Abstract

Kelurahan Salomallori merupakan Kelurahan yang mata pencahariannya yang paling banyak adalah sebagai petani, dimana di Kelurahan ini masih kental dengan tradisinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukn tingkat pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan Quisioner. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Penelitian ini terdapat 25 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan total pendapatan petani padi di Kelurahan Salomallori adalah Rp.673.229.650/panen. Nilai Return Cost Ratio (R/C-ratio) adalah 5 yang menunjukkan bahwa usaha tani padi layak untuk di usahatanikan karena R/C Ratio yang di dapat 5 sama dengan 1 (R/C Ratio > 1) . Tingkat kesejahteraan masih tergolong cukup rendah. Salomallori village is a village with the most livelihoods being farmers, where in this Salomallori village is still thick with its traditions. This study aims to determine the level of income and welfare of farmers. The type of research used is quantitative and qualitative. The data collection techniques are observation, interview and questionnaire. The data used are secondary data and primary data. This study consisted of 25 respondents. Based on the research results, the total income of farmers in Salomallori village is Rp. 673.229/harvest. The value of return cost ratio (R/C-ratio) is 5 which indicates that rice farming is feasible to be farmed because the R/C ratio obtained is 5 equal to 1 (R/c Ratio > 1). The level of welfare is still quite low.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors in Mandiri Mushroom’s business and to determine the right strategy for marketing oyster mushrooms in Mandiri Mushroom business. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis. The result showed that internal and external factors based on weighting and rating obtained scores for the main strength factor in this Mandiri Mushrooms business werw the good quality of oyster mushrooms and the weakness namely the lack of venture capital. Meanwhile, the most supportive opportunity factor for marketing in this business is that it can compete with other oyster mushroom businesses and the threat factor that will be faced is the presence of pests that cause oyster mushrooms to not develop properly. The strategy that should be applied to this Mandiri Mushroom business based on the SWOT matrix is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy, which is to try to use its main strengths to maintain the quality of oyster mushrooms so that they get the main opportunity, which is to compete with other oyster mushrooms businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana  persepsi petani terhadap metode tanam di Desa Rajang Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang  2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan usahatani padi di Desa Rajang Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan september sampai oktober. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik des Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah statsitik deskriptif dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap metode tanam  jajar legowo dan tingkat keberhasilan usahatani padi  diperoleh nilai 1.172 berada pada kategori (sangat tinggi) dikarenakan  indikator pertanyaan yang diajukan yaitu meningkatkan hasil produktivitas mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik/ sangat setuju, sedangkan persepsi petani terhadap metode tanam tradisional memperoleh nilai 885 berada pada kategori ( tinggi) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap metode tanam tradisional   tergolong tidak cukup baik dibandingkan dengan metode tanam jajar legowo yang di anggap memberikan banyak keuntungan dan meningkatkan hasil produksi. This study aims 1) To find out how farmers perception of planting methods in the village of Rajang Lembang District Pinrang 2) To know how the success rate of rice farming in the village of Rajang Lembang District Pinrang this research was conducted in September to October. Data collection techniques used in this study are statistics des Methods used in this study, namely observation techniques, interviews and questionnaires and data sources used i.e. primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics and the Likert scale. The results showed that farmers' perception of legowo row planting method and the success rate of rice farming obtained a value of 1,172 is in the category (very high) because the indicators of the question asked are improving productivity results get a very good response / strongly agree, while the perception of farmers to traditional planting methods obtained a value of 885 is in the category ( high) this indicates that the perception of farmers to traditional planting methods is not good enough compared to the method of planting legowo row which is considered to provide a lot of advantages and increase the yield of production.

Abstract

Kebab Durian merupakan kreasi dari kebab daging yang berisian daging buah durian asli dan segar. Selain dinikmati aroma yang khas dan kelezatannya juga memiliki kandungan gizi yang relatif lengkap dibandingkan dengan buah-buahan lainnya. Kebab Durian ini diharapkan dapat membuat konsumen merasa puas. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen dapat menjadi faktor pendorong dan mengoptimalkan usaha yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Kebab Durian Pada Usaha Kebab Durian Ucok Kelurahan Lancirang Kecamatan Pitu Riawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dari segi faktor produk, harga, tempat/lokasi dan tampilan fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, karena pelaksanaan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan data kuantitatif didapatkan dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus matematika, data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Terdapat 90 sampel dalam penelitian ini  kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisisis Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh: 1) Sebanyak 4 sub variabel dalam tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada usaha kebab durian ucok. 2) Yang paling sesuai dengan kepuasan konsumen adalah sub variabel tampilan fisik dikarenakan warna gerai sudah sangat menarik, lampu yang memadai, WiFi dan WC tersedia, meja dan kursi tersedia banyak dan dekorasi/music yang nyaman. Durian Kebabs are creations and meat kebabs that contain original and fresh Durian fruit flesh. Apart from enjoying the distinctive aroma and deliciousness, it also has a relatively complete nutritional content compared to other fruits. Kebab Durian is expected to make consumers feel satisfied. The level of customer satisfaction can be a driving factor and optimize the business carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of Durian Kebabs in Ucok Durian Kebab Business, Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and in terms of product factors, price of place/location and physical appearance. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, because the implementation of qualitative data is obtained through interviews, questionnaires. observation, and quantitative data obtained in the form of numbers that can be analyzed using the mathematical formula of the data used. primary data and secondary data. There were 90 samples in this study which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using the Likert Scale analysis technique. From the results of this study, it was obtained 1) A total of 4 sub-vanables in the level of consumer satisfaction in the Durian Ucok kebab business 2) The most appropriate with consumer satisfaction is the display sub-vanable physically because the color of the booth is very attractive, the lights are adequate, WiFi and WC are available, tables and chairs are available, and the decorations/music are comfortable.

Abstract

Covid-19 atau virus corona merupakan penyebab satu kasus penyakit pneumonia, kasus pneumonia ditemukan di Wuhan Cina pada akhir Desember 2019, sehingga membuat World Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan sebagai salah satu wabah yang harus segera ditangani, dampak dari pandemi Covid-19  yang dirasakan disektor pertanian adalah petani, harga produk pertanian yang mengalami penurunan drastis disebabkan daya beli masyarakat yang turun. Hal ini tidak sebanding dengan usaha dan biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan petani saat melakukan budidaya. Kebijakan pemerintah yang menyulitkan petani dalam memasarkan hasil produk budidaya berakibat produk pertanian mengalami kemunduran mutu dan membusuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap 1) kegiatan usahatani padi 2) pengetahuan petani 3) fungsi kelompok tani 4) motivasi petani pada kegiatan usahatani padi di masa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Batulappa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Terdapat 42 sampel dalam penelitian ini kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) Sebanyak 64,29%’ petani responden memiliki persepsi selama pandemi mutu produksi mengalami penurunan, harga produk yang murah, serta biaya operasional budidaya yang meningkat. 2) 53,17%’ petani berkesimpulan informasi penyuluh tentang proses budidaya maupun pascapen sangat minim selama pandemi. 3) 54,76%’ menurut petani fungsi kelompok tani selama pandemi jarang melakukan pertemuan antar kelompok ataupun anggota. 4) 43,65%’ petani berkesimpulan kurangnya dorongan dan perhatian pemerintah dalam membantu petani dalam melakukan proses budidaya selama pandemi.. Covid-19 or the corona virus is the cause of one case of pneumonia, a case of pneumonia was found in Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019, thus making the World Health Organization (WHO) set it as one of the outbreaks that must be handled immediately,the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that is felt in the agricultural sector is farmers, the price of agricultural products has decreased drastically due to the declining purchasing power of the people. This is not commensurate with the effort and operational costs incurred by farmers when cultivating. Government policies that make it difficult for farmers to market their cultivated products have resulted in a decline in quality and decay of agricultural products. The purpose of this study was to determine farmers' perceptions of 1) rice farming activities 2) farmer knowledge 3) farmer group functions 4) farmers' motivation in rice farming activities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Batulappa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods and the data used are primary and secondary data. There are 42 samples in this study then processed using Microsoft Excel, and analyzed using Likert Scale analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that 1) 64.29% of respondent farmers had a perception that during the pandemic the quality of production had decreased, product prices were cheap, and cultivation operational costs had increased. 2) 53.17% of farmers concluded that there was very little information about the extension process for cultivation and postpen during the pandemic. 3) 54.76% according to farmers the function of farmer groups during the pandemic rarely held meetings between groups or members. 4) 43.65% of farmers concluded that the government lacks encouragement and attention in assisting farmers in carrying out the cultivation process during the pandemic.
