on teacher performance. (3) there is a significant effect between the organizational climate and the motivation of the madrasa principal simultaneously on teacher performance. Where if the organizational climate and motivation of the madrasa principal is getting better, the performance of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri teachers in Batang Hari Regency, Jambi Province will also be better. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel iklim organisasi dan motivasi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan survei yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Batang Hari Provinsi Jambi. Populasi penelitian adalah guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Batang Hari. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 guru. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda, dan diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan motivasi kepala madrasah secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Dimana apabila iklim organisasi dan motivasi kepala madrasah semakin baik maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Batang Hari Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tindakan masyarakat dalam menjadikan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an sebagai pusat ingatan menuju Allah Swt yang diletakkan pada bagian moda transportasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan interpretative/hermeunetik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisa keabsahan datanya dilakukan dengan trianggulasi. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain; Pertama, pengguna kendaraan bertuliskan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an mempunyai persepsi bahwa dengan adanya ayat tersebut semakin menambah keyakinan dalam berkendara, kelancaran dalam usaha, lebih ingat kepada yang maha kuasa, lebih tenang, selalu ingat untuk berdo’a, serta selalu berhati-hati dalam berkendara. Kedua, Tujuan dari penggunaan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an di moda transportasi yaitu: agar mudah mencari rizki yang berkah, do’a dalam perjalanan, dan selamat dalam perjalanan.

Abstract

Fine Motoric is one of the delicious aspects of development in early childhood that must be developed optimally. Matter This is due because of mastery motor skills at time children will be very effect on developmentfurthermore. But in reality there are still many fine motor skills in early childhood that have not developed optimally. Therefore this study aims to find out how the development of fine motor skills in group B early childhood through activity kolase at Izzatul Islam Kindergarten, Mendalo Darat Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. The type of research being carried out is a type of qualitative descriptive analytic research in which the research results are presented in the form of words not numbers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman models. And the data validation technique uses data triangulation. The results of the study are: first, fine motor development in early childhood can develop well because it is carried out routinely, namely 2 times in 1 month, this can be seen from the children being able to perform indicators of fine motor development such as using their fingers well, being able to imitate shapes collage well, able to cut/tear well, able to spread glue on the media, able to stick collage materials on the media densely and neatly, and able to explore with various materials and media to make collages. Second, in carrying out this collage activity the teacher does it in accordance with the steps listed in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH) and Third, namely the supporting factors in carrying out collage activities, namely the completeness of facilities and infrastructure including tools and materials, the condition of the teacher, students and imagination children, while the inhibiting factor is the child's mood.
