Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menguji secara empiris kontribusi minat jurusan, kualitas layanan informasi karir, dan pemahaman karir terhadap kemampuan mengambil keputusan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekspos fakto. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 120 siswa SMK dipilih dengan teknik proporsionale random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi positif dari minat jurusan, kualitas layanan informasi karir, dan pemahaman karir terhadap kemampuan mengambil keputusan karir secara simultan sebesar 67,70% (F= 80.907; p<0.05). Kontribusi secara parsial untuk minat jurusan sebesar 38,70% (t= 4.523; p<0.05), kualitas layanan informasi karir sebesar 18,90% (t= 2.067; p<0.05), serta pemahaman karir sebesar 64,50% (t= 9.098; p<0.05). Besaran kontribusi secara simultan yaitu relatif sedang, sedangkan secara parsial dari setiap variabel yaitu minat jurusan relatif kecil, kualitas layanan informasi karir relatif sangat kecil, dan pemahaman karir relatif sedang..   The purpose of this study was to test the contribution of subject interest, quality of career information services, and career understanding towards career decision-making capability. The ex-post facto method was implemented in the present study. Subjects were 120 students who were selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection technique were Likert scale. Multiple regression analysis was applied to analysed the data. The result showed that the positive contribution of subject interest, the quality of career information service, and career understanding simultaneously on the career decision-making capability were 67.70% (F = 80 907; p < 0.05). The contribution of subject interest was 38.70% (t = 4,523; p < 0.05), quality of career information service was18.90% (t = 2,067; p < 0.05), and career understanding was 64.50% (t = 9,098, p < 0.05). The contribution level of all predictors on the career decision-making skills were relatively moderate. The level of contribution of subject interest was relatively small, the quality of career information service was very small, and career understanding was moderate.

Abstract

Every citizen has the right to be actively involved in political life. Similarly, with persons with disabilities as part of Indonesian citizens, persons with disabilities are also entitled to be actively involved in political life. Persons with disabilities are entitled to equal opportunities in Indonesian politics without discrimination. The formulation of the problem in this research: how the efforts of General Election Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru City in fulfilling the political rights of PwDs in the Election of Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru Year 2017. This study aims to describe the efforts of the General Elections Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru in fulfillment political rights of persons on the Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru City in 2017. This research uses a qualitative approach intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of research holistically by way of description in the form of words and language in a natural context by utilizing various scientific methods . The type of research is descriptive type of research used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public.The results showed that the efforts made by the General Elections Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru City in the fulfillment of the political rights of people with disability has not been maximized. Efforts to fulfill the political rights of people with disabilities in the Mayor and Vice Mayor Election Pekanbaru in 2017 only focus on efforts to fulfill the right to vote. Persons with disabilities are only involved at the time of election (pencoblosaan) just as a voter. Efforts to fulfill accessibility, facilities and infrastructure election conducted by the General Election Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru City is also still very limited. Facilities and infrastructure provided only in the form of tool coblos (template braille) for the blind and visual interpreters for deaf people at the time of socialization. Theories about learning involving active learning activities to produce a change.The purpose of this article are: (1) describe the importance of learning methods SAVI using media animation in learning to sentence patterns of Japanese language at high school students, and (2) describe the animation medium in accordance with the methods of learning SAVI. The research method used in this research is a research literature review. The results of the analysis in this study, namely (1) the method of learning SAVI is learning that maximize the use of the five senses, in addition, the element in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor incorporated into one in the process of learning with the use of the SAVI method; (2) the animation medium in accordance with the methods of learning SAVI namely in the form of audio visual media. The audio-visual media function as a mediator of learning, and has to include elements of SAVI in the form of auditory and visual. It can then be combined in the learning process, by developing the bodys movements and understanding, so that all elements of SAVI are fulfilled.
