Abstract

The Health Service requires an accurate, comprehensive, and efficient immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI) to support better immunization vaccine recording and reporting, as well as to assist policymakers in planning, managing vaccine stocks, and managing vaccine distribution to public health center. The West Aceh District Health Office was in charge of developing the immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI). The focus of this research was to compare the quality of information provided by users of the system before and after it was developed, using a weighted average. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument in this study. The questionnaire, which was provided to seven people, contained 15 questions categorized into 5 categories: completeness, convenience, suitability, and timeliness. Based on the weighted average calculation, the overall value of information quality before system development is 2.27, and after system development is 3.36, with a difference of 1.09, indicating that there is a difference between before and after system development, and it can be concluded that the administrative information system immunization vaccine (SIAVI) has a good information quality aspect and can be used as an application and operated by the immunization program manager at the Health Office.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a public health problem that needs seriousattention, because this disease has high morbidity and mortality rates and has the potential to cause extraordinary events (KLB). Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever cases tend to increase from year to year and have the potential to cause Extraordinary Events, so that the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Province is an endemic area for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. Thepurpose of this literature review is to analyze the density of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, to analyze infective Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, to increase efforts to control DHF vectors and to be aware of an increase in DHF cases. This study uses an observational method. The data source used comes from primarydata taken directly in residential areas, the selected location is the village with the highest IR number and the test sample is examined in the laboratory.Data owned by the DKI Jakarta Health Service, until the end of January 2021, thenumber of Dengue Fever sufferers reached 3,091 people. Meanwhile, in the same period last year, the number of dengue fever sufferers increased by 35%. The mosquito surveywas conducted in areas that have high cases of dengue fever in North Jakarta, namely Warakas Village, Tanjung Priok District. Of the 100 houses that had been visited and a search for adult mosquitoes was carried out, 69 houses were found. The number of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes caught was 17, consisting of 15 females and 2 males. Then a separate extraction process was carried out between female mosquitoes and male mosquitoes to determine whether or not the dengue virus was present. After obtaining the extraction, the samples were then subjected to PCR testing. The results of testing samples of male and female mosquitoes using the PCR methodin the Warakas Village, Tanjung Priok District, obtained negative results (-) for dengue virus. Vector surveys carried out for disease control program implementers need to expand the sampling locations so that they can represent the population in an area

Abstract

Rats have the potential to transmit Leptospirosis to humans. The incidence of leptospirosis in Sulawesi Province in 2017 there were 2 suspected cases of leptospirosis in Silea Village, Buke District, Kab. South Konawe, which is directly adjacent to the city of Kendari, and the leptospirosis suspect finally died. In 2022, suspected cases of leptospirosis will increase again to 4 cases, this data is based on laboratory examinations which show positive leptospirosis in Kendari City. The aim of the research is to determine environmental factors that influence the presence of mice, including the presence of rubbish, temperature, air humidity, standing water, sewer conditions and identification of Leptospira sp bacteria in caught mice. The design of this research is cross sectional. Collecting the results of observations and examination of leptospira bacteria in rat kidneys was carried out using Portable PCR, while determining the type of leptospira serotype was carried out using the MAT (Microscopic Agglutination Test). The results of this study found that the variable temperature (ρ = 0.014), the variable humidity (ρ = 0.035), the variable the presence of rubbish and the condition of the sewers (ρ = 0.000) which can be interpreted as that there is a relationship between several environmental factors and the presence of mice positive for Leptospira sp bacteria. . Meanwhile, for the waterlogging variable (ρ = 0.281), it was concluded that there was no relationship between waterlogging and the presence of mice and positive Leptospira sp bacteria. There is a relationship between temperature, humidity, the presence of rubbish, and the condition of the sewers and the presence of mice positive for leptospira sp bacteria. in Kendari City in 2023. People in Kendari City should pay more attention to the cleanliness of their living environment.
