Abstract

ABSTRACT             The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fermented cassava flour substitution on the sensory assessment of snakehead fish nuggets and the proximate test (moisture, ash, fat, crude fiber, protein, and starch contents). This research used a Completely Random Design (CRD) with N0 (0% fermented cassava flour + 100% tapioca flour), N1 (20% fermented cassava flour + 80% tapioca flour), N2 (40% fermented cassava + 60% tapioca flour), N3 (60% fermented cassava flour + 40% tapioca flour), N4 (80% fermented cassava flour: 20% tapioca flour), and N5 (100% fermented cassava flour + 0% tapioca flour). Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that 24 units of data were obtained. The variables observed were sensory assessment and proximate test of snakehead fish nuggets. The results show that based on the sensory assessment, the product most preferred by the panelists was N3 (60% fermented cassava flour, 40% tapioca flour) with color, aroma, texture, and taste scores of 4.17 (golden brown), 4.12 (has a fresh fish aroma), 4.18 (chewy), and 4.10 (delicious), respectively. Meanwhile, the proximate test values show the selected product has 25.75% water content, 1.04% ash content, 18.22% fat content, 1.51% crude fiber, 5.89% protein content, and 47.59% starch content. The results show that snakefish nuggets made from fermented cassava flour and tapioca flour were preferred (accepted) by panelists and had a fairly high proximate value.Keywords: snakehead fish nugget, fermented cassava flour, snakehead fish, sensory value. ABSTRAK            Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi tepung ubi kayu fermentasi terhadap penilaian sensorik nugget ikan gabus dan uji proksimat (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, kadar serat kasar, kadar protein dan kadar pati) yang terdapat pada nugget ikan gabus. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan N0 (0% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 100% tepung tapioka), N1 (20% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 80% tepung tapioka ), N2 (40% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 60% tepung tapioka), N3 (60% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 40% tepung tapioka), N4 (80% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi : 20% tepung tapioka) dan N5 (100% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 0% tepung tapioka). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 24 unit data. Variabel yang diamati adalah penilaian sensorik dan pengujian proksimat nugget ikan gabus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian sensorik terpilih oleh panelis terdapat pada komposisi 60% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi, 40% tepung tapioka dengan skor penilaian terhadap warna 4.17% (coklat keemasan), aroma 4.12% (berbau ikan segar), tekstur 4.18% (kenyal), rasa 4.10% (enak) dan nilai uji proksimat meliputi: kadar air 25.75%, kadar abu 1.04%, kadar lemak 18.22%, serat kasar 1.51%, kadar protein 5.89%, dan kadar pati 47.59%. Hasil penelitian  menunjukan bahwa nugget ikan gabus formulasi tepung ubi kayu fermentasi dan tepung tapioka disukai (diterima) oleh panelis dan memiliki nilai proksimat yang cukup tinggi.Kata kunci: nugget ikan gabus, tepung ubi kayu fermentasi, ikan gabus, nilai sensorik.

Abstract

In the perspective of social cognitive theory, humans as an actor that has a cognitive capability to observe, learn, understand, motivate, plan, act and evaluate an achievement or result that has been done. This perspective argues that a human can learn just by observation, although they do not have direct experience to do such specific tasks. This argument has revised a concept of behavioristic about imitation learning Miller and Dollard. Bandura has a viewpoint to have this result in his research with a triadic reciprocal determinism. Peoples has a cognitive function to observe and consideration to make a decision to act in their life circumstance not only reaction form their environment but their also an actor to make their self a decision-maker. So in a learning process, observational learning formed in live modeling. This modeling has an effect of influencing a mindset of the student in their self-belief, such competencies, capabilities to accomplish a task this self-belief known as self-efficacy. In self-efficacy has one source that links with an observational learning process, there is a vicarious experience. This article will describe and discuss a synthesis about live modeling in observational learning, linkage with vicarious experience in self-efficacy, and how to live modeling to shape a student's self-efficacy and a stage in the group counseling process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan sastra terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, penelitian ini mengarah kepada besar kecilnya atau kuat lemahnya kadar pengaruh antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasilnya dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Sig = 0,000 dan thitung = 4,039, sedangkan ttabel = 2,002, karena nilai Sig < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan sastra terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perusahaan PT.Sun Paper Source yang memproduksi kertas tissue, baik tissue facial, tissue toilet, tissue napkin, tissue towel, MG Paper. Proses pembuatan produk-produk tersebut berawal dari proses pembuburan bahan baku (pulp) pada mesin pulper. Di dalam proses pembuatan tissue yang akan dikaji berkaitan dengan adanya kesalahan proses atau metode kerja sehingga menimbulkan terjadinya kecacatan produk hasil produksi tersebut. Industri pembuatan tissue pun memiliki persaingan yang kuat baik nasional maupun internasional, maka perusahaan harus mampu mengelolah sumber daya yang dimiliki secara optimal dan upaya perbaikan, agar lebih efesien dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode perbandingan tissue facial kondisi bagus dan kondisi rusak, juga perbandingan temprature dan speed, kemudian perbandingan wet strength resin. Setelah di uji coba akan diketahui hasil tissue yang baik dengan settingan temprature, speed, wet strength resin yang sudah di standarkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to know the tourism tourism of Regional Property Tourism (BMD) where the increase in Regional Native Income (PAD) West Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2019; (2) For the level of effectiveness of the business fund of Regional Property Business (BMD) to the revenue of The Original Region (PAD) west Sumbawa Regency year 2017-2019; (3) For the level of efficiency level of regional property owned enterprises (BMD) around the revenue of The Original Region (PAD) Sumbawa Regency year 2017-2019; (4) To know from the regional property business fund (BMD) to the Regional Revenue Revenue (PAD) West Sumbawa Regency year 2017-2019. This type of research uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques which is how to draw and good name. Life and samples in this study are the Original Regional Income Report (PAD) year 2017-2019. Data analysis of techniques in which analysis of comments, analysis of efficiency ratios, analysis of efficiency ratios and analysis of trends by means of energy squares. The results of the research: (1) There is a share of regional property (BMD) to the Regional Original Income (PAD) in 2017 of 0.42%; In 2018 by 1.12%; and 2019 at 0.79%. The central level level of regional property rental (BMD) to Regional Original Income (PAD) is 96.15% in 2017; In 2018 it was 100.51%; and In 2019 60.54% was categorized as less. The market for the use of Regional Property Technology (BMD) to Regional Native Income (PAD) is categorized as believing, in 2017 amounted to 19.32%; In 2018 it was 16.61% and 2019 was 18.00%. (4) 0.59% of 2017 trend results; In 2018 it was 0.78%; In 2019 amounted to 0.96%, and the results of the t-test can be concluded that there is a rental income of Regional Property (BMD) to the Regional Native Income (PAD) in West Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2019. Inventory of this thesis research also immobilizes the Local Government so that the inventory of goods belonging to the region both land, equipment and machinery and machinery and buildings on which the goods card is not used for waste form in order to get revenues native districts in West Sumbawa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis puisi dengan pendekatan hermeneutik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis isi, dengan menganalisis puisi dengan pendekatan hermeneutik. Hermeneutik itu adalah pendekatan dengan cara yang sangat ilmiah dan terkaji dengan baik. Karena pendekatan puisi dengan cara hermeneutik itu berdasarkan penafsiran kita kepada suatu puisi yang terstruktural. Jadi yang tadinya puisi tidak dapat dipahami oleh semua orang yang tidak mengerti tentang dunia sastra karena kata-katanya yang mengandung majas-majas (hiperbola khususnya) menjadi bisa dipahami oleh semua orang yang tidak mengetahui tentang dunia sastra karena kata-kata dalam puisi tersebut ditafsirkan dalam bentu kata-kata yang biasa. Yang tadinya banyak mengandung majas menjadi kata-kata yang biasa atau yang mudah dipahami oleh semua orang.

Abstract

The research was purposed to inventory and identification types of entomofag and phytophage insects on Passionflower Flower Plants in the area of PT. South Tania Branch East Burnai I. The area of research in PT. Tania Selatan East Iango Branch I is  ± 20 hectares, dominated by two species of Passionflower Flower, there are Passionflower Yellow Flower (Turnera subulata J.E SM.) and Passionflower White Flower (Turnera ulmifolia L.). Entomofag and phytophage insects were collected using d-vaccum, and sweep net in every kind of Passionflower Flowers, started July until August 2017. The identification of entomofag and phytophage insects were done in the University of Sriwijaya Postgraduate Laboratory. The results of the study were 8 orders, 34 families and 48 species on Turnera subulata plants, and 9 orders, 26 families, 36 species on Turnera ulmifolia plants. The value of diversity index from entomofag and phytophage insects in Turnera subulata  were 2.912 plant and the value of diversity index from entomofag and phytophage insects in Turnera subulata plants were 2.603.
