Penyampaian materi pembelajaran sistem operasi di STMIK Indonesia Padang masih dalam bentuk deskribsi manual, sehingga dosen sistem operasi merasakan kesulitan menyampaikan materi praktek kepada mahasiswa karena deskripsi teks dan gambar tidak dapat mewakili materi pembelajaran sistem operasi windows. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dibutuhkan media pembelajaran sistem operasi yang dapat membantu dosen dalam menyampaikan materi perkuliahan sistem operasi dengan mudah. Aplikasi Interaktif Pembelajaran Sistem Operasi Windows (AIPSOW) berbasis multimedia merupakan sebuah sistem pembelajaran bantuan komputer, yang menerangkan materi pembelajaran sistem operasi, baik itu gambar, cara kerja atau kegunaannya. Aplikasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan AutoPlay Media Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Lua. Aplikasi ini menjadi sarana pembelajaran dalam mengenali dan mengetahui cara penggunaan windows 7 dengan menggabungkan unsur teks, gambar, video (gambar bergerak), animasi, tombol interaktif, musik dan suara sehingga lebih efektif.

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan sistem yang dirancang untuk bekerja dengan data yang tereferensi secara spasial atau koordinat-koordinat geografis.  Berdasarkan data dari Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Sumbar, terdapat 48 titik daerah rawan kecelakaan di Sumatera Barat.  Hal ini menyebabkan dibutuhkannya sebuah SIG daerah rawan kecelakaan di Sumatera Barat berbasis web untuk menggambarkan peta lokasi daerah rawan beserta informasi yang dibutuhkan.  Aplikasi sistem informasi geografis daerah rawan kecelakaan berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman JavaScript dan PHP, serta menggunakan basis data MySql dan Google Maps Api. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan alat perancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan tahapan yang meliputi perencanaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem.  Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi SIG berbasis web yang dapat menyajikan informasi lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan di Sumatera Barat secara terinci dan dapat diakses dengan mudah.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to work with spatially coordinated data or geographical coordinates. Based on West Sumatra Police Traffic data, there are 48 points of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra. This leads to the need for an accident-prone SIG in West Sumatera that is web-based to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the required information. Disaster information system appli-cations using this web using JavaScript and PHP programming language, and using MySql database and Google Maps Fire. The method used in this research is the method used by using. (UML) with stages consisting of system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The end result of this research is the creation of web-based GIS application that can present accident-prone location information in West Sumatra online and can be accessed easily.

This research was conducted at the Department of Education of Padang. In Department of Education Padang now, there is no information website for transparency of certification process. Thus it will need a system to facilitate the data collection for the office of teacher certification and teacher. The system is built with PHP and My-SQL database allows applications running on the web so it makes accesing data easily. Teachers can access certification information on each NUPTK and for the department, it can conduct data collection and teachersâ€™supporting certification data such as portfolio files, data files A1, S1 PSPL data, portfolio files, file PSPL IV C, and the file format A1. These files can be made into a report.

Proses pengambilan keputusan penyeleksian mutasi karyawan di PT. Bina Sakato Jaya Kiliran Jao saat ini masih dilakukan secara sederhana yaitu menggunakan Microsoft Office dalam penentuan karyawan yang dimutasi mempunyai faktor penilaian Disiplin, Prestasi kerja, dan Tanggung Jawab. Dalam pengambilan keputusan seleksi mutasi karyawan di instansi ini cukup lamban dan masih memakai aspek subjektif. Oleh Karena itu perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menentukan seleksi mutasi karyawan yang optimal yang dapat membantu pimpinan instansi dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih objektif. Untuk keputusan yang berpengaruh secara strategis, lebih dianjurkan menggunakan sebuah pendekatan kuantitatif seperti Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan multifaktor, pengambilan keputusan secara subyektif dan intuitif dapat dihindarkan.

This reseach was conducted at the handycrafts Sulaman Indah Mayang Pariaman. Sulaman Indah Mayang is a bussiness that sells various kinds of minang embroidered crafts. The effort craft Sulaman Indah Mayang still use conventional way in processing sales data and do promotion. For that required an information system that will assist in the process of promotion and sales. Information system application of promotion and sale of web based embroidery craft developed using PHP programming language and MySql as database. Application design using object oriented methodology with UML design tool. The end result of this research is the creation of application of Information System Promotion and Web- Based Sales that can help Sulaman Indah Mayang in the process of promotion and sales.

Lack of interest in socializing youth participants to the Generation Planning material presented by Information Center and Remaja Gerami Counseling of BKKBN in West Sumatra does not result in the arrival of the purpose of the dissemination activities. Material presented too monotonous and always use PowerPoint as a delivery medium. Therefore, a Generation Planning material learning application is needed to created using an AutoPlay Media Studio program with the Lua programming language. Application is expected to help BKKBN in the socialization of Generation Planning material. This application can improve youth interests of mate-rials. Beside that, this application combine text, pictures, sound, and videos related to the Generation Planning material so its use is more effective, interesting, and easy to use.
