Abstract

The percentages of referrals for the first level health facilities visits are coming from the health center (Puskesmas) with 16.85% at the highest and from the practicing doctors with 12.45% at the lowest. The aim of the research is to examine the efficiency the promotion, preventive and curative care quality improvement. This study used qualitative exploratory design by case study approach. The collection of data was conducted through field observations, document observation and in-depth interviews. TThe informants consisted of 4 Head of Health Center/Puskesmas, 9 cadres of integrated guiding posts (Pos Pembinaan terpadu /Posbindu) for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), 9 cadres of Integrated Service Post (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Posyandu), 33 participants of the National Health Insurance and 23 people from community who have not joined the national health insurance scheme. The results show that mini workshops are held every month in preparing activities with a focus on the causes of most diseases in the previous month. Posyandu may reduce morbidity rate on infants and pregnant women, Posbindu for Non-communicable Diseases can prevent and control non-communicable diseases. Quality of service can improve the perception of the quality of the service and can reduce referrals to hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The results of the BPJS patient satisfaction study were 20 respondents (50%) were satisfied. General patient target as many as 21 respondents (52.5%) was satisfied. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients based on tangible dimensions <0.05 (p=0.025), reliability dimension (p=0.001), responsiveness dimension (p=0.001), assurance dimension (p=0.001) and empathy dimension (p=0.001). In conclusion, there are differences in the satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. Keywords: BPJS, General Patients

Abstract

Quality, safe blood services are available on time, can be achieved if the service runs in a closed system, where the hospital no longer submits efforts to obtain transfusion blood to the patient's family, but the entire service mechanism is carried out by the officer. Researchers found that when blood was distributed, the treatment of the blood banks involved families of patients to distribute the blood.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation with a checklist sheet. This research was conducted at Dr.M. Yunus Bengkulu Hospital Blood Bank. The informants in this study were seven people, namely the Head of Hospital Blood Bank, 3 Hospital Blood Bank Staff and three patients' families.The results of this study were the request and receipt of donor blood from UTD in Hospital Blood Bank, blood and blood component storage in Hospital Blood Bank, transfusion blood preparation in Hospital Blood Bank, pre transfusion examination in Hospital Blood Bank, distribution to the treatment room in Hospital Blood Bank, tracing transfusion reactions in Hospital Blood Bank and recording and reporting in Hospital Blood Bank in accordance with Minister of Health regulations No.91 of 2015.Advice given to Hospital Blood Bank’s Officers to meet blood service standards is by distributing closed cold chain systems and in accordance with Minister of Health regulations No.91 of 2015. Keywords: System, Service, Blood, Hospital, Bank

Abstract

Background: Puskesmas as primary health care center where the role of Puskesmas is interpreted as gate keeper or first contact and referral agent in accordance with standard of medical service. BPJS Kesehatan always strives to increase efficiency and effectiveness by developing quality control system of service and payment system of health service through capitation payment pattern to first  level health facility. Problem formulation, how the implementation of Kapuas basaran policy based on fulfillment of service commitment to control at Public Health Center of Bengkulu City. Research Objective, knowing the role of policy of capitation scale based on fulfillment of service commitment to referral control at public health center Bengkulu City. Research methods: This research uses quantitative and qualitative method with exploratory research design, unit of Puskesmas analysis in Bengkulu City. The type of this research is descriptive research to describe the implementation of capitation policy based on fulfillment of service commitment to referral number in public health center Bengkulu City. Results and discussion:Referral from public health center in Bengkulu City decreased from 2014 as many as 113,075 visits and 25,183 (22.27%) referrals, by 2015 149,483 visits and 26,963 (18.04%) referrals, 2016 226,313 visitation and 23,545 referrals (10 , 40%) In 2016 the number of participants in Bengkulu City was 156,854 inhabitants and the number of contact rate was 15.726 (10.06%). Visits were 13,068 (8.33%) and healthy visits 2,658 (1.69%). All informants understand about the activities undertaken to achieve the safe zone target ratio. Conclusions and recommendations:The implementation of a service commitment-based capitation policy can control the referral of the public health center. Informants have a common perception in achieving contact numbers to achieve the target of safe zones and achievement zones by optimizing public health efforts and individual health efforts to make healthy visits and sick visits to the community. Policy implementation can be developed by maximizing existing community health efforts in Puskesmas, improving the achievement of contact rates indicator, non-specialist referral ratios, and proline visits routinely.

Abstract

Informasi yang diperoleh dari BPS Provinsi Bengkulu (2018), Kabupaten Seluma dengan persentase tertinggi kasus pernikahan usia dini ditemukan 30,83 persen. Penyebab tingginya angka menikah usia dini adalah masalah ekonomi yang kurang, diikuti pengaruh teman sebaya, keluarga, dan hamil di luar nikah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pernikahan usia dini di Kecamatan Semidang Alas Maras Kabupaten Seluma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik pada metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2019 di Kecamatan Semidang Alas Maras Kabupaten Seluma. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 2.648 orang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 97 orang responden laki-laki. Yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat melalui uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara pendidikan (p=0,010), status sosial ekonomi (p=0,003), teman sebaya (p=0,036) dan peran orang tua (p=0,003), dengan pernikahan usia dini di Kecamatan Semidang Alas Maras Kabupaten Seluma. Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara faktor pengetahuan, pekerjaan, dan keterpaparan media informasi dengan pernikahan usia dini di Kecamatan Semidang Alas Maras Kabupaten Seluma. Disarankan kepada dinas kesehatan untuk menjalin kerja sama dengan BKKBN untuk memberikan informasi beserta edukasi kepada remaja dan orang tua tentang dampak pernikahan usia dini.

Abstract

Pemantauan status gizi Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara bulan Juni 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi stunting 9,03% dari total 1.289 balita yang diukur status gizi dalam status gizi stunting. Puskesmas Argamakmur merupakan salah satu yang tertinggi jumlah balita dengan status gizi stuntingberjumlah 143 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kesehatan stunting terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu di Puskesmas Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy experimentdengan pre danpost test one group pada 29 Juli sampai dengan 19 Agustus 2019 di Puskesmas Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita sedangkan sampel merupakan sebagian ibu yang memiliki anak usia 24-36 bulan dengan teknik accedental samplingsebanyak 19 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji Compare Means Paired T-Test. Analisis data didapatkan rerata sebelum diberikan edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan (4,95), sikap (24,21), rata- rata sesudah di berikan edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan (7,89), sikap (29,58). Rerata pengetahuan dan sikap meningkat tentang stuntingsetelah edukasi pendidikan kesehatan dalam bentuk flipchat (lembar balik) di Puskesmas Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah masa yang khusus dan penting, karena merupakan periode pematangan organ reproduksi manusia. Masa remaja disebut juga masa pubertas, merupakan masa transisi yang di tandai dengan perubahan fisik, emosi dan psikis. Remaja berada dalam situasi sangat peka terhadap pengaruh nilai baru, nilai yang datang dari luar maupun dari dalam dirinya. Masalah yang paling banyak dibicarakan remaja saat ini, seperti masalah seksualitas dan perilaku menyimpang dikalangan remaja, maraknya korban kekerasan seksual yang terselubung, seks bebas, kehamilan diluar nikah, pernikahan dini, tindakan perkosaan, abortus, dan sampai menghilangkan nyawa seseorang demi menunaikan hasyratnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk pos kesehatan remaja (POSKESJA) di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu. Adapun tahap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pembentukan POSKESJA tersebut adalah 1) Penyuluhan Tentang Bahaya Melakukan Seks Bebas, 2) Penyuluhan Tentang Macam-macam Penyakit Menular Seksual, 3) Penyuluhan tentang perilaku meyimpang pada remaja dan dampak-dampaknya, 4) Setiap awal dan akhir penyuluhan diberikan instrument untuk melihat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan, 5) Praktek P3K kepada Remaja, dan 6) Pelatihan kader, Pengukuhan struktural Poskesja dan perpustakaan mini dilengkapi referensi tentang konsep kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya POSKESJA di SMAM 4 Kota Bengkulu, 2) Tersusunyan pojok baca yaitu perpustakaan mini. Kehadiran POSKESJA ini di SMAM 4 ini dapat membantu remaja mengenal kesehatan reproduksi lebih dini sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif, sehingga dapat mencegah remaja terjerumus dalam pergaulan bebas dan penyimpangan perilaku kesehatan. Keberadaan POSKESJA ini telah memfasilitasi sedikitnya 30 remaja menjadi peserta. Kata Kunci : Kaderisasi, POSKESJA, Remaja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of pain with the implementation of early mobilization and early ambulation in post-op fracture patients with lower extremities in the Seruni room of RSUD dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu. The research design used in this study was a cross-sectional design. The results of the study, patients who did mobilization activities amounted to 82.9%. Patients who did not mobilize to 17.1% of patients who carried out ambulation activities amounted to 82.9%. Patients who did not perform ambulation activities amounted to 17.1%, pain moderate amounted to 77.1%, and severe pain amounted to 22.9%. In the chi-square test results, the value of p-value = 0,000. In conclusion, there is a correlation between the implementation of mobilization and early ambulation with pain in post-op patients with lower limb fractures at RSUD Dr. M. Yunus. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing nursing with hallucinatory client self-control in schizophrenic patients at Soeprapto Mental Hospital in Bengkulu Province. The research design used was quasi experiment with one group pre-test and post-test design approaches. The results of this study obtained a value of p = 0.001 <α 0.05, which means there is an influence of nursing supplementation with hallucinatory client self-control in schizophrenic patients at the Soeprapto Mental Hospital in Bengkulu Province. Conclusion, there is the effect of nursing supplementation with hallucinatory client self-control in schizophrenic patients at Soeprapto Mental Hospital in Bengkulu Province.
