International Conference on Environment and Technology (ICETech) merupakan salah satu konferensi internasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Lancang Kuning. Kegiatan tersebut sangat bermanfaat bagi para peneliti maupun dosen dari dalam maupun dari luar Universitas Lancang Kuning untuk mempresentasikan hasil penelitiannya dalam seminar internasional. Kegiatan seminar tersebut berguna sebagai pengembangan kompetensi ilmiah bagi peneliti maupun dosen. Terdapat beberapa kendala pada publikasi kegiatan seminar, yaitu kendala pada media yang digunakan penerimaan artikel seminar internasional masih melalui e-mail. Pihak penyelenggara kegiatan IceTech masih menggunakan e-mail untuk menerima artikel dari para author. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian diantaranya analisa kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, implementasi dan pengujian serta pemeliharaan sistem. Adapun hasil yang dicapai adalah terciptanya sebuah sistem seminar internasional IceTech yang dapat memberikan informasi bagi author terkait dengan seminar IceTech serta dapat melakukan pendaftaran seminar dengan menggunakan google form. Sistem ini juga dapat memudahkan bagi panitia seminar internasional IceTech dalam mengelola peserta maupun pemakalah seminar.

SIM Accreditation Cloud is a media accreditation simulation facility that is used by the Study Program and BPM in implementing and monitoring the feasibility of the study program whether it is in accordance with the standards that should be in creating a quality culture. In the face of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (PERMENDIKBUD) No. 5 of 2020 and the regulation of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BANPT) No. 1 of 2020, related to the mechanism for extending the accreditation of universities and study programs that already use the Higher Education Accreditation Instrument (IAPT 3.0) and Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS 4.0), so We need a system that can help Lancang Kuning University in the preparation and implementation of accreditation assessment simulations for both universities and study programs in order to be able to adjust the implementation and preparation of the mechanism for extending the validity period of accreditation for colleges and study programs. However, the fact is that until now there has been no study program that has proposed an extension of the accreditation period using the Study Program accreditation instrument. Lancang Kuning University has 21 Study Programs consisting of 9 Faculties, in implementing an internal quality assurance system, Lancang Kuning University has a Quality Assurance Agency in charge of managing a quality culture, but in the implementation of accreditation with IAPS 4.0 this has not been effective, this is proven to be absent from the study program. who are ready to apply with IAPS 4.0, because there are still obstacles in the preparation of accreditation instruments, while the need for accreditation ratings is very much needed by study programs so that they are able to compete and realize the vision and mission of the study program.

Badan Penjaminan Mutu of Universitas Lancang Kuning (BPM UNILAK) is an agency that is tasked with organizing an internal quality assurance system (SPMI) and an external quality assurance system (SPME) or what is also known as accreditation, but in managing documents related to SPMI data and accreditation not yet There are information technology-based media that can be utilized in the implementation of these activities, while BPM UNILAK has implemented information technology in daily activities so that there are problems with delays in data presentation, missing data, this, of course, affects the performance of the Quality Assurance Agency and is inefficient in presenting information that is needed at any time and the importance of this activity is very high in building a quality culture at Universitas Lancang Kuning. To answer these problems, it is necessary to have an information technology-based document filing system that can process data more quickly, precisely and integrated to make it better in presenting the information. The methods used in this study include system requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing and system maintenance. With the use of information technology in the application of computerized-based applications for archiving and presenting accreditation data needs, it is hoped that it can help the academic community more quickly and accurately in processing accreditation instrument data. It is hoped that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments by completing the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis stage, the applications built can improve the quality of filling accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be used at any time by the community. Vocational High School (SMK) is one form of a formal education unit that provides vocational education as a continuation of (Junior High School) SMP / MTs and equal. One of them is SMK N 1 Koto Baru. In the processing of academic data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications, the number of students approximately 550 students are divided into 9 departments so it takes a long time in the processing of academic data. This study aims to analyze the development of SMK N 1 Koto Baru to process academic data such as attendance, assessment of daily exams, duties, and final exams. The development of this system uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results obtained from this study in the form of student report cards per academic year.

At Lancang Kuning University, there were no facilities that could be used in the preparation of university accreditation instruments, while the need for accreditation data was greatly needed by the academics of the yellowish university in the preparation of accreditation instruments for universities and study programs so that they were still having difficulty filing and presenting form data information, plans strategic and operational and self-evaluation plan along with the documents needed during the visitation activity by the assessor of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). With the use of information technology in the application of computerized based applications for filing and presenting accreditation data needs, it is expected to help the academic community more quickly and precisely in the data processing instrument for accreditation. It is expected that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments with the completion of the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis phase, the applications built can improve the quality of accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be utilized at any time by the community the Lancang Kuning university.

Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Pekanbaru is a government office that concerns about healthy, especially about environment health. There is a problem in case of saving electronic data, also in analyzing daily data both for internal and external data. The office has some computers and other tools that are useful in saving electronic data. In fact, the data are still saved in available cupboards and it is not efficient for an important data that is analyzed for more than one time. In other words, it is not good for a data is needed to be analyzed continuously. Rational Data Base Management System (RDBMS) application is an online based saving data and it uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Hopefully, the application will be very useful for employees Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru in managing their work.

Palm oil is a vegetable oil-producing plant that has more advantages compared to other vegetable oil-producing plants, which have high productivity reaching 4 tons ha-1 Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Palm oil is also a raw material for making food and non-food ingredients, and renewable fuels. The author wants to make an analysis by comparing two methods, namely the AHP Method (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy logic which is able to handle the uncertainty and uncertainty used. Fuzzy logic used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto inference system because this method uses monotonous value applications, the output of the inference output from each rule is explicitly given (crisp) based on α-predicate (fire strength). Whereas the AHP Method can facilitate in calculating the validity to the tolerance level of concentration as criteria and alternatives chosen by the user.
