Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine how the school's internal control system in managing fixed assets in the form of school facilities and infrastructure and whether the implementation of internal controls are in accordance with applicable procedures. The research was conducted with qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, literature studies and triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data collection, data presentation, conclusion, and evaluation. The results showed that the control procedure was not fully in accordance with the regulations. Schools involve teachers in the implementation of control and school does not also have a vice principal who takes care of facilities and infrastructure so that the preparation and implementation of sound policies related to the management of fixed assets that are part of the facilities and infrastructure can not be done effectively for the achievement of goals. School internal control system in managing and recording fixed assets in the form of facilities and infrastructure delegated to the administration.Keywords: Internal Control System, Fixed Assets School

Abstract

Tujun penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa semester 4 jurusan bahsa ingris dalam menulis paragraph deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 4 tahun pelajaran 2017 yang berjumlah tujuh mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kulitatif. Test terulis dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase yang dideskriptifkan secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa skore rata-rata dari tujuh siswa adalah 77. Tiga dari 7 siswa mendapatkan 81, 82, 89. Mereka termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan baik, dan empat siswa mendapatkan 71, 72, 74, dan 66, mereka termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan kategori buruk. Skor ini menunjukan bahwa beberapa siswa telah menguasai beberapa komponen. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan ketujuh mahasiswa tersebut memiliki kesulitan atau masalah yang berbeda; sebagian besar siswa menghadapi masalah dalam menggunakan content dan Bahasa.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan, Menulis Paragraf, Paragraph Deskriptif.

Abstract

The task of the local government as the organizer of government in the region is to provide excellent and maximum public service. The implementation of the principles of good governance is consist in Law Number 28 of 1999 as guidance for local governments to improve public welfare in maximizing public services. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Good Governance in the Implementation of Regional Governance in the City of Bukittinggi runs quite effectively at the DPRD as the DPRD as the regional legislative institutions and offices as regional technical implementing units. Constraints that affect the Implementation of Good Governance in the Implementation of Regional Government in Bukittinggi City include the services, constraints experienced include the quality and quantity of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, local regulations that have not yet fully regulated the performance of public services. In DPRD, there are institutional constraints, HR constraints, budget constraints, and regulatory constraints, all of which are related to the DPRD function itself, which results in inaccuracies in performance achievement by DPRD members
