Abstract

 This article addressed identity reconstruction through an analysis of two of the most prominent fictional works by one of the Chinese Indonesian young writers, Audrey Yu Jia Hui. In encompassing the idea of identity rewriting, I addressed Hui’s second and third novels respectively, Mellow Yellow Drama (2014) and Mencari Sila Kelima (Searching for the Fifth Principle, 2015), through the post-structural concepts of Derrida’s deconstruction, and also in relation to cultural studies views on identity. The works were analyzed through close-reading technique. The novels were published during the Reformation (Reformasi) era, where politics had served to be a profound aspect that directed the cultural identity and social attitude of the society. In a range of aspects, from narrative structure to their deeper themes, Hui’s literary works were found to draw on a distinguishable set of strategies which enabled Hui to establish her own identity as someone who was liberated, culturally accepted and free to embrace local colors. This article also showed that Audrey Yu Jia Hui’s narratives have served as an acceptance of an individual’s multiple identities, which often depends on the problem at hand as well as the context of choices.

Abstract

Angka kejadian hipertensi akan terus meningkat tajam dan diprediksi pada tahun 2025 sekitar 1,5 miliar orang akan hidup dengan hipertensi. Hipertensi memerlukan penanganan secara kontinu. Sebagai pengobatan non-farmakologi yaitu pisang emas (Musa acuminata) mengandung kalium tinggi dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi pisang emas terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada klien hipertensi ringan. Jenis penelitian adalah Quasi Experiment dengan pre-post test design without control. Teknik sampel purposive sampling dengan 10 responden. Instrumen berupa sphygmomanometer air raksa dan stetoskop pengukuran tekanan darah. Uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh penurunan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik dengan rata-rata 21 mmHg dan 20 mmHg secara berurutan. Nilai statistik diperoleh 0,005 sistolik dan 0,005 diastolik, karena nilai ρ < α = 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Terdapat pengaruh konsumsi pisang emas terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada klien hipertensi ringan. Disarankan pada klien hipertensi ringan untuk mengkonsumsi pisang emas sebagai alternatif pengobatan alami dalam mengontrol tekanan darah.

Abstract

Penanganan bipolar sangat memerlukan intensitas dukungan optimal di waktu yang tepat, namun jarak dan biaya terkadang menjadi kendala. Self-monitoring and psychoeducation in bipolar patients with a smart-phone application (SIMPLe) merupakan aplikasi berbasis smartphone dengan pendekatan psikoedukasi untuk untuk manajemen diri pada penderita bipolar disorder yang mudah dan hemat biaya. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau dan menganalisis mengenai efektifitas dan kepuasaan penggunaan aplikasi SIMPLe dalam pengobatan bipolar disorder. Artikel ini dirancang dengan menggunakan desain literature review dengan sumber literatur yang didapatkan dari database science direct, proquest dan scopus. Penggunaan aplikasi SIMPLe selama tiga bulan atau lebih terbukti efektif dalam menekan angka kekambuhan. Pengguna aplikasi merasa puas dengan konten yang berada di dalam aplikasi. Penambahan konten aplikasi seperti  rencana krisis pribadi di kasus kekambuhan, menambah peristiwa stres pribadi dalam grafik suasana hati, variasi yang lebih besar dari pesan psikoedukasi dan label suasana hati interaktif menjadi harapan pengguna dalam pembaharuan aplikasi berikutnya.

Abstract

Building a learning system using the Learning Management System is already too much but there are many problems that make people think about using it because it is difficult to maintain the system, so to build a system takes a lot of time because the basis for developing the system is monolith-based and difficult to develop if the system development team grows or change. Learning Management System needs to be implemented for easy access to learning because online learning is very important to be a good alternative. From these problems led to the idea to create a Learning Management System in which it can solve services and communicate between services to facilitate efficient development. This study aims to apply the Web Service Implementation Methodology used in building a Learning Management System for an E-Course that facilitates online learning by implementing web services. To perform inter-service solving the methodology used in making this application is the web service method which is implemented on the microservices architecture. Programming languages for differentiating services are PHP and JavaScript. For the user interface, ReactJS is used as the API data manager for each service and the database uses MySQL. This application will later be used as a medium to facilitate online learning, there are members (users) as student actors and admins to manage mentor and course data that will be displayed.
