Abstract

Judging from the development history, communicate to influence the outlook and behavior of people has started since time immemorial. This is evident in the slogan Vox Populi, Vox dei (the voice of the people is the voice of God). In theory S-O-R communication is an action-reaction process. This means that this theory assumes that the words of verbal, non-verbal cues, certain symbols will stimulate others to respond in a certain way. Pattern S-O-R can take place in a positive or negative; for example if the person will be rewarded smile smile is a positive reaction, but if the smiling exhaust face then rewarded with a negative reaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of News Values House journal Sinamar Positive Image Formation Against Government Public Eyes Limapuluh Kota.The method used in this research is a quantitative method of explanation. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The total sample for this study of 166 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. To find out how much influence these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. For the processing of questionnaire data, were performed using the Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 17.Results of research on the effect of the news value house journal Sinamar to the formation of positive image in the eyes of the public district government limapuluh kota regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 0.409 + 0.879 X 0.000 with a significance level of less than α = 0.05. This means that there is influence between newsworthy house journal Sinamar to the formation of a positive image of the government amounted to 76.3% and is categorized as a strong influence. These percentages show that the government has formed a positive image in the eyes of the public. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.Keywords: Government, House Journal, Positive Image

Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade has the task of carrying out regional government affairs based on the principle of autonomy and assistance in the field of Industry and Trade and can be assigned to carry out the authority delegated by the government to the regions in the context of decentralization. Based on the data the researchers got when conducting research at the research location of the Department of Industry and Trade of Indragiri Hilir Regency regarding supervision regarding the prohibition of the sale of used clothing carried out by the Department of Industry and Trade, in the Manullang Supervision model theory, there were three variables that formed the link between Supervision and performance. namely Setting Standards, Conducting Measures of Assessment and Conducting Corrective Action, The research method used in this study is qualitative research. With the technique carried out, namely snow ball sampling, to the key informants in this study. In this writing, the informant was the Head of the Trade Department of the Department of Industry and Trade of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Secretary of the Department of Industry and Trade of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Then analyze the data and manage it. Based on the research and discussion that the researchers carried out in the field, it was found that Second hand Clothing Surveillance in Indragiri Hilir District had not been carried out optimally. This is because various factors that influence Supervision of this Regulation are difficult to carry out optimally.Keywords: Supervision, Used Clothing in Inhil District

Abstract

Saving water is one of the crucial needs because of the large number of users. It obviously can be seen from availability of clean water in Ambon, especially in the Kebun Cengkeh area, Sirimau District. The fact actually shown from the consumption of clean water from the water tank. This problem frequently occurred in Pinang Putih Puncak, Hative Kecil Village area, the Al-Anshor mosque. The use of manual faucets causes waster wastage. Furthermore, it can spread the virus sticking to the water faucet and it will transfer to another faucet. As a result, it is necessary to install automatic water faucets to prevent the spread of the corona virus and water saving. The method was needs analysis, designing tools, making tools, testing tools, handing over tools to partners and conducting demonstration or socialization of the use of tools. The results have proven, first, the use of this automatic ablution device was very positive and can be used easily.
