Abstract

Di jaman yang semakin berkembang ini, semakin banyak perusahaan dan bisnis baru yang bermunculan. Hal ini menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin ketat antara pelaku - pelaku bisnis yang ada baik dalam barang maupun jasa. Setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki suatu orientasi bisnis yaitu selalu berusaha untuk menghasilkan profit yang maksimal dengan cara meminimalkan biaya- biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan oleh perusahaan dengan pemilihan supplier yang tepat. Supplier yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan permasalahan yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit bagi perusahaan. PT. XYZ saat ini bergerak di bidang industri elektronik. Teknologi yang telah dikembangkan. PT. XYZ juga terus aktif mendukung kedaulatan negara dengan menyediakan produk-produk di bidang pertahanan, transportasi dan ICT (Information & Communication Technology). Selama ini perusahaan masih memilih supplier dengan cara yang biasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aplikasi AHP sebagai dasar pemilihan supplier di PT. XYZ . Penelitian ini merupakan bagaimana pemilihan supplier pengadaan perangkat sistem gempa bumi pada saat ini yang telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut, apa kelemahan dan kelebihan dari pemilihan supplier yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan tersebut, masalah apa yang terjadi dalam proses produksi yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan supplier pengadaan perangkat sistem gempa bumi, kriteria apa saja yang digunakan dalam pemilihan supplier.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT XYZ company with two cutting machines as the object of research. In this study, the OEE value is influenced by unplanned factors and planned factors with an observation range starting from July 2021 to December 2021. The percentage value of the first cutting machine availability rate in December is 94.85% while the second cutting machine is 87 in August, 49%. Analysis of the performance rate of the first engine was in July with a percentage of 99.20% while the second engine was at a value of 98.45% in October. Then, for the highest quality rate value, the first machine was 99.96% in August while the second machine was in July at 99.89%. From the three analyzes, it can be concluded that the first engine has only one month of below-standard performance, while the second engine has several months of below-standard performance in accordance with the OEE value obtained on each engine.

Abstract

In this growing age, more and more companies and new businesses are emerging. This results in increasingly fierce competition between business competition in goods or services. Every company must have support for businesses that must be sought to generate maximum profit by adding costs. This can be realized by companies with the right supplier selection. Suppliers who cannot cause problems can cause significant losses to the company. PT Len Industri is currently engaged in the electronics industry.. LEN also continues to actively support the country by providing products in the fields of defense, transportation and ICT (Information & Communication Technology). So far the company still chooses suppliers in the usual way. This study studies to study how the application of basic AHP suppliers at PT. Len Industri. This research is a way to select suppliers of earthquake system equipment procurement at this time by the company, what are the weaknesses and strengths of supplier selection implemented by the company, what problems occur in the production process related to the selection of suppliers of earthquake system equipment earth, what criteria are used in the selection of suppliers
