Abstract

Abstract: Limited Face-to-face Learning is a solution for learning loss made by the Government through a Letter of Ministerial Decree of 4 Ministers. The existence of this policy is allowed to conduct Limited Face-to-face Learning by fulfilling the terms and conditions that have been determined. Study this conducted aim analyze Class Teacher's Perception Low To Application Learning stare Advance Limited to SD Ma'arif YPM Wonocolo . Study this is type   study qualitative descriptive .Subject study in   including the grade 1-3 teacher and the principal school. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Research results this showing that Class Teacher's Perception Low at SD Ma'arif YPM Wonocolo 1) running with good because could made opportunity repair consequence drop application previous online learnin, 2) walk with in accordance terms and conditions PTMt being in the green zone perwilayan and doing strict proces. The obstacles faced by teachers are: lack of literacy numeration, behavior, progress. The efforts made by the teacher are: 1) working same with parents, 2) task skills live, 3) give punishment . Impact positive of them opportunity repair consequence PJJ, effective and conducive, results study and enthusiasm increase. Impact negative of them that is time limited, delivery Theory limited, decrease criteria and quality question, be constraint if environment school negligent terms and conditions policy that. Conclusion from study this that policies that have been made through 4 Ministerial Decree Letters have been appropriate conducted at SD Ma'arif YPM Wonocolo. even though the teacher is aware of the teacher limitations teacher 's time implement strategy in learning in progress.Keywords : Perception, Teacher, Learning stare Advance Limited Abstrak: Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas merupakan solusi adanya learning loss yang dibuat Pemerintah melelui Surat Kementerian SKB 4 Menteri. Adanya kebijakan tersebut diperbolehkan melakukan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas dengan memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan menganalisis Persepsi Guru Kelas Rendah Terhadap Penerapan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di SD Ma'arif YPM Wonocolo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis   penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dalam   diantaranya guru kelas 1-3 dan kepala sekolah. Teknik   pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.   Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Persepsi Guru Kelas Rendah di SD Ma’arif YPM Wonocolo 1) berjalan dengan baik karna dapat dijadikan peluang perbaikan akibat penurunan penerapan pembelajaran daring sebelumnya. 2) berjalan dengan sesuai syarat dan ketentuan PTMt berada di perwilayan zona hijau dan melakukan prokes yang ketat.  Kendala yang dialami guru ialah kurangnya literasi numerasi, perilaku, prokes. Upaya yang dilakukan guru yakni: 1) bekerja sama dengan orangtua, 2) tugas kecakapan hidup, 3)memberi hukuman. Dampak positif diantaranya peluang perbaikan akibat pjj, efektif dan kondusif, hasil belajar dan semangat meningkat. Dampak negatif diantaranya yakni waktu terbatas, penyampaian materi terbatas, penurunan kriteria dan kualitas soal, menjadi kendala apabila lingkungan sekolah lalai syarat dan ketentuan kebijakan tersebut.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa kebijakan yang telah dibuat melalui surat SKB 4 Menteri telah tepat dilakukan di Sd Ma'arif YPM Wonocolo. walaupun guru menyadari guru adanya keterbatasan waktu guru berupaya menerapkan strategi dalam pembelajaran berlangsung.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Guru, Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas
