Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how much prevention from radical understanding and acts of terror in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 by using social cognition theory. In general, social cognition theory is able to understand, explain, and predict the behavior of individuals exposed to radical ideas and acts of terror in the industrial era 4.0. This is because based on the description of the theoretical concept that learning occurs in a social context with dynamic and reciprocal interactions of people, environment, and behavior. A unique feature of this theory is its emphasis on social influence and its emphasis on external and internal social reinforcement. This theory considers the unique ways in which individuals acquire and maintain behavior, while also considering the social environment in which individuals perform behaviors. This theory also takes into account a person's past experience, which is a factor in whether behavioral actions will occur in the future. These past experiences influence reinforcement and expectations, all of which shape whether a person will engage in a particular behavior and the reasons why a person engages in that behavior. In accordance with the theoretical concept, it can be described how someone who is exposed to radicalism and terrorism involves himself, his behavior, and the social environment.

Abstract

Empowerment is a process that requires thorough planning, careful thought about monitoring mechanisms, and continuous improvement. This journal aims to determine the economic conditions of the community, processing crops, and empowering them. The research location is in Kembanglimus village, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang district with the subjects of PKK mothers and young women. The results obtained are as follows: Descriptively, community economic empowerment through food processing in Kembanglimus is still not in accordance with the government's target (which is expected). Agricultural/ plantation crops are only sold cheaply, they cannot even improve the community's economy. The obstacles faced in empowering the community's economy through processed papaya fruit are the low level of education, low willingness, lack of human resources and limited capital. Efforts made by the government are to expand business opportunities to improve the community's economy by providing opportunities in the field of skills through training and motivating PKK mothers and young women in the village of Kembanglimus through crop processing training that can open entrepreneurship and increase selling value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel literasi keuangan dan pembelajaran tata kelola keuangan keluarga terhadap ketahanan keuangan pada sebuah keluarga. Ide dan gagasan penelitiam ini diambil; dari hasil Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan, OJK tahun 2016. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden dengan jenis pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Urutan pengujiam data dimulai dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta melakukan serangkaian uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas data, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastiditas untuk mendapatkan syarat Best Linear Unbiased Estimator ( BLUE) sebelum akhirnya digunakan uji regresi berganda dalam menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan. Terdapat tiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel ketahanan keuangan keluarga, diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.013. Demikian halnya untuk hasil uji hipotesis yang kedua yang menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran keuangan keluarga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan keuangan keluarga, diterima, dengan tingkat signfikansi 0.000. Sementara untuk kajian terhadap hipotesis ketiga yang menyatakan bahwa literasi keuangan dan pembelajaran tata kelola keuangan keluarga secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketahanan keuangan keluarga, hipotesis ini diterima, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000.

Abstract

Local wisdom is the attitude, view and ability of a community in managing its spiritual and physical environment, which gives the community the endurance and power to grow in the area where the community is located. In other words, local wisdom is a creative answer to local geographic-geopolitical, historical and situational situations. Along with these developments, competition in various fields is also getting higher due to the swift flow of service capital to all corners of the world which affects national integrity, all of which only possible with the quality of competence that is highly competitive. Globalization is a concept that is widely used to respond to world conditions that are without boundaries or barriers. One of the realities that must always be criticized to respond to globalization is that globalization has actually eroded and even killed the local wisdom values ​​of a region. With qualitative methods, this study aims to determine the application, preservation and local wisdom that exists and is carried out by the residents of Gandon Village in the current era of globalization. In addition, whether local wisdom in Gandon Village can support the resilience of the local area. Through this research, it can be concluded that local wisdom in Gandon Village is not eroded by the presence of globalization and in fact supports regional resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of PPEPP culture in Akmil institutions in general. Problems related to the sustainability of PPEPP can be seen in EPP. Internal quality assurance at the Military Academy is an educational quality assurance activity that is carried out autonomously or independently to implement, control and improve the implementation of education for cadets in a planned and sustainable manner. The principle of autonomy/independence emphasizes that the Military Academy must develop its own Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in accordance with the historical background, the basic values ​​that animate its establishment, the number of study programs, human resources and facilities and infrastructure without interference from other parties. The basic thing that must be in SPMI is that quality assurance is carried out through 5 (five) main steps, namely Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement, which is abbreviated as PPEPP. PPEPP for each Dikti standard will produce kaizen or continuous quality improvement (CQI) on all Dikti standards, so as to create a culture of quality. The quality culture itself consists of mindset, attitude patterns and behavior patterns based on Dikti standards. Apart from measuring the quality of education at the Military Academy, the quality of education in the Military Academy is measured by fulfilling each Higher Education Standard, but it must also be measured by fulfilling the interactions between standards in the Military Academy, to create a Quality Culture.
