Abstract

This research has a title the Repertoire of Farmer’s Movement: a Study about the Opposition of Farmers against PTPN VII Unit Usaha Cinta Manis in the village of Rengas, the sub-district of Payamaran, the regency of Ogan Ilir, South Sumatera. This research focuses on the change of the movement and the relation of the effort’s goal achievement. The form of the opposition movement in Rengas is developing the repertoire of opposition movement and committing the change of the action to interacton be contention period. Through the analysis of periodical, this research can describe the progress from the fist process of the structure development and the expansion of the movement structure until the action of the movement structure’s change after the massive reclamation is committed. The method of this research uses qualitative approach of case studies and cause. This approach intends to rationalism, social reality, politic, and culture. Besides, the choosing of single case study method is research strategy that helps the researcher to investigate a program, phenomenon, activity, process, and individual group accurately. The case is limited by the time and the type where the researcher can accumulate the information completely and measurably.

Abstract

This research has a title the Inclusive Culture Education: aStudy about the Parsonian Concept of system and cultureharmony. This research focuses on the inclusive culture ofthe education boarding and the relation of the Islamicinstitutions example Pesantren or the sub concept likekhalaqah, taddabur, taddarus, al-kulliyah. Through the analysisof period, this research can describe the progress from thefirst process of the structure development and theexpansion of the inclusive culture education in Islamiceducation traditions for Indonesia case. Like khalaqah isaction by youth movement Islamic can change fromexclusive oriented to inclusive committed. The method ofthis study uses qualitative approach of case studies. Abstract

The study attempts to look Islam as a religion which teaches various aspects of normative and humanism has undergone a process of acceptance and rejection in the society. Meanwhile, tradition as an identity of a particular community also has undergone an eclectic process in acquiring adaptation with the Islamic teachings. It proves that Islam is not merely understood as a doctrine but also as a result of the interaction of cultural values, norms, and morals representing in the forms of religious practices which tolerates the local values. The meeting between Islamic value and local tradition value are maintained. Then, they form Islamic narrated activities as a form of internalization of the teachings and community behaviors. Caram Seguguk tradition in South Sumatera is one of the results of the harmonization between Islam and local traditions in daily activities.

Abstract

Before colonial periode, community forms have been found in certain region to take traditions, Example owning selected self governance, arranging its rural citizen of law compiled. In referred such as Bali community, Banjar, in South Sumatra named as Marga, Minangkabau called Nagari. Countryside, Clan, Nagari, Marga or Kampong, often called as community and in which the right to manage region (sovereignty) which recognized customary right for land or region . It’s mean social custom communities have organization to arrange many aspects of governance, leadership structure, decision mechanism, and management of internal conflct.
