Abstract

The research is conducted at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of DKI Jakarta III to obtain information on the effect of training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy towards lecturers’ job effectiveness. The research used 60 out of 145 lecturers as the population selected using simple random sampling. The research is conducted by using a method of causal with path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1). there is a direct positive effect of training on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (2) there is a direct effect quality assurance on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (3) there is a direct effect of pedagogic competence on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (4) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on lecturers’ job effectiveness. Therefore, job effectiveness of Health Polytechnic lecturers of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III can be enhanced by carrying out training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain ways to improve communication, especially interpersonal communication in an organization through self-efficacy, leadership and team cohesiveness. This research uses quantitative research approach. Data analysis using path analysis. Research conducted in 2015 at 3 Private Universities in Bogor. Prior to use, the research instrument was piloted against 30 respondents to gain validity and reliability. Prior to hypothesis testing, test requirement analysis is tested linearity and normality test. The research findings are that interpersonal communication in the organization is positively and significantly influenced by self-efficacy, leadership behavior, and team cohesiveness. This means that the higher the self-efficacy, leadership behavior and team cohesiveness, the higher the interpersonal communication activity in the organization.

Abstract

Application of Problem Based Learning model to improve the learning outcomes proudly in the area where I live. Thesis study program of elementary school teacher education faculty teacher and education Pakuan Bogor Univercity 2018. This study with the design and model of Classroom Action Research (CAR) Conducted Collaboratively Between Researchess and observer and the subject studied. The purpose proud subtheme learning outcomes to my area of reasidence in grade 4 through the application of Problem Based Learning model. The subject of this research is the 4th grader of the public elementary school 01 Nagrak Gunung Putri district of Bogor Consisting of 39 students the implementation of this research is carried 2017/2018. The results showed that the average value of the learning process assessment in the cycle I of 78,25, cycle II 83,5 and the cycle III 90 with success indicators that is 81, observation cycle I of 60,9, cycle II 76,09 and cycle III 93,17 achievement indicator that is 81. Completeness of students learning result cycle I reach 36%, cycle II 64,11% and cycle III equal to 92%indicator of success 75% KKM value 75 based on the results of this studies, it can be concluded that the application of problem based learning model can improve the process of learning process and improve learning outcomes on proud subtema to my residence in grade 4 student of the public elementary school 01 Nagrak Gunung Putri district of bogor in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018.  Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Problem Based Learning model, the learning outcomes proudly in the area where I live

Abstract

The site of Indonesian Publication Index (IPI) has become a benchmark and reference research in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to map educational leadership articles on IPI sites based on types, indicators, and usefulness of educational leadership. This research method used literatur study, where researchers examined 91 scientific articles sourced from the corpus of the IPI database, researchers do the sorting and analysis and then the data communicated through descriptive statistics. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) types of educational leadership research methods include qualitative and quantitative methods, but the types of mixed methods are rarely found; (2) types of publicized educational leadership research are in accordance with existing educational leadership theories, but Indonesia has several characteristics of educational leaders such as boarding school leadership; (3) researchers in Indonesia have used indicators of effective educational leadership in accordance with what researchers use in other countries; and (4) education leadership researchers in Indonesia have provided recommendations for improving educational leadership. The above findings are expected to be discussed in developing educational leadership research in Indonesia.

Abstract

Organizational trust is essential for members of the organization can continue to contribute the progress of the organization. The purpose of this research was to find out how far the variables of leadership behavior and organizational justice on improving organizational trust. The research method used is associative quantitative causal method, and the testing hypothesis research using path analysis technique. The population in this study is 707 permanent lecturers who have the National Lecturer Number (NIDN). The sample is 130 respondents. The instrument test was conducted to 30 respondents outside the sample. The findings of this research indicate that the higher leadership behavior in directing subordinates, providing support to subordinates; increase member participation in achieving organizational goals, and rewarding the achievers, will significantly higher the trust in the organization. Other finding showed that the higher organizational justice will close to the higher of the trust in the organization

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas V SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Kota Depok Kota Depok. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 82 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa ditunjukan dengan analisis ststistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,93. Ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, sedang koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,86 atau sebesar 86%. Sisanya sebanyak 14% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Rat-rata kemandirian belajar pada siswa sebesar 86% ditentukan oleh efikasi diri melalui persamaan regresi , artinya setiap kenaikan unit nilai efikasi diri akan menyebabkan kenaikan kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 1,7 unit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa.
