Abstract

Quality human resources is a determining factor for the success of an organization in achieving its goals, including government agencies and their apparatus. One way to look for human resour es is quality, namely through the transfer of tasks. Transfer of tasks or mutations really need to be done as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) career planning and also to rejuvenate a position. Proposal process ASN the will be transferred to the TTU Regency BKDSM office use analysis or random selection of ASN manual by considering several criteria, which then the proposal is sent to the BKN office using the MYSAPK application. Because the analysis of ASN selection is still manual, the analysis of ASN selection is still manual, the researchers propose a This desktop-based decicion support system with the method used is the promethee method or ranking becauseĀ  the method is a multi-criteria method that can handle qualitative data and quantitatively at once, so that is can easily determine ASN candidates who are transferred according to the criteria selection of ASN namely competence, performance, qualifications and discipline. The results of this study are, the application of the SPK-Mutations that can simplify the process of selecting appropriate ASN are proposed for mutations.

Abstract

This study aims to assist human work in knowing the decision support system for determining outstanding teachers using the topsis method using the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) decision making method which is used to evaluate or select several alternatives as a decision support system using one method, namely the The trick for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). This method is widely used to solve practical decision-making. This is because the concept is simple and easy to understand, computation is efficient, and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. There are 5 criteria used in determining outstanding teachers, namely pedagogic, personality, professional, social and innovation. From the results of calculations using the cicue for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method, the teacher who was selected as an outstanding teacher was Elisabeth Abi S.PD SD with a score of 0.825. Thecnicue for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method makes it easy to determine outstanding teachers at the youth and sports education office at TTU, this is web-based and uses the PHP programming language.

Abstract

Budidaya dan pembibitan bawang adalah bidang usaha yang tidak asing lagi di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan salah satunya adalah pembibitanbawang putih.Untuk menghasilkan sebuah pertumbuhan bawang yang optimal dan cepat sangat dibutuhkan bibit pemilihan tanaman yang unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sesuai. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah masih banyaknya petani yang kesulitan memilih bibit bawang putih berkualitas,sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem sebagai alat bantu menentukan cara pemilihan bibit unggul tanaman bawang putih.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis mengusulkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan bawang putih berrkualitas menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atributnya ,pada semua atribut membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan, dalam hal ini alternative yang dimaksud adalah bibit yang paling unggul di antara bibit yang lainya. Dari persamaan perhitungan menggunakan Aplikasi dan Microsoft Excel memperoleh hasil yang sama yaitu jenis bibit lumbu kuning yang keluar menjadi alternatif terbaik dengan nilai 93.00.
