Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh olahraga tradisional wok dhor dalam meningkatan kesegaran jasmani santriwan usia 13-15 tahun di Pondok Pesantren Roudlatut Thalibin Rembang. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pre-Experimental design one group pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalahsantriwan di Pondok Pesantren Roudlatut Thalibin Rembang usia 13-15 tahun yang berjumlah 25 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling kuota dan memperoleh sampel 20 orang. Tes dalam penelitian menggunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI). Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 13 April s/d 16 Mei 2015, di Pondok Pesantren Roudlatut Thalibin Rembang. Pemberian latihan dilaksanakan selama 5 minggu dengan 3 kali pertemuan setiap minggu dan dengan waktu satu kali latihan 15 menit. Hasil dari Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia meliputi tes lari cepat 50 meter, pull up, sit up, vertical jump, lari 1000 meter, mengalami peningkatan dilihat dari data rerata total nilai yang diperoleh pretest 15,45 dan posttest 16,75 meskipun dalam kriteria sedang. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan olahraga tradisional wok dhor dapat meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani santriwan usia 13-15 tahun di Pondok Pesantren Roudlatut Thalibin Rembang, karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 7,10 > 2,09. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah olahraga tradisional wok dhor berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kesegaran jasmani santriwan usia 13-15 tahun di Pondok Pesantren Roudaltut Thalibin Rembang.This study aims to determine the effect of traditional sports wok dhor to student’s of physical fitness of 13-15 years old at Roudlatut Thalibin Boarding School of Rembang. Method of Pre-Experimental Research uses one group pretest posttest design. The population was at boarding school student’s Roudlatut Thalibin Apex aged 13-15 who totaled 25 people, the sampling technique using a quota sampling and obtained a sample of 20 people. Research assays using test Physical Freshness Indonesia (TKJI). The study was conducted on April 13, s/ d May 16, 2015, at boarding school Roudlatut Thalibin Rembang. Giving the exercise carried out for 5 weeks with 3 sessions per week and the time of one 15-minute workout. Physical Freshness Test results from Indonesia include the 50 meter sprint test, pull ups, sit ups, vertical jump, run 1000 meters, an increase seen from the data the average total value obtained pretest 15,45 and posttest 16,75 although the criteria were. Research data analysis technique using paired t-test. The results showed that the traditional wok dhor exercise can improve physical fitness student’s aged 13-15 years at boarding school Roudlatut Thalibin Rembang, because t count > t table is 7,10 > 2,09, The conclusion of this study is the traditional sport wok dhor positive the effect to student’s of physical fitness of 13-15 years old at Roudlatut Thalibin Boarding School of Rembang.
