Abstract

Surveys and researches showed that there were many low finance literacy in various places. It happened also in The Economics Faculty, Semarang State University/ Universitas Negeri Semarang, there were from 16 of 40 students who had good financial behaviors. It was contradictive because they have taken accounting subject who should make them good in financial literacy. The research on financial literacy had the contradiction, especially the influence of financial education variable on financial literacy. Therefore; this study raised the mediating variables; the consumer knowledge variable and psychological factor variables (motivation, self efficacy). This study was analyzed structurally divided into two analyses; descriptive analysis and path inferential analysis.  The results of descriptive analysis showed that students’ financial literacy and financial education were in enough categories; whereas, motivation and self-efficacy were in good condition, and students’ financial knowledge was in unfavorable category. The results of path analysis showed that the variable of financial education did not have any direct influence  toward financial literacy, but it had indirect influence through motivation. Then, the variable of financial education also did not have any direct influence toward self-efficacy, and self-efficacy did influence toward financial literacy and financial knowledge did not have any influence toward financial literacy. Thus; the learning process on Finance should involve three aspects; cognitive, affective, and psychomotor; and it needs the development of learning model on Finance to involve students’ activeness in managing their financial activities.

Abstract

Siswa SMA ternyata berkencenderungan berperilaku konsumtif, dan melakukankegiatan konsumsi yang tidak rasional. Disatu sisi mereka telah belajar tentang nilaihemat, dan rasional dalam mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi, tentunya hal ini berkontradiksidan menjadi kajian yang menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya, faktor sosial, pembelajaran konsumen,sikap konsumen baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung terhadap perilakukonsumsi siswa SMA Negeri se Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan padasiswa SMA Negeri se Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 1872 siswa,dengan sampel 220 responden melalui metode multi stage cluster proportional randomsampling. Variabel bebas terdiri dari budaya, faktor sosial, pembelajaran konsumen,sikap konsumen, variabel intervening niat konsumen dan variabel terikatberupa perilaku konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, teknikanalisis data menggunakan statisitik deskriptif angka indeks three box method, danmenggunakan SEM melalui software AMOS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwabudaya, faktor sosial, pembelajaran konsumen, sikap konsumen berpengaruhterhadap perilaku konsumen baik secara langsung tidak langsung. Budaya mampumeningkatkan perilaku konsumsi secara rasional.Hendaknya dalam pembelajarantidak hanya fokus terhadap proses pembelajaran saintifiknya, tetapi juga penanamannilai, sikap dan karakter sehingga pendidikan konsumsi dapat diimplementasikandengan oleh siswa, sehingga menjadi seorang konsumen yang cerdas.Students have tendency to be consumtive, do irrational consumption. Altough, they havelearned rational value which learned in economics, this is contradictory and also be interestingto study in further investigation. Aim of this study is to investigate influence of cultural,social factors, learning, attitudes wher directly or indirectly to students’s consumptionbehavior at SMAN in Semarang and whether cultural, social factors, learningand attitudewhose even more strongly to affect their intention, in order to be able to do smart consumption.Research population are 1872 students, and 220 sample thorugh multi stage cluster proportionalrandom sampling method. Variables consist of cultural, social factors, learning,atitude, intentions and consumer behavior. Technique to collect data use questionnaires, anddata analysis technique use descriptive statisitic three box method, and SEM via AMOS 18software. Result shows that culture, social factors, consumer learning, consumer attitudes haspositive and significant influence to consumer behavior wher directly or through consumerintentions. Good culture can improve rational consumption behavior. learning doesn’t onlyfocus in scientific learning, but also in internalizing values, atitude and character building,especially in consumption chapter, inorder to be able to be implemented by students, thus beinga smart consumer.

Abstract

The research aims to know a friendly environmental governance system. One sector of economic governance can certainly be initiated through green consumption. The focus of the problem was the green consumption education. This research was conducted by using qualitative approach in order to reveal how the process of conservation education in the Faculty of Economics in fostering behaviors that tend to conserve the consumption behavior in this case the green consumption attitude. The collecting data of research used observation, documentation and interview. This research uncovers how the conservation education is able to shape and build the green consumption attitudes that exist among the students from planning process, implementation, and evaluation of conservation education on the aspects of green consumption. Internalization of conservation value performed by the educators (in this case the lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang) runs well enough.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Knowledge Based Theory pada unit analisis pengusaha mahasiswa. Studi ini urgen untuk dilakukan karena jarangnya mengulas penelitian pendidikan kewirausahaan dari sisi pendidikan informal yang diimplementasikan melalui upaya manajemen pengetahuan yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha anggota asosiasi Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia Perguruan Tinggi (HIPMI PT) di Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 162 responden yang tersebar pada anggota HIPMI PT di Kota Semarang. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan metode Warp Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square menunjukkan bahwa penciptaan pengetahuan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kapabilitas inovasi bisnis para pengusaha mahasiswa, sementara aktivitas pencarian pengetahuan, berbagi pengetahuan, dan penerapan pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas inovasi bisnis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kurang matangnya penciptaan pengetahuan dari pengusaha mahasiswa, membutuhkan dukungan dari pihak universitas yang menaungi HIPMI PT untuk dapat mengadakan proses seminar/workshop/lokakarya yang intensif sehingga berdampak terhadap peningkatan kemampuan inovasi pengusaha mahasiswa di universitas masing-masing.

Abstract

This study investigated the behavior of investment decisions that were not only assumed on rationality but were also affected by other factors, such as psychological factors, one of which was financial literacy. There were so many causal studies of financial literacy and investment intentions. However, there were still issues of inclusion between studies. Therefore, this study adopted a theory of planned behavior, proposed as an explanatory model for investment intentions associated with financial literacy. By proposing attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control related to investment as a mediator of investment intention, the unit of analysis was students who were members of the capital market study group spreading across universities in Semarang. The sample used was 170 students conducted through a questionnaire survey, then analyzed descriptive statistics and SEM with the PLST Warp. The results showed that all variables, both attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, significantly mediated the effect of financial literacy on investment intention in partial mediation. For future research, you can explore the variables of financial education as early predictors associated with this research model to get a holistic picture related to the effectiveness of student financial education.

Abstract

Peran guru sesungguhnya juga membutuhkan pengembangan diri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru- guru dalam proses pembelajaran adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan pengembangan profesi keberlanjutan terutama untuk menulis karya ilmiah pembelajaran inovatif. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat in adalah: meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah pembelajaran inovatif, dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut maka guru dapat meningkatkan karir kepangkatan serta dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Solusi pemecahan masalah adalah: sosialisasi serta paparan konsep, membuat permodelan dilanjutkan simulasi model, karena saat ini kita dalam proses pandemic Corona Virus, oleh karena itu yang semula di lakukan secara tatap muka langsung, namun karena masa pandemi pengabdian dilakukan via daring (Dalam Jaringan), dari hal tersebut dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas dan publikasi artikel. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjumlah 65 guru, namun ternyata pada hari pelaksanaan pendaftar meningkat menjadi 250 guru. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari workshop pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penulisan karya ilmiah pembelajaran inovatif, melalui sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, simulasi penulisan proposal, serta pendampingan dan monitoring serta evaluasi kegiatan. The role of the teacher actually also requires self-development. The problem faced by teachers in the learning process is the limitation of knowledge of sustainability professional development, especially to write innovative scientific learning works. The purpose of community service is: improving the competence of teachers in writing innovative learning scientific works, with the training, teachers can improve their career rank and can create innovative learning. Problem solving solutions are: socialization and exposure of concepts, making modeling continued model simulation, because we are currently in the process of pandemic Corona Virus, therefore the originally done face-to-face, but because of the pandemic period of devotion is done via online (In Network), from it is conducted training activities writing class action research and article publication. The target of community service activities amounted to 65 teachers, but it turned out that on the day of the implementation of applicants increased to 250 teachers. The method of devotion activities starts from the workshop of knowledge and understanding of the writing of scientific works of innovative learning, through discussion and question and answer sessions, simulation of proposal writing, as well as mentoring and monitoring and evaluation of activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the three dimensions of Achievement Motivation Nach Theory McCleland works in encouraging the performance of research publications. The data in this study were obtained from a closed questionnaire with a scale of 1-7 agree-disagree intervals with the unit of analysis for Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang. This study was analyzed by (1) descriptive analysis, through a description of the percentage of each variable; (2) as well as inferential analysis through Structural Equation Modeling analysis of single equations using the bootstrapping method. The results of this study indicate that the need for power does not affect the performance of research publications, meanwhile, the need for achievement and the need for affiliation affect the performance of research publications. Therefore, the implications of this study indicate that the faculty management can increase the need for affiliation and the need for achievement based on the study center by increasing funding.
